Hi everyone,We are currently working on a historical data migration into Acumatica and would appreciate some guidance on the best approach.Our requirement is to migrate several years of historical sales data, including: Sales Orders Shipments AR Invoices For the historical AR invoices, we would like to use AR Migration Mode, as these invoices are being migrated for historical/reference purposes and must not generate any new GL entries.However, at the same time, we would like to preserve as much as possible the standard Acumatica document relationship and navigation:Sales Order → Shipment → AR InvoiceInstead of generating the invoice through the normal Prepare Invoice process from the shipment, our idea would be to: Import the historical Sales Order. Import/create the corresponding historical Shipment and maintain its relationship with the Sales Order. Enable AR Migration Mode. Import the historical AR Invoice directly. Populate the standard SO/Shipment references on ARTran

Using 26R1, I’d like to hide (Revoke) the Vendor tab on the Stock Items screen (IN202500).  Can this be done via role security?  If yes, ideas on the node that would control this tab?  I’ve tried the Stock Items and the Vendor Inventory nodes to no avail.

As a result, our automation scripts require continuous updates and daily maintenance to keep the test suite functional. All,We are looking to apply finance charges to all past due invoices of 60+ days.Following are our steps from Calculate Overdue Charges:> Select Statement Cycle, date, etc.> Calculate> Uncheck box for all transactions> Filter to overdue days of 60+> Check boxes (selecting only those transactions to apply the finance charge)> Select ‘process’ not ‘process all’Acumatica is creating finance charges for ‘all’ documents and not to only the filtered values.Is there an alternate solve for this?

I'm running into an issue with Subcontracts and Projects in our system, and I'd love to get some advice from the community.Here is our current process:We have a 1-year Subcontract with a Vendor that covers multiple Projects. Each month, we:1. Reopen the main Subcontract.2. Add a new line for the current month's payment (linked to an active Project).3. Click Remove Hold to process it.4. Create an AP Bill to pay the vendor.The Problem:Over time, some older Projects on earlier lines have been marked as Completed. Now, whenever we Reopen the Subcontract to add a line for a new month, the system blocks us from clicking 'Remove Hold' because of those Completed Projects—even though the old lines linked to them are already Closed.What we expect:The system should only check the Project status for Open lines, and ignore Closed lines so we can keep processing the main Subcontract.Has anyone faced this issue before? Adding a restocking fee to an RC return order | Community Has anyone implemented a Shopify restocking fee import into Acumatica RC refund orders?I’m looking for a code-level approach to retrieve the restocking fee from Shopify and add it as a separate line to the RC refund order.I checked the Shopify refund data and couldn’t find the restocking fee directly in the REST OrderRefund model.Is there an existing Acumatica API/model or recommended approach to retrieve the Shopify restocking fee and add it to the refund order?

Hello!I am using standard cost as the valuation method for all my items. I have three BOMs, where one final product of the BOM becomes the component of another BOM.The level 2 & 1 refers to the same warehouse, but level 0 refers to another warehouse (Including the material). I want to roll cost for Multi-level, and for level 2&1 it takes the newly calculated standard cost for the next level material cost except for the level 0 as it refers to another warehouse. in another term level 0 material cost always refer to the current standard cost of the item-warehouse. I use same standard cost across all the warehouses. While keeping the above set-up, how should I complete the cost-roll up process? I feel like this cannot be achieved by cost rolling up once at multi-level. Thank You  

Hey there, we’re getting an error on some of our shipments when syncing them from Acumatica to Shopify. The exact error is: “This shipment cannot be processed because the shipped quantity of the 62114 item might exceed the ordered quantity in the external system. Set the same tracking number for this shipment in the ERP and in the external system or delete this shipment in the external system.” It sounds like it’s saying I’m trying to ship more than the customer ordered, but that’s not the case. They ordered 1x 62114, and the shipment only has 1x on there, I verified that. Also made sure Shopify sees there is enough inventory to fulfill the order (not sure if that would cause an issue) and we do have 22 available in Shopify which matches Acumatica. I can manually add the shipment info, but that defeats the purpose of the connector. We usually have a couple a day that do this so it’s not just a once in awhile issue. This shipment had a nonstock kit on there, not sure if that causes issu

Since there is no documented automatic process that reliably matches those imported Shopify payment records to Acumatica Bank Deposit payment lines.  Has anyone designed and created a customization or a controlled reconciliation process to automatically link imported Shopify payments to Bank Deposits?

