Every month our company sends out Customer Statements to show Invoice and Payment history for that month. We email some and print and mail some. We have been live with Acumatica for a year and every single month there is an issue with these statements. Whether it’s calculations are off, form not printing correctly, missing data, etc. we have shelled out considerable amounts of money to our partner to fix these issues just to fix a new issue the next month. Can anyone recommend either an expert Acumatica report designer or some solution that easily integrates with Acumatica that is more user friendly than report designer and we can create the forms ourselves? Anyone know anything about GoFormz? We have Velixo, can I use that? Any help suggestions are welcome!

Hello, I created a custom label where an employee can put in the production ticket number and print a label. Upon testing, I realized that the information will not populate unless the WO is in a “Completed” status. I would like for this to populate in the “Released” status as well. Hi Team,I’m having a hard time with a refund to a customer.Back on Dec 29, 2025, a payment from customer XXXXX was deposited into our bank account (they’re on PAP)Payment XXX for $1594.05Part of the payment was for an item that was not yet in stock, and part was for an order that was invoiced and sent.The $1554.07 that was intended for an item that had not yet been invoiced was left as an open payment on their account.The customer later cancelled that order, and I refunded them.The initial payment (XXXX) and the refund (YYYY) both show as open in Acumatica. How do I connect these dots and close off the payment and the refund? The refund is appearing twice in the Payment Transaction section of the application history, and it is also reflected in the Refund Transaction section.Please advise connect these dots and close off the payment and the refund

Hi Team,  Bright Side's orders aren't automatically invoicing like they should. When I go to manually invoice them I get an error related to Pacejet. Can you help look into what is going on? Below are the two shipments currently needing to be invoiced.I tried to correct the shipment to see if I could send it back through but since it has been too long since confirmation it wouldn't let me. The problem is, even though it wouldn't pull it back from Pacejet into Acumatica, it still deleted the shipment from the Pacejet side. So now its busted even more.

Has anyone built out a dashboard or report view for a traditional bid board for an estimating/sales team managing multiple bids with various sub-contractors successfully? 

Hello, Has anyone ever added a Vendor Ref # to the ACH export file? I do see this AddendaInfo.APInvoice_InvoiceNbr field but when I add this field value the export always returns a formula error (even if no formula present, tried removing formula all together).  Thanks, Eric 

We just recently updated to version 2024R2 and since then have found our MRP generation is not consuming the forecasted demand.  For instance our forecast for January 2025 has already been consumed by SO that exceed our forecast.  However, MRP is planning to the original forecasted demand.

We upgraded our client to Prime from Advanced.Shortly after, we upgraded from 2024.1 to 2025.1We are experiencing extreme speed issues ever since.We have a case logged since 10.28.2025 but no resolution yet.Is anyone else experiencing slow down since upgrading either their license or version?I’d be interested to hear.Thank you.

I have been using the Incoming Documents feature to bring in my invoices into Acumatica with the GL, however the subaccounts never populate even though I have it set up on the non-stock sku.

When I try to release an issue (IN302000), I get PXLockViolationException error:Question: does the tstamp in each ARTran row in the database need to match the PXCache somehow?  Which object in the cache do I need to look for?

Question for those of you in Distribution who have a custom website integrated with REPAY (or another payment provider).Our current process is that the customer enters their credit card information in the secure REPAY window on our website. The website then sends the sales order together with the payment token to Acumatica through the integration. We don't pre-authorize the card on the website. Instead, we pre-authorize it later in Acumatica as part of a scheduled process.The challenge is that if the authorization fails, the customer doesn't find out until later, which delays order processing and creates extra work for our Customer Support team.I'm curious how others handle this. Do you pre-authorize the card as soon as the customer enters it on your website, or do you wait until the order reaches Acumatica? If you do pre-authorize it right away, what amount do you use? Am I just too old fashioned, or does anyone else lock down the ability for end users to create Shared filters on GIs (and elsewhere in the system)?  It seems like every time I have a consultant working directly with an end user the question always comes back “Why can’t this person check the “Shared” checkbox?”  I have over 200 users on the system; if everyone had the ability to share their filters the list of filter tabs on most GIs would scroll off the side of the screen.We lock it down, so when we do have a user with a good filter to share, we (IT) wind up recreating it.  It’s not a horrible task, but now we’re starting to do more pivots and recreating those is painful.  

