Good day,I have a client in commodity trading who relies heavily on short-term loans (often referred to as gap funding) to finance their operations. They would like clear visibility into these loan accounts and how they are progressing over time.After reviewing options, we determined that using AP Accounts would provide the cleanest and most easily reconcilable setup. The loan providers are set up as vendors. However, when funds are received, Acumatica does not allow processing a receipt directly from a vendor to the bank.As a workaround, we currently do the following: Create under bills and adjustments a document type Credit Adj with the contra account set to a bank suspense account. Record a bank receipt in Cash Transaction using the same bank suspense account as the contra account to clear the balance. While this approach works, the client is asking whether there is a more streamlined method that avoids this two-step process.Is there a better way to handle this scenario natively i

I am attempting to reprint a check using the same number in 25R1. I follow steps below but it reprints with the next number, not the same. What am I missing?After printing (without releasing), select “Reprint” action on the Release Payments screen, select the payment, and process. Status is changed to Pending Print.  Print / Process the payment again. Next number is assigned instead of the original. If I try to manually change, it errors saying the number already exists. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I’m trying to import rate tables using the import scenario and getting the following error:I have configured the Sequence for each Rate Table and Rate Type under the Rate Lookup Rules screen.Note: The same import scenario worked for a client on 24R1, but I'm experiencing this error on 24R2.I've attached the XML file for the import scenario I'm using. When updating the Safety Stock and other settings on the INVENTORY PLANNING tab of a stock item, the new value carries over to all existing item warehouse details records for the item. Shouldn’t it only carry over to whatever the default warehouse is? It seems undesirable for it to update all warehouse detail records because each warehouse could have its own safety stock. This is on 25R1 25.101.0153.5. I understand that when multiple warehouses are available that the planning settings should be updated on the individual item warehouse details records. However, it becomes confusing for users when there may only be 2 warehouses (one ‘Main’ and a secondary back up warehouse). It’s easier to simply update the safety stock on the stock item and have that setting carry over to the warehouse detail record for the default warehouse, rather than also updating the secondary warehouse. Is this expected behavior?

Recently we have discovered a couple of automation schedules that use the new Email Notifications functionality on the report screen have stopped sending the emails in the last week.  they were working previously.  The automation schedule history shows that the schedule fired and was successful.  The attached report in question does not have any parameters, and runs without errors when run separately.  The email addresses are hard coded into the Email Template.  There is no record of the email on the All Emails screen.Has anyone else seen this issue?Thanks,Laura

When creating a shipment from a sales order, is there a setting or configuration that does not automatically populate/allocate the Warehouse location? We would like to leave that blank/unallocated and give the picker all the qty on hand on the pick list.Once they pick, then they choose the location before confirming. 

I have a WIP import scenario that works if and only if the serial number that is being allocated is Available for Shipping, with is correct, but if one of the serials I am trying to allocate is not available the whole import scenario fails and no serials get allocated at all even the available ones.I get this error “ The record was not processed because of an error during processing of the previous record” Thank you for anything that might help me get to the bottom of this. 

Hello all, We can open a new screen using PXRedirectRequireExcption. We also can include parameters as argument when we throw the exception. My question is how in the “target” screen we can access the parameters provided as argument when we threw the exception in the “source” screen. for example I throw the below exception from screen A that will open screen B. hi All,I’m trying to use a Generic Inquiry (GI) in Power BI. The GI is already published and exposed via OData, as shown in the screenshot. The user has full admin rights and all related permissions.However, when connecting to the Acumatica instance from Power BI using the OData feed, this specific GI does not appear in the available list.Can anyone help identify what might be causing this issue? How to show PXRichTextEdit in the mobile app?

Hi, I'm working on a customization project in Acumatica 2024 R2 to allow for split payments for Cash Sales. I have a custom DAC that will store the multiple payments for a cash sale if it's allowed for that invoice. However after trying to add a line counter to the SOInvoiceExt to keep track of the lines added for the split payment I'm unable to load the SO303000 screen. After hearing a lot of feedback around the number of scans and some confusion around the Set Qty feature during picking, we are designing an enhancement to the quantity entry for the Pick, Pack, and Ship screen. The following four sections are what we consider to be potential modes of behavior. Each section contains a Click Count which summarizes the actions required for each Mode. We will use an example of a shipment for five (5) units of one item.Legacy Mode: Quantity increases by 1 per scan. Using the Set Quantity button replaces the picked quantity with the number entered on the screen. To pick our example shipment, we would need the following steps: Scan the Shipment Number Scan the Location Scan the Item => (Quantity Picked: 1 of Quantity 5) Click Set Qty Enter 5 => (Quantity Picked: 5 of Quantity 5) Confirm Shipment Click Count: 6 actions total. 3 actions per line item. Incremental Qty Mode:  This mode is the same flow as Legacy Mode, only Quantity is Incremented rath

I’m looking to find a screen or maybe a way to create a GI view that shows the history of actions on Invoices and Sales Orders. Specifically, I want to see if records have been deleted and if so, which record and when. Is this possible?

I’m trying to create a simple AP Bill via the Rest API, but am running into an issue where it appears Acumatica is validating the Subaccount field and producing an error even though I have valid accounts in the account and subaccount.  Below in the UI screenshot when I enter line 1, the account and sub default from the vendor record.  In line 2 I have manually entered the account and subaccount from the payload that are valid.  In line 3 shows as I first update the account, the subaccount is showing an error just like the API payload response.  I can’t use PATCH because this is the initial PUT to create the bill.  I have also tried creating a non-stock item with no expense account or sub to see if that helps, but it does not.Right now, the only solution I can see is to delete the account and subaccount from the vendor so it doesn’t default into the line.  One thought is to turn off the commit on the Account field in a customization, but that doesn’t feel right.Are there any other solut

Hi everyone,I’m working on an Acumatica Report (Label printing) and I’m trying to achieve a layout where each row contains 2 label items side by side, instead of the default behavior where each item is rendered on its own row.What I have done so far I created a SQL View that: Expands Sales Order Lines by quantity (1 row per label). Includes barcode, customer part number, MAP price, etc. I exposed the SQL View to Generic Inquiry. I built the Report using that GI as the data source. In the Report Designer: I set detailSection.ColumnCount = 2 Adjusted ColumnSpacing, Height, and layout settings Each label (InventoryCD, Price, Barcode) is grouped inside the detail section     Expected result Row 1 → Item 1 | Item 2 Row 2 → Item 3 | Item 4 Row 3 → Item 5 | Item 6 (similar to standard retail barcode label sheets) Actual result The report still renders 1 item per row, even when ColumnCount = 2 Sometimes only the left column is used Layout becomes inconsis

Hi there, lately it has come to our attention that there is a discrepancy between the Discount Unit Price of an item, and the Amount the item will be sold for occasionally when entering as Sales Order.  From my best guess, it is an error with rounding, but I was curious if anybody else has noticed this, and how they resolved it.  Here is an example of what I am talking about. In this example, we will just be making a quote for the customer.The employee enters the item and the discount code into the sales order (in this example, the customer is getting a 25% discount on the item).  For this item, the discount price would be calculated to 12.555, but generally, this is rounded down to 12.55.  Initially, everything seems correct, the discount unit price matches the amount when the qty of the item is 1.  Values before saving and reloading document However, if we save the document and print it, or simply reload the screen, the discount unit price has changed, and has been rounded up.  Not t
