Hi all,I am trying to override the ShipmentScheduleSelect data view declared in SOShipmentEntry. This data view has two optional parameters and five required parameters, so in my graph extension I define a data view delegate with 7 parameters of exactly the same types as the data view. As far as I understand, this is all that’s necessary. It shouldn’t be necessary to redefine the data view itself because I am not referring to the data view in the delegate.But I can’t get my delegate invoked. Please see below code snippets of the original data view and my delegate. Hi — we’re exploring a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off) and want to use the “split Friday” approach so each workweek still totals 40 hours. JAMIS Prime runs on Acumatica, and I can’t find a public example of JAMIS clients doing this. Has anyone here implemented 9/80 in JAMIS Prime (which screens they used, e.g., Timesheet Schedule / Time Card Profile / Overtime Rule), or can share a short description of how you configured it? We have stock items that do not need to be checked into the system in some instances, and others they do need to be checked in. If we raise a purchase order with these stock items, is there a way to not check them in and close off the purchase order?  For additional context, when we were setting up our system, our consultant helped us set up the following manufacturing flow. We have an item that undergoes manufacturing steps at 3 different suppliers. To track the manufacturing flow, we created a BOM with the main part being machined as a stock item and then the subsequent steps are non-stock item services provided to the stock item. I have included a little table below to describe the process. Should I start receiving these goods/not backflushing them?

Hi all,We recently upgraded from Acumatica 2024 R1 to 2025 R1 and noticed that whenever a new case is created, an additional activity entry is automatically generated:Type: System MessageSubject: Case created in ERPWe haven’t been able to identify any functional value for this entry—it simply logs that the case was created. However, it is creating extra activity records that are triggering unintended side effects, particularly with Business Events that rely on the CRPMSMEmail DAC (e.g., when monitoring case-related messages).We’ve looked through different settings screens but haven’t found a way to disable this “Case created in ERP” message.Has anyone found a way to disable or suppress this automatic activity entry in 2025 R1?Or alternatively, is there documentation explaining its purpose or how it ties into the case workflow?Thanks,Dave

Hey, gang - Running into an error and it isn’t clear where it’s coming from.  I’ve got 3 separate deductions that produce this error when I attempt to process liability bills. The corresponding account is NOT associated with an account group, so it’s not obvious why I’d be getting a project error. To make things a bit muddier, I’ve got a similar deduction that affects the tax calculation, uses the same account but DOES NOT result in an error.This is 25R1, so the Require Single Project per Document field is no longer available in AP Preferences. FWIW, the deductions in question are only used for one employee.  Any ideas on where the error is coming from?  Thanks in advance!

HelloWe’re having an issue with Canadian payroll and I’d like to know if anyone else has seen this, or if there is something we’re missing.We have a test employee who has maxed out on EI and CPP (tax reports confirm this), and when I process a subsequent regular pay run and compare the Federal Withholding Tax (FWT) and the Provincial Withholding Tax (PWT) to the Payroll Deductions Online Calculator, the amounts don’t line up. In Acumatica PWT is lower while FWT is higher. If I run the Online Calculator again and do not select the option for max EI and CPP having been reached, then the PWT matches what Acumatica calculates, but FWT is still out. In all standard pay runs I can get an exact match. We’re only seeing this now with maximums having been reached. I’ve gone through all setup and can’t see anything that seems like it would impact this.Appreciate any feedback anyone has on this! 

I’m trying to create a Generic Inquiry table that has all the inventory balance by location and serial number. There’s been several different tables presented on this site that can get qty by location (attached below) however, whenever I add Serial Number to them, the serial number gets attached to everything of the same part, producing duplicate results (and grouping isn’t smart enough to match deal with that). Is there a way to get the serial number to link only to the qty it belongs to?

Can we add a fee per package of a shipment? I know we can add a fee for each line of a shipment using shipping terms.However, we want to add a fee per PACKAGE of the shipment.  It is a small fee to cover the costs of the box being used to ship. Is this possible without a customization? Thanks!

Hi, client has several Operation .Is there a way to restrict certain users from entering a Move trx for certain Operations or Workcenters? I tried RowData Security, no option for WorkCenters;  but I tried to use the Warehouse linked to the WorkCenter;  but it did not work. Business Case.  Op worker entering movement for the WC he is working and not a different workcenter.ie,  Assembly vs Packing vs Quality Control.

