Hello all,I have created PO from SO with the line items with different vendors. Whereas upon processing the PO, it triggers the following error. How to resolve this? I assume multiple POs are allowed to be processed from a single source of SO.

Hello All,I have been working on Biz events & Automation and I recently migrated from 26R1 to R2. However it seems none if the Automations are working. Neither via Biz event nor via the Processing screens. However there was one Buz event that was setup in the previous instance - but that has been working fine . Any ideas what I can do ?

Hi All, In the olden days with the classic ui, I would take this approach in my import scenarios to adding a value to a screen where I have added an attribute.  Suppose I added an attribute with the modern UI. How is this done?

An issue has been introduced on upgrade in MYOB Acumatica to version 2026.1.2.  Previously on Version 2025.2 there was a bug on conversion where the GL Account on the discount line was removed, and this has been fixed on this upgrade - however the new and serious tax calc issue has been introduced. We are not sure if related.  Casting the net to see if any Acumatica sites have experienced this as we are in one of the earlier MYOB upgrade cohorts and are the first partner to report it.  It can be replicated on an MYOB Demo site.Having the tax engine not calculating is not great - note that MYOB do have a tax layer for our region.  Knowing if Acumatica users encountered this on a previous version would be great to know as MYOB versions are a little behind.Workarounds such as removing the tax line from the taxes tab and re-adding are cumbersome and risky for the client who processes very high volumes of transactions. The issue only occurs if a Discount Line is present on the Quote.

Hopefully Acumatica keep releasing more awesome tools like this: I wrote this manifest checker previously to help support/implementation staff troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Azure Entra ID setup.https://willhoward.nz/acumatica_azure_manifest_checker/It runs entirely in browser, nothing entered is ever saved by my website. It works for checking the permissions configured in the Entra Application registration, to help spot things that are hard to check by eye.Notes:OUTLOOK ADDIN  -As at publishing this, this has not been updated to include changes for Outlook AddIn following EWS deprecation. If anyone knows the exact permissions required, and versions where the newer Outlook Addin applies, let me know and I’ll adjust the checks.EXCHANGE SYNC - Setting up Exchange to mirror an Email account setup will probably work, but I don’t have an end to end test environment for Exchange setup and I’ve listed the additional GraphAPI permissions that full sync (Contacts, Tasks, Activities) might re

I tried to enable Inter-Branch Account Mapping and it is not listed to enable. Issue is we have multiple branches and select warehouses per branch. If a sales person selects a branch and selects a warehouse not associated to that branch it causes an issue when the inventory transactions takes place at the shipment stage. COGS gets recorded against the wrong branch. Inventory movement is correct. invoice GL is all correct. Right now we are doing transfers and trying to find a solution around it.

Hi, I am unable to import ARM report from TEST to LIVE and have this error before I created a new report tried to copy the row and col set but still same result.Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I have a customer that allows a portal user to upload files to inventory items listed in the SSP classic UI.  Yes, that seems a bit unusual, but it is what the customer wishes to do.In classic UI, it was easy.  I just added FilesIndicator="True" to the grid aspx.  It took care of everything for me.I’m trying to accomplish the same behavior in the SSP MUI in 26R1.  The catalog is no longer a grid.  So I am trying to open the Files dialog using an action.I added a custom button with an action to the Catalog item in the SSP MUIThis button triggers my action, but I don’t think this is the necessarily the answer.  In the Acumatica documentation, they say to do this (https://beacon.acumatica.com/r/UI-Component-Guide/Dialog-Box/Dialog-Box-Files#hiding-the-files-button)In TypeScript code, define the following method, which opens the Files dialog box.filesShow() { (this.activeScreenVM?.screenService .getDataComponent(NoteMenuDataComponent.dataComponentName) as NoteMenuDataComponent).filesShow()

Have any versions prior to 2026R2 been updated with the CSV export type for 1099 e-file? This appears to be required by the IRS for filing for tax year 2026.   Finance: File 1099 Forms Through the New IRS IRIS System   Good news if you file 1099 forms: Acumatica ERP is ready for the IRS’s move away from FIRE. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is retiring the FIRE system and replacing it with the modernized Information Returns Intake System (IRIS). The changeover begins in the 2027 filing season (tax year 2026). Starting in Acumatica ERP 2026 R2, the Create E-File process on the Create E-File (AP507500) form generates CSV files formatted for IRIS instead of FIRE for both 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC.

2026 R2 (26.200.0334)After logging on or returning to to the landing page the Reminder popup window is displayed in Classic UI with the deprecation message. However, on other native pages/screens, which are all Modern UI,  the Reminder popup window displays in the Modern UI.

Could someone help troubleshoot my import for Engineering Change Orders (25R2)I have deactivated details lines to just try to get header import to work

Hello,We recently started receiving the below warning during our inventory planning runs. We haven’t seen it before and haven’t made any changes to the inventory planning process, so the message surprised us. We’ve reviewed the automation schedule and it seems correct, has anyone encountered anything similar and if so, what was the fix please? We’re currently on 26R1

I have Automation Schedule and in the Automation Schedule History i have empty column. Have any idea why? Automation Schedule working with my custom processing screen

Hi everyone,I'm looking for advice on how to streamline the inventory returns process in MYOB Acumatica. Our client is currently using the Sales Order Returns process. When items are returned, they are received into a designated Returns location and then manually transferred to their correct warehouse locations. Is there a way to configure MYOB Acumatica to automatically direct returned inventory items to their appropriate storage locations during the Sales Order Returns process, rather than having them first go through the Returns location?Ideally, we would like the system to: Automatically assign returned items to their original or designated warehouse locations. Eliminate the need for additional manual inventory transfers. Maintain accurate inventory quantities and location tracking. Are there any standard configurations, default receipt location settings, or warehouse management features that could achieve this?Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is there a way to add additional notes for a specific item record and have it print on documents it’s on?Would that be the “Description” tab?

