As an Automation QA Engineer, I have been experiencing significant issues that are impacting our automation testing efforts.One of the main challenges is the inconsistent and unstable page load times. The environment's performance varies considerably, which affects the reliability of our automated regression test executions and often causes test failures.In addition, we have noticed that UI element locators are not stable and frequently change or become unreliable. As a result, our automation scripts require continuous updates and daily maintenance to keep the test suite functional. Since Thursday August 6, we are seeing our Amazon FBM orders not sync into the system consistently. Results are sporadic at best, some come over right away, others come over 6 hours later and this is not sustainable. Anyone know if anything has changed on how Amazon is sending sales orders over for FBM? Most orders I cannot even see in the sync history if there is an error, they just do not populateNo one knows what to do to fix

After upgrading to 2026 R1, we're getting an error when running the Print/Email AR Documents screen (AR508000) against invoices to flag them as "Do Not Email." The error returned is:"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."We traced this to the invoice's Status field. Running the process on an invoice in Balanced status fails with this error. Running the exact same process on an invoice in Open status completes successfully. We checked the Known Issues list for 2026 R1 on the Acumatica Portal and didn't find this documented anywhere.Steps to Reproduce:Open the Print/Email AR Documents screen (AR508000). Select an invoice in Balanced status. Run the process (e.g., to flag the invoice as Do Not Email). Error is thrown (see screenshot below). Repeat the same steps on an invoice in Open status - the process completes with no errorJust wanted to flag this for the Acumatica team - looks like a bug that came in with the upgrade. 

I am currently looking for the installer for Acumatica Version 20.208.0031 and was wondering if there is any person might still have a copy saved. If you do, would you mind sharing it with me when you have a moment?I would really appreciate your help.

I have seen this come up in the Modern UI Issues thread. We are not live on 26R1 yet, but pop-up windows not reliably remembering their size has been an ongoing frustration during testing.I found a workaround, but no documentation for it. Does anyone know how this actually works, or where it is documented? I would rather set it properly than rely on a browser-side hack.26R1 (possibly earlier) appears to store pop-up window dimensions in the browser's local storage, keyed by screen ID. Adding or editing key/value pairs changes the size the pop-up opens at.Example: from Sales Orders (SO301000), clicking the Customer ID link opens Customers (AR303000) in a pop-up window. By default it opens too small, and resizing it does not reliably persist. Adding or editing these keys in local storage makes it open at a consistent size:AR303000_oheightAR303000_owidthThere are also iheight and iwidth keys. Hi AllI have a question about PCS to SaaS migration.My scenario is this:I have a PCS deployment of Acumatica in which I have multiple tenants. One specific tenant would like to move out of my instance and have their own SaaS instance. They do not use any customizations. They would basically like to pick up where they left off from the PCS environment to continue operations in the new SaaS environment.My Question is:Can I take a full snapshot of their tenant and provide that to Acumatica to create the new SaaS environment or will they need the actual SQL DB to have it done?Thanks in advanceAmit

The requirement is to send one consolidated email per task when multiple detail records are changed and saved together.Business requirementProject 102030 contains seven detail records in a custom table. Each record is linked to a task, and each task is assigned to an employee:  Task A: Detail Lines 01–03, assigned to David@gmail.com. Task B: Detail Lines 04–07, assigned to Jon@gmail.com. Hi everyone,We are currently working on a historical data migration into Acumatica and would appreciate some guidance on the best approach.Our requirement is to migrate several years of historical sales data, including: Sales Orders Shipments AR Invoices For the historical AR invoices, we would like to use AR Migration Mode, as these invoices are being migrated for historical/reference purposes and must not generate any new GL entries.However, at the same time, we would like to preserve as much as possible the standard Acumatica document relationship and navigation:Sales Order → Shipment → AR InvoiceInstead of generating the invoice through the normal Prepare Invoice process from the shipment, our idea would be to: Import the historical Sales Order. Hi all, I have subreport in the header area that I can’t get to render. The subreport runs fine when I add it to the site menu and run it separately. I have an almost identical subreport running fine in a detail section (see below).I even tried putting the second subreport in a detail section. Lastly, if I add a field to the subreport header or footer, those fields show up. Any thoughts?   

Hey there, we’re getting an error on some of our shipments when syncing them from Acumatica to Shopify. The exact error is: “This shipment cannot be processed because the shipped quantity of the 62114 item might exceed the ordered quantity in the external system. Set the same tracking number for this shipment in the ERP and in the external system or delete this shipment in the external system.” It sounds like it’s saying I’m trying to ship more than the customer ordered, but that’s not the case. They ordered 1x 62114, and the shipment only has 1x on there, I verified that. Also made sure Shopify sees there is enough inventory to fulfill the order (not sure if that would cause an issue) and we do have 22 available in Shopify which matches Acumatica. I can manually add the shipment info, but that defeats the purpose of the connector. We usually have a couple a day that do this so it’s not just a once in awhile issue. This shipment had a nonstock kit on there, not sure if that causes issu

