I would like to enquire if anyone has experienced custom workflow breaking after Acumatica 25R1 Patches . I had a customized Vendor approval workflow that was working in the earlier versions of  25.101.0153 but after this patch  25.101.0153.9 + ,the custom workflow is no longer functional.Can anyone assist?

Hello experts, i have created access right by role for sales user and have restricted user to create shipment but when i am creating sales order create shipment button gets enables and allow to create shipment. please check the screen shot for access right by role and please let me know what am i missing.

Hi,I have a requirement to create PO directly through requsition based on the Business Event. I have used the subscriber as Action and set as follows.I didnt add anything to the field values. However, when there are only one item is there on the requisition the BE got triggered and the PO was created. But when there are multiple lines are there on the Requisition the BE didnt got triggered.What could be the reason. Is there anything I can do for that.

Is it possible to have two different Numbering Sequences to for Vendors based on the Vendor Class? For context, standard vendors have the auto-Number Sequence of V###### and our Customer vendors have alpha-numeric coding based on another internal system. We’ve historically just created the Customer with a manual Numbering Sequence then extended them to a vendor, then used an generic import to get the payment method on the Vendor.We’re trying to integrate the two systems so that when a customer is created in our internal system with the elected payment method then a new Customer Class vendor will be created with the payment information then a workflow will extend it to a Customer. Our hiccup is when we ran the code to create the vendor it gets created as the V##### naming convention. Our other potential solutions are:Create the Customer ID then the workflow to extend it to a vendor we lost the payment method on the Customer object when we tried this

Hello! We are looking to create an automation schedule for the create pick list screen. The problem we are running into is “Overall number of totes should be at least as many as number of shipments.” This error occurs when we specify a value in the Max Tote Per Picker field, and if there are more shipments in the que than the value specified in the field, we would run into this error. Our issue is that there will ALWAYS be more shipments in the que than what we specify. Our max needs to be 12, is there a way for the automation schedule to only process 12 records at a time? Meaning that only put 12 records on the picking worksheet, and then generate another picking worksheet for the next 12 records?We tried making the max number of pickers really large, which would solve the error message, but in this case ALL records in the que will be created in the same picking worksheet at the time automation is generated. Hi Community!I ran into this a few months back but was asked again. In the Classic UI I was able to go to “Screens” in a Customization package and drag the tab order around so the first tab would be the new default tab. In the modern UI I can use the Screen Configuration tool to move the tab order in a similar way but even if I move a tab to the 1st, when I open the page it defaults to the original tab that defaulted.Appreciate any feedback or guidance!~Chris

Is there a way to create a shipment for a Sales Order line prior to the ship-on date associated with that line? We are trying to track our on time delivery when it comes to shipments and we don’t only want to study what causes delays but also want to study what are some root causes that allows certain jobs to ship ahead of time. However, currently Acumatica prevents creating a shipment before the ship-on date. (Ex. I won’t be able to create a shipment today for a Sales Order line that has a Ship-On Date one week from now without changing that date.) Also, is there a direct way to allow for this to happen without going through workarounds that leads to extra keystrokes?I.e.Creating a shipment through the Sales Order → Changing the Shipment Date in the Pop-Up window to match the lines being shipped → Backdating the shipment date in the shipment once it is created.  Creating a shipment manually → Selecting the

I would like to tag each appointment or service order line with a code 001 through 011. This will determine which lines to group on the invoice with a total for those lines and a custom description. Eg. Material, Labor, Misc. These would be the only lines appearing on the invoice with a grand total.

We are looking for a way to send an email notification out when a BOM revision gets used in a production order for the first time. For example, an existing BOM gets a new revision. The first time that gets used in a production order we want a notification to go out. Anyone know the best way to approach this? I assume some sort of new GI is needed.

I’m having an issue with my Generic Inquiry report. I need to retrieve the beginning balance from the last period activity, but that period is outside my selected period range. Because of this, the report is very slow to load. Is there any workaround for this, or is there another table I can use to get the beginning balance more efficiently?can you check my xml file if you can do something about it?

Is it possible to install the outlook add-in for a shared mailbox? I have it installed for my inbox, but it’s much more useful if I can access from the shared mailbox. When I click the inbox for the shared mailbox, the add-in disappears from the ribbon.
