Hello, I am required to assign the owner of the Business Account based on the Sales Territory of the Business Account.  I tried using the Assignment map adding the sales territory as a condition, but it seems not Working.  Is this condition being available within the standard? Thank YouAmanda 

Wonder if anyone has started looking into the new Materials Management feature in the Construction edition and if so, any thoughts/feedback on it?It looks like it shows promise but we aren’t going to be using this in a typical construction scenario since we are focused on Custom Engineering projects and simpler/smaller types of transactions where we aren’t using hundreds of materials. Thank you.NOTE for Acumatica, please add a Tag for “Material Management” for posts.

I am migrating a 25R1 Self Service Portal to 26R1. I have the main site running in 26R1 with my customizations.I installed the portal against my 26R1 database.  I created a new VS project and copied in my code from the 25R1 stuff.  It is all kinds of broken.  The PX.Objects.SP is gone.  I added PX.Objects.Portals.dll into my project and it resolved some of the bad references.Does anyone know what assembly I need for PortalSetup?  I also used SP.Objects.IN.Descriptor.  That is missing too.Is there some reference material as to what I need to do to fix my bad references?  Sorry if it is something I should know about already, but I am not able to find anything.

Hello, we need to help in getting report using API.From screen, when we click on report button, we are executing some logic and then opening up report. So we would like to know how can we achieve this using APIs.

Apologies if this is already covered, I did search and could not find what I am looking for. Our five/six year old MYOB environment has a massive Audit history logs and I can’t find a way to delete on logs based on date and time?  Also, is this recorded for individual Tenants? Can the Audit log cleaning be done via UI or I need some special access to Database?  We have a cloud implementation, is it possible to get access to the database directly?

There is a scenario that I am looking to solve for. Customer puts in CAD shopify order/paid in CAD but I would like that order to get added into Acumatica as a USD order to avoid any currency exchange rounding issues between shopify payout and bank reconcilation.  Any suggestions?

I have an operating system which is where the trigger logic for all service fees resides. Example: New File is authorized, billing policy is selected, billing policy contains the fee amount for that client. This operating system is the “source of truth” and Acumatica is used for client invoicing through the projects module. Operating system creates a “fee voucher” that contains the information needed on the Acumatica project transaction. Is there a way for the nonstock item to provide the debit and credit accounts for the project transaction? I can manually enter them when I create a transaction. Wondering the best way to accomplish this with an API/Integration.

Hello folks,Wanted to see if this was remotely possible.    But i have an import mapping setup that work in the following manner on the SALES ORDER entity in Commerce Connector: As you can see this will look for the “MISC” tag and if it exists it will map the customerID to my “ECOMGUEST” customer.  If FALSE, it maps to the C0000011 customer.  What I would LIKE to occur is that on the FALSE result of the IIF statement that it reverts to actually using the native connectors logic to either use the existing shopify customer or create a new one.  Possible?

I am setting a P&L that shows month over prior month.  I would like to add a column that shows the amount variance and % variance.  What is the syntax needed in the calculation formula to do the math to subtract one column from another?  

Acumatica recently forced all companies to use the EZPost shipping integration who were using the native WorldShip and Stamps.com integrations, but this integration is currently down. Any update on what happened and when this will be fixed?None of our sites using this integration can ship right now.  

I ran into a scenario today where an SO was created after I had created a PO.  When the SO was linked the PO, the SO it showed all of that particular line item was allocated to that SO even though the amount on the SO was less than the amount on the PO.  That in turn makes it look like that item is in need of ordering again when it is not.Is there a fix for this or a setting that we might not have thought of?

Please provide feedback on the Modern UI if you have issues with it so that Acumatica can focus on improvements to it.  Acumatica AI will pick up your feedback for them to focus on improving it prior to the 26R2 release when the classic UI goes away.

Hi Acumatica People, I am trying to upgrade a non-production environment to 2026 R1 from 2025 R1. I have historically commented out section in the web config file associated with running RabbitMQ. I downloaded the msi, builds.acumatica.com - /builds/, and kicked-off the installation and it worked.It starts the configuration wizard and I select “Upgrade” and I receive this dialog box:   Then I receive a RabbitMQ configuration dialog box. “Choose whether the system will automatically set up RabbitMQ on the current servoer or if you will provide connection settings to connect to an existing instance.” I opted to “Set up RabbitMQ on this server automatically” It tells me that it is unable to connect to RabbitMQ and that I should try an existing RabbitMQ instance. I would prefer to setup RabbitMQ on the server automatically, using a service account for “Acumatica things”. How do I do this?

Hey team, did anybody found a way to change Service Order type after its created (even after appointment is created) without the need to cancel and re-create everything from scratch? This feature would be super helpfull!

All of my Sales Orders in the Details tab show <SPLIT> in the Sched. Shipment Date and are empty when checking Line Details. The Sales Order has a Sched. Shipment date entered in the Shipping tab and the Purchase Order has Promised On date entered. I’m trying to understand why they are always showing <SPLIT> instead of the dates provided?
