Hi All, i have just started processing accounts payable payment runs using ABA files exported from MYOB acumatica payables module. The payment batch balances in MYOB, however, when i try to process in CommBiz our own bank details are missing from the ABA file. The bank details of the suppliers we are paying are correct, its just our bank account details that are missing from the ABA file (thus it doesn’t balance and CommBiz won’t process it). We have managed to edit the batch in CommBiz but i would like to fix the issue before it gets to CommBiz. Thanks in advance.

Hi, is anyone here using Acumatica Payments (Integrated Payment Processing)? I was looking into integrating our payments into MYOB Acumatica, but this feature isn’t available for selection in Enable/Disable Features and is unticked in the Licence Maintenance screen. Is this available in MYOB?TIA.

MYOB Acumatica has out-of-the-box email notifications for actions like modifying Supplier/Employee payment details, email addresses etc.These emails are sent to the Security Contact Email, and sometimes also the Employee’s email.We used to be able to modify these and add additional email address etc.I can’t seem to find them as Email Templates or Business Events, so I’m wondering if they have been hidden at a system level by MYOB?Anyone know where to find them now?

In projects we have a business flow where the client receives money in and then pays a portion of that out. The difference is the Actual Income on the Project.  For a few reasons we didn’t want to show to AP payment in the Actual Expense. We created an Account Group of the Income Type and added the 2 GL Codes, the Income type GL code for the Income and the Expense type GL Code for the portion of the Income that is paid out. That means that the Revenue Cost Transactions always have an AR Invoice EG $20’000 and a AP Bill EG $5000 and in versions up to 2023.1 the Actual Income calculation calculates the income as $15’000. (AR-AP)Lovely solution and everyone was happy… then Version2024.1 and in Acumatica 2025.R1  with the new calculation to include the taxes, the Actual Income calculation ADDS the AP Bill to the AR Invoice rather than subtracts as it did previously.This effects all new transactions, and creates an incorrect actual income if an existing project is recalcula

I’ve installed MYOB Advanced Build 2024.210.100.3447 [24.210.0019] and applied the developer license key successfully. I can see some default screens like Stock Items and Sales Orders, but I’m unable to access screens like:Inventory Preferences Warehouses Shipments InvoicesI have verified access rights (granted full permissions including delete), but the screens still don’t appear.Is there anything else I need to configure after applying the developer license to make all standard screens available?Thanks in advance!

Hi All, we are having issues where we enter a proforma invoice from a new supplier into MYOB Acumatica and pay it by bank transfer. The supplier then sends us a tax invoice with a different invoice number which is then paid again (if we aren’t keeping an eye out for the real tax invoice).We were just wondering the best way to treat proforma invoices as we don’t wish to pay by creditcard and the suppliers are unwilling to issue a tax invoice without upfront payment (as we are a new customer with them). thanks in advance. 

Hi,I am modify a pre-build payroll report called Employee Detail Data (MPPP4075). I’ve created my changes with the “Edit Pivot Table” button, and “Saved As” a new pivot for this report.For one of the Rows, if there is no value, I would like for nothing to be returned in that cell, i.e. a blank cell. But unfortunately, the system is returning the words “Is Empty”.The setting is currently set as per screen shot, with nothing entered into this setting.Can anyone help to make this cell blank??

Hello.Has anyone every considered the need to show what has changed on a PO when it is sent for approval via workflow so that the approver can see what the change is (i.e. when an order is changed, whether it is a $1 or $100,000 change)Interested to hear if anyone has built a customisation for this

Despite the fact that there is a built-in “Westpac Business Credit Cards” option in the Financial Institution field on the Apply for Bank Feed screen, the credit cards cannot be found in the drop-down bank account field on Westpac website. Our client called Westpac and the reply was “credit cards can’t be set through Bank Feeds”. I put a question mark on this reply and am wondering if there is anyone setting up Westpac credit card bank feeds before?

Hi Team, I have installed MYOB Advanced Build 2024.210.100.3447 [24.210.0019] on my local system and successfully applied a developer license key. After applying the license, the site and standard screens are loading fine.As a test, I created a simple customization project that adds a boolean field to the Sales Order (SOOrder) header via a cache extension. There are no other changes in the package.However, when I attempt to publish the customization, I encounter the following error during the validation phase attached a copy for your review. There are no additional errors or detailed messages provided in the output log.What I Have TriedRebuilt the customization project in Visual Studio (no compile-time errors). Confirmed that the field is added using a clean PXCacheExtension of SOOrder. Confirmed no duplicate extension classes. Restarted IIS and cleared temp files

 Does anyone have experience with creating a custom Payment Method/Export File that can generate a Batch Payment file to upload and create International payments? The MYOB Acumatica out-of-the-box options appear to only include:NZ Domestic Payments AU Domestic Payments The scenarios I'm looking to cover are:Paying from an Australian ANZ Bank to New Zealand Bank Accounts Paying from a New Zealand ASB Bank to US Bank Accounts

I was just wondering why the "Reason Settings" option is hidden in the Approval Maps in MYOB Acumatica?I was hoping to enable 'Reason for rejection', as my company's CEO requested that a reason be required when rejecting approvals. However, I can’t seem to find any option in the Approval Maps to make the Reason for Rejection mandatory — unlike in standard Acumatica.Would you happen to know how we can utilise the Reason field in the Approvals tab across any screen? I Created a new customization project in Myob Acumatica instance in Build 2024.110.101.1720 [24.110.0017].   And did few modifications in a screen and tried to publish, it publishes successfully but after opening the customization project again it looks like below and it gives following error messages in the trace. I tried this in a cloud demo environment and in a local instance as well. But same gives the same error. I tried few customizations with simple modification (only a new field for existing screen just for testing) even such customizations are giving same error

Hi, If we set up an NZD credit card in the system and configure a bank feed in MYOB Advanced, how can we ensure that all AUD purchases are accurately recorded as cash transactions processed through the bank feed transactions? Thanks   

Hi Everyone,I have recentlyt taken over as the Finance Manager of an organisation that uses Myob Advanced. Unfortunately, the organisation has undergone a massive downsizing and MYOB Advanced’s functionalities are not needed and to be honest cannot be justified from a cost perspective.I’d appreciate any advice on how to move from MYOB Advanced to MYOB Accountright. Thanks

We have just integrated our Azure AD and MYOBAdvanced for Single Sign On. It is working well. However, Outlook add-in has no feature of SSO yet. We wanted to use 2FA for Outlook plugin if it doesn’t support SSO. Can we enable 2FA only for few native users if SSO is already enabled in the system ? Looks like, It is not possible as the option is not available. Just wanted to have a confirmation on this topic. How can we make a login secured for Outlook plugin users in MYOBAdvanced?

Hi there, Is the MS Teams integration feature available in MYOB Acumatica? If so can someone share some good use cases and how to configure it. One example I can think of…employe has an overdue task, and I want to send a Teams message/alert notifying that there need to complete the task. 

Hi Community, I am struggling to maintain data security in MYOB because a user can see other users’ purchase request and so on. Please help me out. I want to manage it properly and document it. However, I am confused as it is complex to understand. In our scenario, there are 3 types of access rights.Access Rights by License Type Access Rights by Role Access Rights by ScreenThere are modules, forms, functions and what not.Example: If we grant ‘Employee’ License and ‘Administrator’ role to them. And both have different level of access rights.In this case,Which access right over-rides to each other? Is there a hierarchy ? Admins cannot modify access rights by license type as it is purchased accordingly. How does this all work Is there anyone experts here regarding this topic?RegardsAbhishek
