We include within the BOM an Outside service process where the cost is billed on PO as not stock item. Is there a way to included the cost from non-stock items with the BOM and Production Order.

Hi,we would like to show the service appointments and service orders we have created from a project in the project itself. Similar to the project orders for the matrerial which can be seen in a tab we also would like to see all service related orders/appointments in a tab to have the overview directly in the project. Does anybody has an idea for this?

We have a client that has multiple production lines that they can choose from to perform the same operation. I am trying to use APS to automatically fill the capacity of these lines. As of yet I have not found a suitable solution to achieve this. Does anybody have some advice here?

Hi,I have already imported the basic fixed asset information. We are doing a FA implementation and the system is in migration mode. However, I am trying to do a second import only to update the Last Depr Period and Accum. Depr (see below) and my import is failing. The second screenshot is my import scenario. Good day, I am trying to delete a Non-Stock Item from several BOMs, but the mapping that I have is giving me an error “Field: Operation ID, Value: 0020, Error: An attempt was made to add a duplicate entry.”, and I have the Line Number = 0, to not create any other lines, just to identify the material that needs to be deleted.Any ideas why this will try to create a record instead of following the mapping to delete the Material?Thank you so much!

Hello All,If I am not mistaken, Acumatica introduced “IsInSubselect” & “IsNotInSubselect” with FBQL which is the Equivalent of “IN” and “NOT IN” of SQL. When we use these two functions it is translated to SQL correctly but they have a deadly flaw. This flaw impacts the whole result and when you expect to have thousands of records you get NONE. Look at the two below SQL queries (just logic, do not think what a stupid query). Please note I can NOT use Join//#1SELECT * FROM Vendor WHERE BAccountID NOT IN (SELECT DefPOAddressID FROM BAccount WHERE DefPOAddressID IS NULL)//#2SELECT * FROM Vendor WHERE BAccountID NOT IN (SELECT ISNULL(DefPOAddressID, 0) FROM BAccount WHERE DefPOAddressID IS NULL) Both queries are instructing SQL to return all vendors which do not have DefPOAddressID but the first query returns none while the second one in my case over 2,000 and this is what I expect to get. As the title states, I am new to Acumatica.Where is the DACs documentation? I can’t find anything about BAccount, BAccount2, etc. In the same DAC extension, can I reference a different field in the selector query? For example, the user selects a customer and then I want to populate another field with that customer’s projects. Is it best practice to put each customization in its own “project”, i.e. I have a customization the SO screen and another for the PO screen. Should all customizations for the same screen be in the same “project”?

I’m trying to configure DeviceHub to connect to my local development instance and I’m getting this error: Failed to connect to http://localhost/siteName/signalr/hubs/deviceHub serverI can’t find any related posts or information.

I’m having the most trouble with PO approvals. I have a simple PO approval that is just checking for a particular project. While I get the approval task for the assigned person, the workflow continues on and doesn’t provide the “Approve” or “Reject” buttons. Any ideas?Side note: i just had this working a few weeks ago. We have prepared and and released GST tax reports for the company using wrong period ( Monthly ) for the periods January to August. Now we want to update the tax period to the correct one ( Quarterly ) but the period type drop down menu is inactive , I think because we have released tax reports in the system.Is it possible to void these tax reports without financial impact?
