Creating a GI with SOInvoice.DocType and SOInvoice.RefNbr as parameters does not provide a lookup for invoice number.  If I use ARInvoice, there is a lookup but it excludes invoices for which the SOInvoice has not been released.No lookup 

I created a business event based on Vendor Price changes which executes an import scenariio to update a stock item custom field.  The user has delete access to both Vendor Prices and Stock Items however the business event does not fire.  If an admin changes the vendor price, the business event fires???Does a user have to have access rights to both the BE and the import scenario subscriber?  I an not aware this is required since other business event fire.

I am trying to design a GI that will show me allocations for stock items that we have on Open PO (open qty). I want to know for all open PO quantities, how much is designated/linked to a SO and how much is for “stock”. The report is functioning properly and is showing me what I want, however, I would like to have separate columns for each PO Line to show if it is meant for Stock of SO (if Line type is Goods for IN, I want the open qty to show in my column Stock Inventory...and if Line Type is Goods for SO, then I want the open qty to show in my Inventory for SO column). The logic I am using on my GI is =iif([POLine.LineType]='Goods for SO', [POLine.OpenQty],0)  and  =iif([POLine.LineType]='Goods for IN', [POLine.OpenQty],0). However, all data being returned is 0.In the example below the first line of my report should show 7 in the “Stock Inventory” column and for the 2nd line I have highlighted, you should see 5 in the “Inventory for SO” column, but for some reason the formula I am usi

Getting this error trying to ENTER AP BILL from the Subcontract.There is no inventory item on the line - so no receipt needed.Line item - closed uncheckedUnbilled quantity and amount = total amount on Subcontract.Close PO Line = By Amount As a work around, we are able to create a new bill and then add the subcontract from the bill. Any ideas on the cause of this error?  Thank you!

Hi! The goal is to default the revision ID field on kit assembly screen to “B,” anytime a user creates a new kit assembly. I was able to default it through customization project, however, each time after I enter the kit inventory ID, the revision ID field clears, and you have to manually select B again. I tried making that field “not required” hoping this would solve the issue but no luck there. Any idea if this is possible to do?Thank you in advance!Revision B is defaulted upon creation:The field clears after you enter the inventory ID:In customization project, I set the default value of KitRevisionID to B. I tried making it not required as well, but upon creation it is still required, after you save the document, the asterix goes away.  

Is there a way to automatically calculate the weight based on package contents (item weight x qty) when processing the packing of packages manually via the Shipment form? I noticed that if I use the Pick, Pack, Ship form or a scan gun (WMS), that the weights are calculated for each package. This same calculation is not working directly in the Shipment form.

I have noticed that Acumatica’s implementation of Aurelia 1 relies heavily on the @autoinject decorator for doing dependency injection into the Modern UI code. My understanding from the Aurelia developers is that this @autoinject decorator will not be browser compliant as of tc39 (https://tc39.es/). Individual browsers will have different timelines for dropping pre-tc39 support, but the generic issue here is that at some point this code will no longer be browser-compliant and will not run in future versions of major browsers.It seems like before a ton of development effort is put into building new customizations and front end screens that rely on Aurelia 1, there should at least be some discussion of whether the future here is to move to Aurelia 2?

Trying out the new generic inquiry as data source capabilities in 2024.Doing a Customer Sales report combining MTD and YTD.Created MTD Generic Inquiry - all good. Month ParameterCreated YTD Generic Inquiry - all good. Month ParameterCreated a new inquiry with the MTD and YTD as data sources however I cannot get it to work when using a Month parameter on the Parent Inquiry.Have tried using it as per release notes (“When parameters in the parent and source inquiry share the same names, the system creates a link between these parameters”) - does not work.Have tried Conditions and even adding it to the relation joins.Has anyone worked out the trick to get this working?

Our company utilizes our Quality Assurance team for Supplier Management. Does Acumatica have any Supplier Management functionality with regards to monitoring specific stock items that are on back order with vendors? Also, is there a way to restrict items to only being purchased from specific vendors, or vice versa (vendors can only sell a specific category(ies) of items)?

