I had check layout AP641500 set up and working in Report Designer.  All of a sudden, the checks starting printing with a different layout.  It looks like it’s pulling from the “Group Footer with Supplied by Vendor.”  What could have changed?  Do I need to format this section the same as “Without Supplied by Vendor?”  I don’t have this issue in the Sandbox tenant.Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello there I am trying to run the TB without suppressing zero balances so that I can make an excel sheet mapping to all my  accounts (regardless of the balance)  to build my own P&L and Balance Sheet. I have never managed to get this done within the application and don’t like the look of it anyway.So I have done this for the first month of our accounting year and have unticked suppress zero balances and yet accounts which have no entries are actually suppressed. What is going on I feel as if Acumatica is always trying to trick me! Is it only the Balance Sheet that this tick box responds to…? Best Regards All 

I am trying to create a report for our purchasing team and they have requested that it show two fields from the Inventory Summary of the inventory item.  These fields are Purchase Order and In Transit columns.   It looks like this may be populated on the fly by the program and not actually stored in the DB, does anyone know if that is correct?  Is there a table that does store these numbers?

I want to use outlook add-in with Acumatica but I don’t get an outlook add-in manifest file for download.Can anyone help me to figure out this issue.This is our other tenant and I want like this ...  

Hello,        We don’t want to put all Sales Order on hold by default, we only want to put the imported sales order on hold. But we meet an issue below:         No matter where I put the “Action:PutOnhold”    When importing, starting from the second line, it pops error “the hold button is disabled” I also tried set Hold = true,   but it does NOT work. The sales order still be open.       I have thought out a solution, 1, Using the existed import scenario to import Sales Order2, Using another Business event to monitor the sales order newly created, if new inserted, another import scenario will put the new imported sales order on hold.    But can I do this in only 1 import scenario?  Can somebody give help?

Hi All, Am I under the right assumption when we have multiple lines with different preferred suppliers we can leave the supplier ID blank On Purchase process, then on “Create” system should create multiple POs? I vaguely remember this was working before and has stopped in the new versions, or am I just assuming? we use the MYOB advanced version of Acumatica. Thanks for your help Ghazal 

Hi we are attempting to purchase items using MRP for which there is an existing blanket PO.  For some reason it won’t allow us to link the blanket PO to the newly created PO…..so MRP keeps showing the requirement.   Any suggestions?

Hello All,I have a manager that is wanting changes to this form.  They would like to see the detail view as the summary.  She wants to see the lot/serial number breakdown for each inventory part number without having to look up each individual one.  I have tried different filtering/sorting but have not been able to get it to pull in that information on the summary breakdown.Thank you!

I need instructions on how to enter an Accts Payable vendor credit.   I was advised to select Credit Adj and then remove the negative value from totals.  But once processed, credit is not showing up as a credit.  Cannot leave negative value in there because Acumatica gives me an error message saying it won’t release invoice as a negative value.  To which I think, “uh duh, it’s supposed to be a negative value.”  lol   Debit Adj also does not work.   Help please!  ;)    Thanks!

Hello Everyone,I am stuck again with the import scenario logic.  I have a Sales Order import scenario and I want to put the SO on hold at the end of the import.   The SO has multiple lines and I can’t seem to figure out where the ‘release from hold’ needs to go in order to allow the First Row of the SO to be added without hitting an error. I have tried to put it a few difference places.  I have attached the XML. In the current scenario the error is “the remove hold button is disabled” when trying to add the first row.  I have tried to put a hold on the SO and release it, or place the release in different places, and i’m not getting it to work. Any help is appreciated!

We have created a GI that displays item availability and how much is available on a kit assembly. Currently, the qty available column is not showing accurate information. I would like it to sum the total qty available, however it is currently displaying the maximum value. Same applies with kit assembly quantity. When we aggregate these quantities to SUM, we move the date parameter - it multiplies all the values by 2x or 3x. I have attached the xml file of the GI, any recommendations would be appreciated! ​​​Hi @lauraj46, could you please review the GI and advise what I am missing? Hello.  What is the proper way to close PO’s when all items are not received?  If 5 items are on the PO, but only 4 items are received, the open item does not “close”, the PO goes to a “completed” state.  Should this be left as completed or should it be closed out?  We are finding that the completed item still leaves that amount as committed, and are now having to go back and close PO’s.  Thanks!

Hello, We are encountering an issue after a recent Acumatica upgrade, with the DeviceHub.Basically, the printer has been configured and was working prior to the upgrade (on version 2021R1), however after installing the latest DeviceHub version 2022R1, the log shows the following message. When I am trying to use the ‘UPDATE PRINTER LIST’ on the ‘Printers’ screen in Acumatica, the DeviceHub log is not registering the request being made from the Acumatica web app. Note: The printer is correctly installed and the machine which is being used to run DeviceHub does have access to it as well. Has anyone ever encountered this please? Thanks and Regards,Nigel Pace

Occasionally, we need to change the link of a subassembly production order to a different parent production order. We update the Linked Orders of the Subassembly Production Order. However, this does not update the Parent Production Orders. The Subassembly still shows as a linked Subassembly to the original Parent Production Order, so we cannot use Critical Materials Screen to create a New Linked Subassembly Production Order. Also, the linked Subassembly does not show in the Production Order Supply Documents for the updated Parent Production Order. Are we missing something or are the links between Parent and Child Production orders not being updated from the Linked Orders in the Reference tab? Also, we would expect to be able to allocate the Serialized Item of the linked Subassembly to the Production Order. But, we cannot do this until the Subassembly Production Order is completed. Furthermore, it does not automatically Allocate the Serialized Item from the Linked Subassembly Production

Hello, I am new to Acumatica.I am building an import Scenario for the “Employee Time Activities” screen.The data is coming-in via a .CSV file (provided by an external source).The Project number is coming-in from the .CSV file non-segmented.The Project number segmented in Acumatica. (xx-xx-xxxxx). I have tried this two ways (in the .CSV file):Project number as segmented. Result: Field: Project, Value: SP-21-095, Error: 'Year' of 'Project' does not exist in the system. Project number as non-segmented. Result: error: Nullable object must have a valueWhen manually entering an Employee Time Activity record, I notice that Acumatica inserts default values the following columns: Hold, Status, Data, Time, Earning Type,Time Spent, Billable, Billable Time,and then copies values from the previous record columns: Project, Project Task, and Description.It was suggested to me that bringing in the Project number as non-segmented was preferred. Has anyone encountered the two errors (above) before?How d

Open Financial period in acumatica . we were opening the fin period from the database feom finperiod table but after upgrade it took a day to be opened is there is any other way to open it.

We have just upgraded to 2022 R2, until the upgrade the MRP, when creating the transfer, would round up to the nearest whole number for any stock items that have a UOM of EACH and non divisible.  This wouldn’t happen in the MRP display but would happen when creating a transfer.Now when we try to create the transfer it is not rounding and so we are getting a lot of errors that EACH sales UOM is not divisible for this stock item.  Is there a config that has changed that we can change back?

Anyone know how to prevent note synching between Shopify <> Acumatica? I assumed it was possible through the Sales Order entity > Import Mapping, but that doesn’t seem to be working.I’ve tried both of these options to no avail: We use the Notes field in Acumatica extensively and we have instances where the order resyncs with Shopify and the Notes are overridden, so we are trying to prevent that from happening.