Hello everyone,We recently received an email from Shopify titled "Action needed: Test apps by Oct 1 for fulfillment updates." It lists our Acumatica ERP Connector (the custom app used by Acumatica's built-in Shopify connector) as possibly needing an update for Shopify's new "ship and pickup in one order" feature.Shopify is asking the app developer to test in their feature preview and then submit a compatibility confirmation form. The form asks us to confirm that:The app does not create, update, or delete merchant delivery (shipping) profiles (market-driven shipping), and The app correctly handles orders with multiple delivery groups and multiple fulfillment orders, such as one item shipped and one item picked up in the same order.We are currently on Acumatica 2025 R1 and plan to upgrade to 2026 R1 later this year.Has anyone else received this notice? I want to update a field in the File Maintenance Screen. I have tried building an import scenario to do this, but it seems to have a hard time calling upon an already existing File so that we can update the Import File Reg. Exp.We are creating this import so that we can schedule a daily import that updates the Reg Exp to the next day. Then we can pull a file with the right date from an external source automatically.

Hello,I have an integration with a 3rd party EDI provider into Acumatica.I need the ability to compare the incoming EDI (derived from non-standard Acumatica tables) total amount of the EDI sales order with the Acumatica sales order total amount. Example:EDI sales order total = $50 (data stored in custom tables)Acumatica Sales Order total = $51Print this record on my new custom report because the sales order TOTALS don’t match. Discounts are involved which are causing the discrepancies I need to report. I have written a report that accurately reports the Sales Order number and the total from the EDI tables.I intend to use this as a subreport.The total is in a group footing as it sums up the individual lines of the order.This part works. I can write a main report that will accurately calculate the total of the actual Acumatica sales order.However, this too will have the order total in a footer as a subtotal.  (main report) So I have a subtotal on a group in a subreport that I want to com

Is there a way to limit who is able to add cost codes to the job? Like admin rights for cost codes?I am trying to customize this so no one in the company can invoice to a cost code that wasn't used within the job. 

Hi all,We're piloting outside processing (subcontracting) in Acumatica for manufacturing and ran into a gap while testing: Vendor Shipments don't seem to be supported in the mobile Pick, Pack & Ship / WMS scanning flow the way Sales Order shipments and PO receipts are.This matters a lot for us because many of our items look very similar to each other, and scanning the barcode to confirm we're shipping the correct item is a critical control for us — doing it manually on the desktop screen increases the risk of picking/shipping the wrong item.Questions for the community:1. Has anyone built a customization to expose the Vendor Shipment screen to the mobile app framework (similar to how Shipments/SO302000 can be exposed for scanning), so it can be scanned like a regular shipment?2. Starting November 17, 2026, Google will remove support for XSLT to prevent potential security risks on Chromium-based browsers (including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge). This change will prevent Classic UI screens in Acumatica ERP from loading in these browsers. If your instance still relies on Classic UI, action is required before November 17, 2026. What is the impact?The severity of disruption depends on how much your instance relies on Classic UI. Any screen still running on Classic UI will stop loading in Chrome or Edge. If your team uses a mix of Modern and Classic UI, some workflows will be affected while others continue normally.NOTE (Updated July 2026): Acumatica has delivered a fix that allows Classic UI to continue loading on Chromium-based browsers after November 17, 2026, in the latest patches for 2025 R1 and later versions. We overproduce on our first operation sometimes. I want to be able to overproduce at that time. However, I do not want to allow for people to be to go crazy or not have the rest of the order qty’s controls in place that make each operation qty’s match.  Example set system to overproduce So, on operation 10 qty to produce was 100They were able to produce 150, and they complete 150 Then on operation 20 because system is set to allow over production, even though there are only 150 to make they complete 180.  I was trying to come up with the best solution so I could overproduce but keep the integrity of the locked system in place. Maybe some kind of buyoff and order adjustment? Operator triggers an over production buyoff, and some corrects the order qty? I don’t want to reinvent the wheel if something already exists.

Do the Multiple Production Clock Entry transactions ever fall off the list? Also, is it possible for an employee to use the “Clock Entry” screen and the “Multiple Production Clock Entry Screen” for recording labor? 

I’m creating a Pivot Table from a Generic Inquiry and I have multiple rows included. In this example, I’m just pulling the Employee, Project, and Time Entry and mashing them together so we have a report that shows Employee totals and Employee Project totals. It looks and works great. But the problem is when you export to Excel and it looks not so great. The second column moves over to the blank column when the name doesn’t show (names and project names replaced with generic data). Is there any way to stop this from happening? I would expect it to look more like this considering this is how it looks in the pivot table: Anyone have any suggestions? Or is this just a bug?Editing to add a quick note: I could do this in Report Designer with a Tabular Report which downloads nicely to Excel, but then I can’t have a total on the far right side.

       I deployed a production environment (with a license) on 2024R2. When I open a Customization Project using the Customization Project Editor, it is extremely slow and almost unbearable. However, other operations in this environment seem to have normal performance—only the Customization Project Editor is very slow.     By contrast, the same project refreshes normally in my testing environment (without a license). Why is this happening?

Is it possible to prepare an existing binary snapshot already prepared for export in XML using “Prepare in XML format”?If this is possible, would I need to put the tenant in maintenance mode to do so?I exported a binary snapshot to import via the setup wizard and also to save as much space as possible but I forgot that it had to be in XML format for that method of import to work.