Hi Acumatica Community, I am in a situation where in our production environment when a user upon Loading the Documents and just before clicking “Save” the system is working perfectly.The moment “Save” is clicked the system becomes unresponsive for all the other users who were trying to do anything. The “Save” action alone is taking almost minutes sometime even multiple minutes and no other user is able to do anything and the system just becomes unresponsive.I did check if it could be related to some customizations and even tried unpublishing the customization that touched this screen; the problem still exists.Steps that I have taken to find the root cause of this:Tried to do record a Profiler for this action from the moment this screen loads. Hello,We’re still relatively new to Acumatica and are encountering some issues when attempting to update pricing on an existing Purchase Order. We’re following the below process:-Create the PO and move to Open status-Recognize a price update is required-Place the PO on hold-Attempt to update the price via item vendor prices (manually if only a few items)-Ensure effective date is before promised on date-Attempt to update price via worksheet-Select recalculate price to perform updateThis process has resulted in some successful price updates and some non-successful. My question is, are we following the correct process to update prices in already created POs?

Wondering if anyone has any customizations/add-ons used for container management in Acumatica that does not involve PC Bennett or IIG container modules? Looking for ideas on how others are handling.

Hey Community!I am looking to see if anyone has been able to use coding in the Description of a Column set that links to the Ledger ID that is chosen when running an ARM Report?  Instead of creating two sets of ARM Reports for comparing Actuals to Budget and Actuals to Reforecast, I would prefer to choose the Ledger (Budget or Reforecast) when running the ARM Report.  When the ARM Report is printed, then the column heading would reflect the Ledger ID/Description that was chosen when running the report.  The Actual column in the ARM Report would always run the Actual Ledger as that is set on the column in the Column Set.  Thank you! Ken

It’s old-school, but while we’re learning the tool, I would like each plant to print the Production Schedule Boards out for their Production Teams to review until we are fully comfortable with the tool and can display on a large monitor. I am trying to figure out why my WIP report AM654000 is not corresponding to my WIP GL its not like i have multiple WIP accounts I have 1 but the ending balance on the GL is way less that the balance on the WIP report

Does anyone knows how to do 2 business events, one that fires when you put an attachment on the shipment and another one which fires when you put an attachment on the related invoice using the same GI (SO-SHP-INV GI) I am not concerened about the subscriber you can use any but I just need it to fire on both scenarios

I’m trying to add a custom field in the mobile app to the Appointment Details screen, and I have not been having any success. I am able to add and remove existing fields, but the custom field will not appear. It is in the Web Service → Service description and its value is displaying in the field on the FS300200 web page.This is how I have been attempting to add it. Hi, My first time posing a question so please bear with me.  We are still in the process of implementing Acumatica and are at the UAT1 stage.When sending Requests for Proposal the request is only being sent to one vendor and the file attached includes all other vendor requests.  How do I set this up so the email goes to each vendor with only the corresponding document attached? Thank youJacqui

I would like to be able to change values in one column at runtime. Is it possible to do that with a prompt or maybe in the Import by Scenario screen to change all the values in one column in the grid?AI suggested that this can be done by: Defining a Parameter on the Import Scenario Referencing that parameter in the Mapping (e.g., using a prompt variable) Having Acumatica prompt the user at runtime and inject that value into the mapped column for all rows It may be hallucinating since I wasn’t able to find any info on that.

When I open the browser console and write something like:function disableBranchSelector() { console.log("Disabling branch selector"); $('.branch-selector__button.dropdown-toggle').prop('disabled', true); } it works from the console and the dropdown is locked. But when I write this code in the Customization Project Screen Editor (as I usually write JS), it doesn’t work. I think the Sales Order screen JS doesn’t have access to this part of the screen, and that’s why it doesn’t work. How can I disable or hide this dropdown? What can I actually do with it? 

When entering a Clock Entry for Production Orders, the Order Type dropdown displays "No Value", even though there are two Production Order Types configured in the system.In the Mobile App, the Order Type is automatically populated based on the Default Order Type specified in Production Preferences. However, when creating the Clock Entry through the application, the system is not displaying the available Order Types and instead shows "No Value" in the dropdown. As a result other order type production Nbr is not visible in production Nbr field.Could you please confirm whether this behavior is expected and advise why the configured Production Order Types are not being displayed for selection?we can select the order type when we enter the Clock entry in web browser from drop down menu