Hi,I have a Labor Item filed on grid and when I update the field on one line, value changes for this field for other lines. And in the cache it looks right. But to see the changes on grid, I need to hit the Refresh button for changes to be visible. The logic of updating the field for other lines is written in RowUpdated event handler and i wrote View.RequestRefresh() for FieldUpdated event handler but it did nothing too. I tried adding AutoCallBack for grid with Refresh command and for target i wrote the id of the grid. And, well, it refreshes but only when i click on other cell of grid. And when i just click on my grid or want to change some field, the grid is always refreshing. So I dont think this option works for me. What is the recommended approach to force the grid to repaint secondary cached rows after a field update without losing input focus or requiring a manual refresh button click? 

Hi All, have another stupid question and if this is covered already, please direct me to it.  But we have a custom built ‘Import Scenario’ which take a CSV file and creates customers/supplier/invoices/payments etc.  For a certain import type, I want to change a logic of certain data so how it ends up in MYOB eventually?  Is this possible to do by my own, without MYOB support?  If I try Customisation button it says to ‘Select Project’ or ‘Edit Project’ and then I am prompted to enter the project name which I do not know.  So thought to check here for help.

Is it possible to restrict/hide export of a report created using report designer?  

My company has certain service parts that can be refurbished and reused on the next call. Is there a way to receive these items back, refurbish them, and then add to stock as a refurbished item? My initial thought would be to RMA the item, receive, disassemble to a “core” item, then assemble the refurbished item with a tag to call it out (XXXXX-RFB). I feel there is a step missing in this thought. Does anyone have any experience with this scenario?

Hi,I have noticed that the AP Bills and AR Invoices created through Recurring Schedules are being automatically released.I checked the Business Events and Automation Schedules, but I could not identify which setup is causing the documents to be released automatically.I would like to prevent these documents from being automatically released.  how I can disable the automatic release?Thank you.

I have a client with a pretty niche requirement but based on my research it should be possible. The client creates SOs from their CRM which they use as the central document for tracking of the Job. From the SO they create PO for the Serialized goods that will be delivered and installed on their Field Service Order. So the lines from the SO are marked for PO and Service Order and linked to the PO and to the Field Service order through the standard Acumatica “Create Purchase Orders” and “Create Service Order” actions. When the PO is received it allocates the Serialized material to the SO but that causes a conflict on the Field Service Order making that serial unavailable for selection there because it would cause the quantity to go negative. In order to use the FSO and Appointment to issue the material, instead of a shipment, the users must manually unallocate the SO and then manually allocate the Serial to the Appointment. This is a bulky and difficult process especially with Approvals

Hi, wondering if it is possible to create a GI that shows current year vs last year’s data? Attached is a sample GI that shows current year’s figures. How do I add last year’s data to compare them? Once working, I will need to add it onto a dashboard.If this isn’t possible, I’m thinking creating a new GI with last year’s data and add it onto the dashboard beside the current year.

If we have images attached to our stock items and a GI set up with those items and image URL’s.  Why do the images not export to Excel?  How do we get the export to include a visbible image? We just see the same woding, but not actual image in Excel…

Hi,One user experienced a popup error stating “PXSerialChart is not defined” in the system. This issue is intermittent and occurs inconsistently in different forms. However, once the user clicks OK, the error disappears and the screen continues to work normally. What could be the reason for this? Thanks!