Has anyone developed a system where the move transaction can be done in batches similar to how the materials wizard functions? We release materials when a production order is completed in house so we do the materials and move transaction one right after the other. The materials wizard allows us to release materials for dozens of production orders if needed, but now we need that same functionality but for the move transactions.

Here is the scenarioAllow Preassigning Lot/Serial Numbers flag is flagged in Production Order type screenLot/Serial Class created with assignment method “When Received”Serial number is pre-assigned to the Parent FG : Example SER0001. when the production order was created.FG has 3 sub assemblies..  Assembly 1Assembly 2Assembly 3 When the assembly is produced - the same serial number generated for the parent unit (SER0001) should be reused/assigned for each assembly Item when it it moved. Has anyone come across this scenario? Any thoughts or insights? 

We are a retail business using Acumatica in UK and currently have the Stripe integration switched on and working to accept payments in Acumatica, to do this we can manually type the card details into Acumatica & then the payment detail is sent to Stripe via the OOTB integration to authorise / take payment. We would like to be able to use card terminals within our showrooms so customers can insert their card into the terminal to pay but are struggling to work out what we need to do / what integration is required to allow the payment detail to get to the card terminal, the card terminal sorts the payment and then updates Acumatica when the payment has went through. Is anyone else using Stripe card readers with Acumatica and if so what extra steps / integration are you using to get it working?

We offer installation, removal and storage services to our customers. When we sell a project, the stock item is on the sales order and “Shipped” once it has been installed. We are able to track that inventory up until this point. Then the product gets removed and stored in our warehouse, but we do not have a way of tracking it since it is now customer - owned product and not our own inventory. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this?

Hi, I’m setting up a automation schedule for recalculate customer balances. I have about 1000 customers, but the schedule only run for two customers all the time. I have tried the same schedule setup in a local environment which runs for all customers without any issues. Below is the schedule I have added. Hi Team, We need to add one line item to the appointment. After adding the item, it can be included in the appointment; however, when we click on save, an error occurs that states, "The following error occurred when specifying a value in Warehouse.I have replicated it in the sandbox, and it is able to add line items with the same status as the appointment without any errors occurring. Note: It is causing an issue in the live environment, but it works in the Sandbox tenant at the same time(Instance & build).Please advise.

I had tried not activating the EI taxes on the Employee Payroll Settings but get an error when calculating the paycheck.  How do I set up this employee so EI insurable earnings & premiums are not calculated for this employee and that their T4 will show that they are EI exempt?

I am trying to add a custom field to the PO505000 (Create Purchase Orders) screen, but when I click the “customize existing screen” button in the project editor and then go to the screen to edit it, I am getting the error shown below: I have tried publishing the project after adding the screen but that has not worked. I have also tried removing the screen, publishing the project, and adding it back into the project but that has also not helped. Any ideas on things I can try would be greatly appreciated!

This is happening on a client and I cannot find the reason why the generated cost transaction has a different branch to the labour transaction, so it is causing incorrect GL entries.The data is all entered on the correct branch, so any ideas why the system generated cost transaction would have another branch to the source?

Hello, our business has a requirement to upload the Scanned printed copies of Sales Order to Acumatica that is completed and highlighted with picking & packing information by warehouse employees. Currently, we bulk upload the copies in OneDrive, but we want a solution where the scanned copies lies next to the respective Sales Order in the Acumatica screen. The scanned copies can have a different tab or can be uploaded in the activities tab. This definetly requires customisation, our acumatica team is novice and has very little experience with this software. Has anyone in the community established this type of system, if so, then please do share the feedback and the steps of implementation.Thank you  

Hi I have a working customization on the sales order screen which automatically creates a new line with item “NON-RETURN FEE” if the item class of the previous line is “CYLINDERS”. This then also populates the quantity of the line above to the NON-RETURN FEE line and also copies a UDF value from the given item to this auto generated line. This functionality works but the records gets auto-populated only on pressing the save button. How can I immediately get the “NON-RETURN FEE” line populated? For example straight after the quantity field of the previous line gets updated? I tried a fieldupdated event handler but this did not work either. Has anyone used a 3rd party product for AP automation? Companies like TRAILD, Tipalti, etc?We use the native AP “New Document Recognition”, but it is really klunky, and slow.  We have a ton of 3rd party Landed Costs and outbound freight.   We spend too much time processing these vendor invoices when they should simply just flow through the AP process. thank you.