Hi Community,In a situation with 2 different Shopify Stores, B2C and B2B, are connected to the same Acumatica site, and some Inventory Items are in one store vs in another store, does anyone have a solution for the Inventory Items staying active in Acumatica? The Items are created in the Shopify stores, but when the sync runs for each store, it will mark all of the items in the other store as Inactive in Acumatica. Is there any way around this?Thanks,-RJ

Hello Community,We need to lock request documents (MR, IR, SR) once they progress to a second or later operation such as PO, GRN, Inventory Issue, Appointment or Service Order.Current behavior: Users can still reopen, cancel or edit quantities after downstream documents exist, and the system sometimes reopens the request automatically after POs are generated or materials are issued.Required behavior:Freeze the request completely once it moves to approval, PO, GRN, issue, appointment or service order. Block reopen, cancel and quantity edits after that point. Prevent automatic reopening after PO generation or stock issue.Question: Does Acumatica have any built-in facility (workflow, automation steps, access rights or a setting) to manage this? If not, what is the recommended approach?

I keep on getting this error below and cannot release a PO receipt for a non-stock item. Both line items are already linked to the PO and Sales Order. Refer to screenshots below. Does anyone know how to resolve this error?  Error Message:There are one or multiple lines in the 002436 drop-ship purchase order that are not linked to a sales order. Link all lines in the 002436 drop-ship purchase order first. Screenshot of SO: Screenshot of PO:   Screenshot of PO Receipt Error Message  Thanks,Frances

System design (I use 2024R2 and will be using 2025R2 soon): Prepare statement process should be triggered for each cycle, and must be completed successfully before going to next steps. Print statements process depends on the prepare process, and can’t be triggered unless the preparation is completed successfully.  Current state:I use automatic schedules to run the process overnight because it lengthy process. We run Prepare Statements schedule first, then check the next day whether it is successfully completed and that the statement cycles are available in the “Print Statements” screen. Based in the previous successful schedule, we trigger other schedules to email the statements The question/Desired situation:Is it possible to configure the schedules to run in sequence based on the successful status of the predecessor schedule? i.e. I want the system to use schedule to run the prepare statements, and if this schedule is successfully run, then run the email statements schedule.

Hello! I have two e-mails stuck in ‘processing’ status that I cannot cancel and re-try even. But emails before and after to those two have been sent successfully.  Any idea on how to resolve this? Thank You!

Hi all, We recently just upgrade to 26R1 and now whenever we try to download email activities as .EML files, they open with a gibberish string such as the one below.Has anyone had this issue? PGh0bWw+DQo8aGVhZD4NCjxtZXRhIGh0dHAtZXF1aXY9IkNvbnRlbnQtVHlwZSIgY29udGVudD0idGV4dC9odG1sOyBjaGFyc2V0PXV0Zi04Ij4NCjxzdHlsZSB0eXBlPSJ0ZXh0L2NzcyIgc3R5bGU9ImRpc3BsYXk6bm9uZTsiPiBQIHttYXJnaW4tdG9wOjA7bWFyZ2luLWJvdHRvbTowO30gPC9zdHlsZT4NCjwvaGVhZD4NCjxib2R5IGRpcj0ibHRyIj4NCjxkaXYgY2xhc3M9ImVsZW1lbnRUb1Byb29mIiBzdHlsZT0iZm9udC1mYW1pbHk6IENhbGlicmksIEhlbHZldGljYSwgc2Fucy1zZXJpZjsgZm9udC1zaXplOiAxMXB0OyBjb2xvcjogcmdiKDAsIDM2LCA4MSk7Ij4NCkhlbGxvLDwvZGl2Pg0KPGRpdiBjbGF

Has anyone built an integration between Acumatica and Datex Footprint?

Hi everyone,We need to export AP payments from Acumatica 2026 R1 (build 26.100.0175) as ISO 20022 pain.001.001.09 XML for US ACH (CCD/CTX) payments to J.P. Morgan. What we found so farThe standard XML Provider (PX.DataSync.XMLSYProvider) rejects a valid pain.001 file with “This file cannot be read because the system cannot determine the appropriate XML format.” The XML Provider only accepts a flat <Root><Columns><Rows> layout, and pain.001 is nested (header, payment batch, payments, invoice remittance). So we plan to write a custom provider: flat schema in, pain.001 out on export. We already have a tested class that builds and validates the pain.001 XML. We only need the provider wiring. In PX.DataSync.dll, XMLSYProvider, PXSYBaseProvider and PXSYBaseEncodedFileProvider are type-forwarded to another assembly.QuestionsWhich base class works best for a custom export-only file provider in 2026 R1? What are the method signatures for exposing schema objects/fields and for e
