Trying to create approval map for specific vendor. For whatever reason, after setting this up, it just allows anyone to release the bill. What am I missing? I tried using the Vendor entity type, as well as the AP Document and then Vendor field name for both types. Nothing works. Feel like it should be pretty straight forward.

Hi, In the Cash Account details in Acumatica version 2024 R2, I used to be able to clear all cash accounts without using the checkboxes; simply clicking "Clear" would check the "Cleared" boxes for all of them. However, in Acumatica version 2026 R1, this is no longer possible—I have to select the checkboxes first and then click "Clear". Is there a change like this, or is it actually a bug?  

Variance Amount columns for example only display in Classic UI

Hi AllI have a PCS Deployment of Acumatica currently on 25R1.Recently we have implemented MS Purview Data Sensitivity Labels within our company. We set documents labelled Internal and higher to be encrypted. The issue now comes when trying to upload data from an Excel to Acumatica, if the document is labelled as internal, an error shows saying Acumatica cannot read this file. If the label is changed to public which has no encyption applied, it uploads fine.Has anyone ever encountered this? Is there a possibiltiy for a solution, please?ThanksAmit

Hello, my company recently started with Acumatica, and we are using the time activity and timecard approval workflow in parallel. The idea is that project managers approve all time activities and the employee’s people manager then approves the whole timecard. The problem with the setup that we are experiencing is, that managers already see the timecard in their approval screen before all time activities are approved. They now have to open each timecard to see if all activities are approved. That is causing a lot of frustration as managers with 10+ employees have to open all timecards one by one over and over to see if they can be approved.Has anyone found a way to make timecards only appear in the approval screen once all time activities are approved? 

Hello,We are troubleshooting an issue with the built-in eSign / DocuSign integration after upgrading a client to Acumatica 2026 R1.The client’s Acumatica-to-DocuSign integration has been down since the upgrade. We are able to get to the DocuSign authorization screen and select Allow Access, but after DocuSign redirects back to Acumatica, Acumatica displays:“The connection to the eSign provider has failed.”We have been working with Acumatica Support and DocuSign Support, but have not yet found a resolution.Current findings:DocuSign Support has confirmed the following:The Integration Key / Client ID is valid. The Client Secret is valid. The initial authentication call from Acumatica to DocuSign is successful. Hi,One user experienced a popup error stating “PXSerialChart is not defined” in the system. This issue is intermittent and occurs inconsistently in different forms. However, once the user clicks OK, the error disappears and the screen continues to work normally. What could be the reason for this? Thanks! 

Hi, wondering if it is possible to create a GI that shows current year vs last year’s data? Attached is a sample GI that shows current year’s figures. How do I add last year’s data to compare them? Once working, I will need to add it onto a dashboard.If this isn’t possible, I’m thinking creating a new GI with last year’s data and add it onto the dashboard beside the current year.

Hi,I have a client that presist that “Pending Invoice Amount” was incorrectly calculated before/after completing project.I have advised with offcial exaplanation Acumatica is that “If the line is billed based on amount, you specify this value manually” & advised this is manually editable.Could there be any other explanation for this behavior?  

Good Day.  I am trying to import multiple Purchase Orders with multiple lines.  The creation of the Purchase Order should use the GL setup as is on the Item record.  This just doesn’t want to work 

for look up fields in modern UI 2025R2 such as Projects or Vendor, when clicked a pop-up displays instead of a new tab. Is there a way to change this or just to have the pop up expand the full screen? Users currently have to hit expand every time.  

As the title says we changed our budget layout a year later.  We reclassified many transactions through the Reclassify Transactions process screen.  Worked great for the Cost Budget but then noticed that in the Revenue Budget everything put through already appears to be a negative:  On an old tab I noticed that the Reclassification screen was still loaded with transactions I didn’t reclassify (because they didn’t add with the Cost Budget #’s I was looking for).  However on one line in the Revenue Budget it’s value for Actual Amount was the exact same as the 2 transactions showing that I didn’t reclassify.  Little confused here.This is going to seriously mess up our AIA report.  I reversed all 80 of the GL reclassifications I did believing that would fix the Revenue Budget; however it did not.Any help would be greatly appreciated; not sure what I did wrong nor how to fix it.

Hi Everyone We are having an issue with rounding up purchase quantity from required quantity on Purchase Order.  For exampleInventory Item: Metal Sheet (Each Sheet is 2.5 sqm)Base Unit: SQMPurchase Unit : EA“Qty Roundup” under manufacturing only applies to required quantity in base unit.  Say 12.9 sqm of metal sheet is required for a production order. It generates a Purchase Order for 5.16 sheets. (We need the Purchase Order to round up the quantity to an integer, in this case 6 sheets.)  We tried implementing lot size as 2.5 in both 1) inventory - replenishment and 2) bill of material - lot.It didn’t seem to work. Could you please suggest a solution? Is customisation the only way?  Thanks in advance.

Hi All,I need assistance with below:For one our clients, with regards to subaccount restrictions, we have already set and implemented the GL Account to subaccount pairing restrictions (through the GL Account Access) screen, and that works fine.Our subaccounts string are designed in such manner that they include ‘department’ segment specifications (as can be seen below first screenshot for the ENGINEERING department). So, now we want to restrict further using the ‘department segment’ in the subaccount string, such that when a User selects a DEPARTEMNT in the Requests screen (see 2nd screenshot), then on the subaccount column in the detail line, only subaccounts with the ‘ENG’ (Engineering) should show for the user to choose among them (i.e., automatically filter the subaccounts on the line by the department selected at the top). Is it possible to configure such restriction groups without using the GL Account itself/ the users themselves, through standard acumatica configuration?I have b

Good afternoon, We recently upgraded from 25R1 to 25R2, and upon trying to create the LLM connection through Anthropic for Claude, we are getting the following error when trying to test the connection:“The max_completion_tokens parameter has an invalid value. Specify the correct value for this parameter on the LLM Connection form.”  Has anyone else experienced this error and is there a solution to fix it there is no field on the LLM Connection form.  Our partner did ask Acumatica about it, but their response leaves a lot to desire and provides no solution. 

Hi CommunityI have a customer who requires all assets to be disposed. Thre are a few left that I am unable to dispose as the need to be reconciled. However, there are no entires to reconcile in the “Covert Purchases to Assets” screen and the are no unreconciled entries on the actual asset.Can anyone tell me how to reconcile these assets?Thanks in advanceRegardsBarbara

Hello,I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a resolution for this issue:The following error appears when attempting to create a shipment for an order for which the Sched. Shipment date is greater than the current date.This would be considered a bug to us, as there is no reason you should be prevented from shipping an order earlier than requested.This is a required field that is pre-populated from the SO Requested On field, and results in an additional unnecessary and confusing step of manually altering the scheduled shipment date to the current day before creating the shipment.We are shipping non-stock items, back order allowed, allow negative quantity, but that should not matter.I know this was previously a known issue but we are using 2023 R1 where it was supposedly resolved years ago  TYVM!Kyle

Is there a way to “Close” inactive projects? When we updated there is now a “Close” option in projects after “Completing” a project. I’d like to close all of the projects we have complete that will allow me to “Close”. Is there a way I can mass close without going into each individual project?
