Hi,We are running into an issue with Acumatica DeviceHub and wanted to check whether anyone has seen this before.We are receiving the following error in the DeviceHub log during label printing:Error calling AuthLogin“The number of concurrent API logins specified for your user account on the Users (SM201010) form has been reached.”Here is what we found so far:The DeviceHub user in Users (SM201010) has Max. Number of Concurrent Logins = 3 In License Monitoring Console (SM604000), our license shows: Maximum Number of Web Services API Users = 20 Maximum Number of Concurrent Web Services API Requests = 3 We changed Maximum Number of Concurrent Web Services API Requests from 3 to 5 and tested again, but the error still remained In System Monitor → Active Users, we can see multiple active DeviceHub sessions, including API sessions DeviceHub appears to repeatedly try to log out and log back in, but continues failing with the same AuthLogin error Because of this, printing fails when DeviceHub

Has anyone had any luck figuring out how to change a discount amount after an AP bill is posted before it gets paid? Right now we have to enter a debit adjustment and re-enter the AP bill. That is time consuming. There should be an easy way to look at the bills and change the discount amount or date before it goes to get paid. 

I am having issues with a selector field on a smartpanel. Has anyone else noticed this new limitation in 26R1?  I can’t have a local copy of Acumatica ERP and Acumatica Tools installed on the same computer?  Does anyone know why this limitation has been introduced?  As a partner and consultant, the need to have both installed locally is important for multiple reasons.

Hi,I am running into an issue with a client on version 25R2. I am able to generate a Project Drop Ship PO from the project. However, when I try to create a PO Receipt against the Project Drop Ship PO, I keep on getting this error message below. The trace log does not provide any detail. I reviewed the inventory and stock item configuration everything appears to be okay. Do you know what I am missing or could it be a bug? Any insight would be great. Thanks,​Frances  

How do we give access to the Screen Configuration for a user without granting ‘Administrator’ role?

I have a business event set up to send an email notification when the Release action is done on inventory receipts. Every time the release is being clicked, it is triggering the business event twice, so duplicate emails are being sent. Why is the event triggering twice?Below is what my business event looks like and the log showing the duplicate triggering. 

Hi all, if I create a customer via the UI or the API the CreatedDateTime is always 5/15/2024.  I would like it to be the actual date.  I have not customized the screen or process at all. Is there a setting for this? Thank you

When using Report Definitions for a consolidated report for Parent Company A, how can I eliminate transactions between subsidiaries B and C to avoid double-counting values?

I would like to create a consolidated P&L for two tenants, but exclude sales between tenants. More specifically, tenant A sells to tenant B, but that revenue shouldn’t be considered. Can the row set exclude revenue for a specific customer?Any suggestions are appreciated.

If I am wanting to use a statistical ledger for headcounts, what is the recommendation for how those values are recorded in Acumatica?  Is it by entering only quantities or debits and credits?  If quantity, how do you report on it?  If debits and credits, is there a way to just enter monthly totals and not have them aggregrate?  I am trying to create a way for our HR group to just enter monthly headcount figures against specific HC categories, so that we can then report off those values.  We also have Velixo.  i have tested but can’t seem to get quantities to pull into any reports or Velixo formulas.

How can I set up a consolidated report to eliminate intercompany transactions between Company A (Branch AA) and Company B? I attempted to use the Consolidation in Acumatica but couldn't get it to work. Any advice on what I might be missing? Thank you for your support!

Hi Team,I’m facing an issue with the Customer Statement report while using an Automation Scheduler and would appreciate your help.I have created an Automation Schedule to send the Customer Statement report for a single customer via an Email Template. The overall flow is working fine — the email is triggered and the report is attached successfully.However, I’m facing an issue with the Statement Date parameter:When I manually pass the date in the format 10/04/2026, the report generates correctly with data. But when I use dynamic values like @Today or select Statement Date from schema, the report is generated as blank (no data).It seems like the parameter is not being resolved correctly when using dynamic values.Could anyone please help with:Why dynamic parameters (like @Today or schema fields) are not working in this case? I added a custom field to store the internal company in both the Item Classes and Landed Cost Code screens, using the same approach in both cases. I also added a selector to choose the company.In the Item Class screen, the selector works as expected and displays the available company list. Hi all,In Acumatica Accounts Receivable → Print Statements processing screen, the system is not processing when a large number of records are selected using the Process or Process All buttons and throwing the attached error. This issue occurs specifically in the Modern UI.I attempted the following troubleshooting steps in my dev environment, but the issue still persists: Modified the maxAllowedContentLength and maxRequestLength properties in the Web.config file Modified the Maximum Query Length setting at the IIS level Any input to help identify the root cause and suggest a solution or recommended configuration to handle large record processing in the Modern UI? Thanks in advance! Premalatha N

I've set up a Unit Set hierarchy for consolidation, where Company A is the parent of B and C. Based on the documentation, Company A should show the consolidated data of its sub-units. But when I run the report for Company A, it’s not totaling B and C correctly. Is there a specific setting in the Unit Set or Report Definition that I might have overlooked?  

Anyone have a working import scenario to delete Project Template Tasks?Due to how the template format is in the screen, it seems that it cannot find the Project Template.  I tried a few ways even using the description, but it is unable to find the record. Client uses two segments for their project task record, and it looks like the screen only shows the first segment and this might be part of the problem.When you pass the template ID with two segments it says it doesnt exist.I can use the GI but as there is about 2800 records this takes some time.

Is there a way or something I am missing that will not show discounts on the line or document level to select if they are expired, a sequence doesn’t exist, or the sequence is marked as inactive? We have old discounts codes we don’t use anymore and even if I have deleted all sequences or inactivated all sequences they still show up to select on sales orders. There is an error when selected, but we don’t want these to even show.
