In January 2027, I’ll celebrate six years with Acumatica.My career began in finance, where teaching financial education courses sparked a passion for training. That interest led me into software training and implementation consulting, followed by development team leadership and eventually product management. Throughout my career, listening to and learning from customers and partners has shaped my work, allowing me to build the expertise and knowledge I use every day.  These interactions fuel my passion for creating intuitive software that helps people work efficiently and enables their businesses to improve productivity and profitability.My husband and I live in a small town

Hi Everyone, Is there a way to display an image attached to a Stock Item when a user scans an Inventory ID within a Warehouse Management screen (such as Scan and Issue) on the mobile app? Similarly to the Item Lookup screen, where scanning an Inventory ID allows the user to view the image as an attachment.  Thanks!

Honestly, I'm still a bit surprised to be this month's Featured Member — I mostly just help figure out why things break, so I didn't expect to be the one in the spotlight. But happy to share a bit about myself.How I Ended Up HereBefore Acumatica, I was a one-man IT department at a fabrication and manufacturing shop — the kind of role where your job title says one thing, but your actual day could be anything. One minute I'm resetting someone's password, the next I'm elbow-deep in server administration, and by the afternoon I'm writing customizations for the ERP system because, well, nobody else was going to. User support, sysadmin, ERP admin, and developer — all on the same day, often in the same hour. I like to say I got a five-year crash course in "figure it out," which turns out to be excellent training for support work.I jo
