Condition In report & GI - How to do IF string contain Substring?

Hi,As said in the title, How to do IF string contain Substring?Example here : IF [ARInvoice.CustomerID_Customer_acctName] CONTAINS ‘IGA’ I saw in the help that we have this operator :HELP ‘IN’ operatorI tried it in a GI :I think it’s done the good way but i got an error : Syntax error: The items following the IN keyword must be separated by commas and be enclosed in parentheses.Is it me or the help have mistake?Thanks

UDFs from Purchase Receipt (PO302000) not refleced in IN Receipt (IN301000)

I've created UDFs to track MAC Address, IP Address, and Room Number related to stock inventory items within the PO302000 form. I created the same in the IN301000 form. I also modified the workflow within each of those to allow those fields to be modifiable regardless of the status of the documents. All of that has worked. For the most part, simple stuff to this point (I think!). Now I am attempting to process a PO -> POR -> Inventory Receipt. The UDF data entered within the line details of the POR is not carrying forward to the Inventory Receipt form where I hoped/thought it would display in the line details as well. Can anyone help me understand what I'm missing. If you've not seen any of my other topics, I am not a developer by trade, but I am gaining my knowledge of Acumatica customizations through trial and error (and Community help!) as I go. Acumatica 2022 R2, Build 22.205.0026

2023r1 - Business Event Subscriber Task - Assigning Owner

I have created a Business Event based of a GI related to Purchase Orders. I have a Task Subscriber and everything is working correctly until I try to set the Owner of the task to be the Owner of the PO. I have tried all of these options and end up with this error. Interesting is I can Execute the Event again from the Business Event History failure and it does create the Task but with myself and not the PO Owner as the Tast Owner.Thanks.Brett

outlook add-in for shared mailbox

Is it possible to install the outlook add-in for a shared mailbox? I have it installed for my inbox, but it’s much more useful if I can access from the shared mailbox. When I click the inbox for the shared mailbox, the add-in disappears from the ribbon.

Automation schedules: skipped products

Hi!We have eCommerce connector setup with a Shopify store and configured schedules for Stock Items preparation and processing (on daily basis).We have two problems:Some items were last processed a month ago. Is there a filter of some sort? What can affect this and which stock items can be excluded if the automation schedule screen doesn’t allow to configure such low level details (it’s just Entity, frequency, time basically). We map product visibility with status in Shopify: visible → product is Active, invisible → product is synced to Shopify still but as a Draft stock item. This gets ignored on some products and with visibility at Visible and Export to External System box checked off, the products sync as Draft. What can cause this?Thanks!

Business Event (generic inquiry type) not triggering Email Notification For Each Record

I’ve created a Remittance report in report designer and added it to an email template. The template is subscribed to the below business event: The GI is APPayments ← Vendors ← Contacts filtered for VendorClassID and DocType = Payment. All key fields are included. Despite this, when I bulk release payments from Release Payments, only the first record triggers and generates an email. Is this a configuration issue, or a limitation of GI based business events?

Asset Class Import throwing error -Error: 1 items have not been processed successfully. View name: AssetClass.

I am trying to import asset classes into Acumatica using an import scenario. I have attached the XML file for the scenario. Do I need to mark an account as a control account for an import scenario to succeed?

I attempted to create fixed asset classes using the import scenario functionality. As part of the testing process, I manually created one asset class record using the Acumatica UI. Upon saving the record, a warning related to the control account appeared, which seems to be a standard validation mechanism to ensure accurate accounting practices. However, when I tried to use the import scenario feature to create multiple asset class records, I encountered an error, and the process failed. It seems that the control account warning, which was initially just a warning in the UI, has now become a hard-stop obstacle in the import scenario. I'm reaching out to the community to seek guidance and explore potential solutions to this issue. While changing our account structure might be an option, I'd like to know if there are any other workarounds that can allow us to successfully import these asset classes without altering our current setup.

Mobile app filter not working

I have created a new GI to show Item Allocation details on the mobile app. I have added the screen to the mobile app as below so i can label the columns etc.The screen appears on the mobile app but the Filter by does not let me select an inventory ID and the Results screen does not show the PlanType (Suspect this is because the field has the same name ‘Descr’ as the field on the InventoryItem tried called it INItemPlan#Descr. I have reviewed other posts and cannot work out why my Filter does not work.

How can I set a grid to generate 200 records at a time, and still allow paging through additional records?

In 21R2, I had created a small customization project to handle UI tweaks. One of these was to alter the grids on GL40.40.00 and AR40.20.00 so that they would generate 200 records at a time which could be scrolled through, and the rest could be accessed via paging. I accomplished this with these settings on the grid. AdjustPageSize: ManualAllowPaging: TruePageSize: 200 After upgrading to 23R1, these settings no longer work, and AllowPaging appears to behave like a mutually exclusive switch between paging with auto page size and scrolling with manual page size. Is this just the new behavior of these settings? Are scrolling and paging not allowed simultaneously anymore?

how do you manage old customization (delete them or keep them in Acumatica for a certain period of time before deleting) We have many customers with customizations that we no longer use, for the sake of organization my team wants to clear these old customizations from the Project Screen and delete them. Scan Sheet for Header Buttons on Scan Forms

At one point I found a document that had all the barcodes for scanning the buttons in the header of the Scan forms (Move, Materials, Labor, etc.). Can someone point me to that document?I think the barcodes are something like *RESET, *REMOVE, etc.

Always Editable - User Defined Fields

I need to be able to have User Defined Fields always editable for reference information. Case in point, Purchase Order Approvals. When a PO is rejected, we have a user defined field on the PO screen where we will place simple notes about the rejection. i.e. “too many”Manager needs to hit reject and edit the user defined fields without placing the PO on Hold. If we have to place the PO on Hold, then the status of that PO will revert back to pending approval, on hold, etc, instead of keeping the “Rejected” status in place. Basically I need a PO writer to clearly see that their PO is rejected in the “Status” column on the main Purchase Orders screen, then see the notes on why it was rejected as well.
