However, I’m receiving this error each time (below). Please let me know if anyone has encountered this or knows what the remedy is. Thanks!  Product options could not be created in Shopify. There are 1 variant types in the MISIML template item, but Shopify supports only up to 3 product options.

Hi Team,We have a requirement where we have to create a GI and have to show Qty on Hand across all warehouses and Sold Qty (Qty across all released Invoices) for stock items. We created a GI and for all new products it is working fine but for existing products the values are incorrect. Has anyone had success in building a report to identify the system users that were disabled over a period of time?  I’m looking to find a way to identify the date when a user goes from the “Active” status to “Disabled” status.

Hi All, I have encountering an unexpected problem from report desginer.  The report is made by the exported G.I., and the G.I. actuallly have no problem at all. However, when I do the same setting in the report designer, finally there are 2-3 items cannot be grouped.  I have really no idea about it.  The grouping data is normally including Inventory CD, LotSeriesNbr, Site ID, and Location ID.  I have checked many times the data is not problem, referring to the screenshot I highlighted it in yellow, the data is matched and same, but it comes up not grouping. Is there anything I missed out or something I need to setup in the report designer (which is different with G.I.)?   I surely the original G.I. is working like a charm, but just report result is not the same. Appreicate if someone can help or advise to fix this problem.  Many thanks.    (Exported Excel, the data is not grouped.) 

Change BOM Attributes QTY Required from 2 to 3 decimals.I know this is done in the ‘Companies’ section ‘Quantity Decimal Places’ However, this changes multiple fieldsIf we are looking to change only the ‘QTY Required’ in BOMS field, and not Machine Units, Run Units, etc. Is this possible? If not, are there any other units I’m missing in my list to determine impact? (Machine Units, Run Units, QTY Units) Thanks!

As per subject, I have tried to use Max & Min Aggregate function in Report Designer.  Screenshot like below, no matter I use Max or Min, the resulted value is same, it does not capture Min or Max value, but just the first data value. Also, I tested with same formula in GI, it is no problem at all.  Seems this is the Report Designer bugs.

Hi,We broke something when setting up a UDF in Shipments Form - the UDF is now referencing an invalid selector table. However, we are not able to click ‘Customizations > Manage UDF’ action on the Form to remove the invalid UDF, since the Form throws a trace error in load due to the invalid table.Similarly, we are unable to delete the attribute since it is currently being used in a UDF. The Attribute is greyed out and stuck at the Selector.Is there any way of removing UDF from a screen through a customisation project or other screen? Or prevent the form redirecting to the Error Trace screen, so I can invoke the Manage UDF action?

1. Receipts not processing with functions unresponsive - can't release.2. Can't complete shipments3. All 'export to excel' functions are not working4. Can't create POs5. Can't download postings or run reports. This all occurred overnight with no changes to our env. Only occurring in our PROD env. the DEV. env. is working fine. The error in the trace is the same for all:at System.Web.HttpApplication.PipelineStepManager.ResumeSteps(Exception error) 

We want to create a new order type that can go through the whole process, get shipped, but not have the invoice created until X days (30 most likely) later by the user. We would create a report or GI that lists all the invoices that need to be created for that day. Is something like that possible? Thanks in advance for any insights.

When I create a snapshot for the purpose of installing the snapshot in a sandbox or for an emergency back up, should I create an “XML” or a “Binary” snapshot? Which is the most appropriate or better? We are on 2022 R2 so soon moving to 2023 R2.

During the processing of bank feeds there was a transaction that we thought was a duplicate entry. The entry was “Hidden” by click the “Hide Transaction” on the Process Bank Transaction (CA306000) screen. It was then discovered that it wasn’t a duplicate and we need to now bring this transaction back so we can process it normally.Our question: Is there a way to view this hidden transaction and is there a way to “Unhide” this transaction?Thank you!

Hi there! Looking to get some guidance on task descriptions and how to properly make sure theyy show up correctly on revenue and cost budgets respectively.  Our tasks are of course shared between cost and revenue but they are not one for one.  We put the task descriptions in based on the cost side just to make it easier for the PM’s to code.. see below However, in the revenue budget I change the descriptions to match what my Schedule of Values is supposed to say:     When I go to run my project billing - they all revert and it causes a headache for the PM’s … can anyone help me fix this problem??

HiI am wanting to do a mass update for a large number of purchase order lines, for a specific branch, to set them to “closed” = yes.I have created a generic inquiry, and was hoping to use the mass update functionality in it:  But my problem is that the fields that are available in the mass update tab, are only for the purchase order itself, and not the purchase order lines.  That’s not surprising, since I am not sending a unique identifier to the screen, for it to know which line to update.Is my only option here an import scenario?  And does anyone have an example for me of an import scenario where only transaction lines are being updated?
