The owner is subject to the S Corp rules for the Greater than 2% shareholder rule. Therefore the company pays 100% of her premium expenses for health, dental, vision, etc.  We have tracked these amounts for the year, and now need to add these to wages as taxable income subject to FICA but not withholding. How do we do that? Is it done through an adjustment?

Has anyone else had connectivity issues recently when trying to connect or work in the mobile app when they know that they do in fact have WiFi/cellular connectivity?  When the error occurs the user is able to open a website in Chrome to confirm that they do have connectivity. This seems to be a new issue in the last couple of days, and all of the reports so far have been on Android devices.  It is affecting more than one of our customers on different Acumatica instances.

Hello, I’m trying to automate the Create Purchase Order Process of my MYOB Acumatica. Though the automation works, it stops with the error, “Owner Cannot be Empty”. I have identified this because, there is no Linked Entity connected with Admin user and hence no Owner is filling on the Purchase Order form. And the field is mandatory. The admin user is not editable even to a full user.  Is there any way that I can automate the process. 

Hello,I’m trying to create Payment Amount in a Positive Pay CSV file padded on the left to include 11 total characters like this example: I’ve tried several formulas:=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),10,'0')=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),10.2,'0')=PadLeft(CStr(Round([APPayment.OrigDocAmt],2)),10,'0')=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),12,'0')The above formulas produce results that are padded at the left but include 2 extra digits on the right.I thought Acumatica might be using Price/Cost Decimal Places field in Miscellaneous Settings section of Companies screen to set Decimal Places to 4…. however when I temporarily changed this setting from 4 to 2, it made no difference in my Positive Pay GI.  Thank you in advance for your help!Laura

My client had to run the Tax Maintenance this week and there are now blank rows, the Values don’t have dropdowns and for example the Select Filing Status was Single, Married Filing Jointly, Married Filing Separately and Head of Household, but now everyone updated to an “S” with no options:Is anyone else experiencing this issue? 

I am creating a purchase order approval workflow for a client. They previously used Purchase Requests with an approval workflow and are wanting to replace this with Purchase Order approvals.Their Request Approval Workflow conditions are based off Department and $ amount.  Currently it is not possible to setup Purchase Order workflows in the same way, as the Department Entity is not available.Can we add the department field to the Purchase Order header and add the department entity to the Purchase Order workflow?Additionally we would probably get the Purchase Order department field to default to the PO Owner (employee’s) department but they could select any department, as it will not always be the same department as the user who is creating the PO.Has anyone implemented a customisation like this before?

I intend to add custom fields to the Payment Summary section of the AR302000 screen. These two custom fields are intended to appear specifically when the View is set to "Document." However, it seems that despite having implemented the code, the changes are not taking effect. Where might the issue lie?

Hi Team,In Acumatica, on the Journal Transactions screen, there is a Customer/Vendor field that is currently disabled. I have enabled this field, and I want it to work the same way as the Vendor field in Bills and Adjustments.In that screen, if a vendor has a branch restriction, the vendor does not appear in the selector when working in a different branch. I want the Customer/Vendor field in Journal Transactions to follow the same behavior.I have tried several code approaches, but I am still not getting the expected result. Hi there, I have received a PO and now want to do the putaway but it keeps giving me this error:Put Away mode in use.Error: Inserting  'Receipt' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.Document is out of balance.Scan the destination location. Im assuming this is because i havent been prompted to enter the quantity that i am putting away.Is there a setting i am missing?

What report can be used to review bin locations prior to inventory physical counts?  We can’t show it on a GI as we have multiple locations, but need to be able to review the report to identify updates needed.  

I try to configure mailing and printing for purchase requisition template for requesting proposal to vendor. But It’s always use default system sending email template. when click request proposal, it also send to other two email that is not the vendor email. This is image when it sent 

Hello good afternoon communityI am importing customers and vendors through the import scenario, there are approximately 16,000 customers and about 4,000 vendors, many of them are customer/vendor at the same time.When I do this I get an error saying that I cannot have the same customer and vendor ID during the import. These customers/vendors have the same ID. since they are the same.Is there a configuration that allows it? Is there a way to import them by import scenario? because there are about 950 customers/vendors that exist with this condition. I’ve come across an issue and want to confirm if I’m missing something in the configuration, or if I’ve found a bug in how Matrix Item creation handles segmented key separators for the new Inventory IDs.As far as I can see, this should be possible but I’m seeing strange behaviour when creating the Matrix Items. The end goal is a 2 segment Inventory ID, that correctly creates Matrix Items with valid Inventory IDs.(The reason I need 2 segments is because the first segment will be Auto-Numbered. I’ve been able to replicate the issue both with and without auto-numbering, so for simplicity I’ll detail below without auto-numbering applied) Expected BehaviourManually created, standalone Stock Items, Non-Stock Items and Template Items, should be created with the first segment populated, and the second segment left blank. I have a processing screen with PXFilteredProcessingJoin where the main DAC is Customer with LeftJoin<CustomTable> and LeftJoin<Location>.In the grid I display Location__CPriceClassID field from the joined Location DAC.Problem: When I click the Selected checkbox on a row, the value in Location__CPriceClassID column disappears. In Customer Profile under Balance would like to add a new field for Open Invoices. This field would display the sum of the Current Balance for all Invoices with an Open Status associated with the particular customer. Need help creating the customization.The issue we are having is that Prepayments are included in the Balance the Customer owes. If a Customer has open Invoices totaling $1000 but they have a Prepayment of $200 for future work their balance displays $800 and this balance is what our employees see and what shows on the Customer Statement. Customers end up paying less than what they owe.

Hi  all,In our Acumatica environment, numeric values are displayed with trailing zeros in many transactions. For example: 10.12000 10.00000 10.45785 Expected display: 10.12000 → 10.12 10.00000 → 10 10.45785 → 10.45785 (should remain the same) Our requirement is to remove unnecessary trailing zeros across the system (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, AR/AP transactions, Generic Inquiries, and reports) without modifying each screen individually.We have already checked: Decimal Precision settings in companies master screen Is there a way to configure this globally in Acumatica, or would this require customization?

I am trying to create a GI that lists invoices that need to be printed or emailed to the customer.  The list should be any invoice that doesn’t have the printed or emailed or don’t email button checked.  Basically if any of those are true then it should be pulling them on the inquiry. As you can see below, its still pulling invoices where those columns are checked. It should only be pulling invoices where none of the 3 columns for printed, emailed or don’t email are checked. Its completely ignoring all of the conditions in the last paratheses.  Where am I going wrong with the logic/format on this?