I work in a manufacturing environment that requires production work orders to be split for validations, new tooling runs, qualifications that were not originally planned for.  The problem is that I don’t see the functionality that allows me to split a production order.  The worst part is that we have to link our SO’s to the production orders when created for lot tracing. Every time I get a request for splitting, in order to keep the linking correct, I have to go all the way back to the original Sales Order and make changes, and so on... Reduce the original sales order lineCreate new lines for the split qty’sMark those new lines for productionGenerate new production ordersPrint new production ticketsReduce the production order and print a new ticketWhen shipping, this then creates additional work as now they have several lines instead of 1 line int he sales order.  I was wondering if I missed this functionality or maybe someone has a similar problem and came up with a less time-consumin

Hi - I have a situation that I can’t find any documentation on and hoping someone here might know.We have employees who are doing weekly timecards, and they would like to be able to preload from the previous timecards. This works really well, but during testing we noticed that if a user entered a Stat Holiday (HL) in a particular week either manually or by using Preload Holidays, that earning type was not carried over to the next week when we used the Preload function. Intrinsically this makes sense to me because we don’t want to mistakenly enter stat holidays where there are none, so i assume there is some coding in the system that limits this.Today we found that the same logic is being applied to Vacation time (VL). If a user enters it one week, and then creates the next week’s time card and uses the Preload option, the VL line is not carried over. Is this happening for the same reason as the HL time, and is there some coding or logic somewhere that’s driving this? Hi All, I have a scenario where GL journals have to be exported and imported in another ERP system. after the export we would like to mark these lines as being imported so they can be obvious on a GI. I can’t work out how to get the import scenario work using the same key module, batchnumber and line numbers. any hint would be much appreciated. What am I missing here ? error is not telling me muchThank you 

I am trying to add the AP - Bills and Adjustments  &  Checks and Payments screen to the mobile app but I can’t get it to show up in the mobile app.I added the workspace to the mobile workspaces screen and the visible button was checked.I added the screens and checked the visible button: Then I went to the generic inquiry screens and clicked the expose to mobile application button  What am I missing that they are not showing up on the mobile end?

I’m trying to create dynamic bill of material calculations based on run quantity. For example, my machine time is dependent on how many I need to produce. Each unit takes 25 seconds. I would like to create my BOM so that all you have to input is quantity, and all the other fields are populated based on that. Any advice on how to do this?

the issue I am seeing now but wasn't there before is. When you link a SO to create a PO. The create PO is taking the date listed under the ship to date vs the requested on date stated on the SO. Any one know how to fix that? here are screen shots: SO: Create PO: should state Jan 28th but it doesnt.

I have a GI and displays the below information When I group by reference ID I would like the non-null values to show in the last 3 columns (Line 1 Comp Inventory Description, Line 2 Comp Inventory Description, Line 3 Comp Description) to show in their appropriate columns once the group has occurred. Is there a way to do that? 

Hello Acumatica Community,Is there a way in Acumatica to default or prefill User-Defined Fields (UDFs) on the Invoices and Memos screen with values from Attributes defined on the Customer Contract?Specifically, when a Contract ID is selected on the invoice, can the system automatically pull the corresponding Attribute values from the Customer Contract and populate them into UDFs on the invoice?​​​​The Values below have been filled manually; I would like the system to prefill the attribute values from the customer contract screen? Kindly suggest if there is any way if it is possible. 

I have a very strange problem with Modern UI. Here are the steps I take to get it: I create a sales order, set a kit, explode it, then without saving it, I create a new line with any item. When I try to set a QTY, it throws an object referencing error and role back qty to 0 on the tab and resets the QTY back to zero. Hello,       We have two customers who share the same boss. Customer A has a payment with some remaining balance, while Customer B has some open invoices. The customer has informed us that they no longer want to issue checks and have asked us to use Customer A's remaining balance to offset Customer B's open invoices.     I cannot simply void Customer A's payment because it has already been partially applied to some of Customer A's own invoices.     What is the best way to accomplish this?
