We are trying to add a custom action button “Rate Shipments” on the Checkout screen in Acumatica.The button is added using a graph extension on Acumatica SOOrderEntry, but the button is not appearing on the screen.We are extending the SOOrderEntry graph and using the following code: using PX.Data; using PX.Objects.SO; namespace PX.Objects.SO { public class SOOrderEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<SOOrderEntry> { public PXAction<SOOrder> RateShipment; [PXButton(CommitChanges = true)] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Rate Shipments")] protected IEnumerable rateShipment(PXAdapter adapter) { return adapter.Get(); } } } Issue: The customization project publishes successfully. I have a custom form; it works fine in Classic UI. I’ve migrated it to Modern UI in build 25.200.0248 and it works fine in my dev environment.We have a staging server; I’ve deployed it there and it also works fine.But on the customer’s tenant I get the error message “The .. form cannot be switched to the Modern UI because it does not support it yet.”.(The customisation project includes the correct .html, .ts and .css files.)Does anyone have any ideas?? (It’s not just the one form it looks to be all of the New custom forms.)And none of the customisations of standard forms are working.

I would like to know if anyone has already created a GI report for sales to monitor both open and already realized items for planning purposes. I have started building a new GI by copying an existing GI for open sales positions from sales orders, and I would now like to add invoiced positions as well. I am encountering difficulties, as it seems that the relationships are not set up correctly. Could someone here assist me with this?

 Project Labor Rate (ScreenId=PM209900) How to change the Labor Rates on Project Labor Rate Screen with an import scenario to update the existing Labor Item (Inventory ID) for employees  We have a scenario where monthly rate exists for Employees.  That is for every employee a rate exists with an effective date.   ExampleEmployee John Rate exist for Jan 2026 and Feb 2026.  We need to run a bulk import scenario to Remove the Labor Item created on the Labor Rates screen   I can create the GI to filter for the values that require update and created the import scenario. I need to update existing records only When I run the import scenario it seems that it want to create a new record and not update the existing Labor item. It seems that it does not see the unique Line.  I have used the PMLabour. Note ID Hoping this will allow the update  How can this be achieved with an import scenario?

Hi Community,We are working with a customer where the AuditHistory table has grown significantly (currently around 387 GB), and we are evaluating cleanup and retention options.Background: The client wants to reduce database size and improve manageability. Similar cleanup work was performed several years ago for this same customer. Client Requirements: Separate Financial audit logs from CRM audit logs. Remove all CRM audit logs. Retain only the last 7 years of Financial audit logs. Information received from Acumatica Support: Financial and CRM audit logs are stored together in the same AuditHistory table. There are no built-in retention settings for specific audit log types.     Questions: Has anyone implemented a workaround or customization to separate Financial vs CRM audit logs? Any best practices for managing large AuditHistory tables in similar scenarios? Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to add a Completed On field on the Projects GI, similar to the Created On field?

Hi everyone, i want to ask about the fund transactions. So, I want to send my money from bank account (USD) to the other bank account (IDR), so it’s different bank accounts and currency. I already fill the blank item in the Fund Transactions, but I don’t get it why my RGOL is still zero (0)?I mean in my source dan destinations have a different date but why it’s still zero RGOL.Please help me to answer this, I’m just confused, where I should put the adjustment transactions of RGOL?Here I put the screenshoot bellow, Please help me to solve this, I really appreciate it. Thank you 

Hi, I have a problem when opening a report and creating a new report, Maybe someone knows why?I am using report designer version 17and acumatica version 2024 R2 

We are trying to find a solution to alert users that we have shelf-life inventory that is nearing expiration date. Is anyone using the MAX SHELF LIFE field on the Stock Item under the Inventory Planning tab? If so, how does it work? If there are other processes that people are using, I’d love to hear them. We want to be more proactive with identifying product nearing it life span.  Thanks! 

I would like to gather suggestions on how we cam handle intercompany transaction under a single Job in Acumatica? Also, looking to restrict the visibility of for instance, Company A data to not be visible under Company B and Vice Versa.What could be best practice?

Our business still sends paper catalogs to our customers. We would like to be able to track in Acumatica who we send catalogs to. I know there is a Mailings function in the customers profile. Would that be the best way to track? Each catalog would get a different “Mailing ID” to signify which catalog they received. We would also want to be able to use acumatica to determine who we should send catalogs to (based on sales history), is there a way to do that in Acumatica as well?

Hi, I am trying to install device hub but idk why installer is showing me this error again and again. I tried to fix it but did work out. Any suggestion please? 

We just realized that our SOOrder CreatedOn is giving us issues when we make the date today and OrderType SO.The number of records shows in the soorder field is not the number of records that it pulls in to excel sheet. When the OrderType is SO and CreatedOn is today. The records say 27 but ones I pull it to excel it gives me 24 rows. In excel 4 of my rows are missing.Also, the OrderTotal in sum up to $128,992.65, but in excel it sums up to be $51,072.68What could be the problem? This is GI 

I have an Inventory with underscore eg. TEST_1 with the same description.If i make a request with ?$filter=InventoryId eq ‘TEST_1’ it cannot find it but it can find it with  ?$filter=Description eq ‘TEST_1’. I CAN also find with  ?$filter=InventoryId eq ‘TEST_1’ it but when I query a GI with Odata, but not with Rest API.This is the case for all items with underscore, any ideas? My segmented keys for items are question marks and not underscores.

Hi, I am creating an import scenario for import bank transactions screen to import a csv file as my data provider. I was hoping to get answers to a couple of questions below please.In my csv file, I have a Beginning and Ending balance column which I think is wrong because you only enter them once in the UI. You don’t enter them line by line. How should I include my beginning and ending balance in my CSV file?    CSV file with Beginning and Ending Balance  In the above screenshot, the Amount column goes to positive and negative goes to disbursement. I’ve attached my import scenario. However, it is giving me an error below.    

Hi Team,  Bright Side's orders aren't automatically invoicing like they should. When I go to manually invoice them I get an error related to Pacejet. Can you help look into what is going on? Below are the two shipments currently needing to be invoiced.I tried to correct the shipment to see if I could send it back through but since it has been too long since confirmation it wouldn't let me. The problem is, even though it wouldn't pull it back from Pacejet into Acumatica, it still deleted the shipment from the Pacejet side. So now its busted even more.

Does anyone have an equation that can turn a negative to a positive amount in integrations. Our client integrates several thousand transactions and a handful (maybe a hundred) sometimes have a negative amount in the Debit and Credit field. This is happening because of how they are entered in the originating system. I have tried a few equations but keep getting errors. =IIf( [Debit Amount]>0, [Debit Amount], [Debit Amount]*-1)Cannot perform the ‘*’ Operation on System.String and System.Int32.  I have tried double and decimal formats and still get this error. =ABS([Credit Amount])An error has occurred while the Abs(Identifier(Debit Amount)) function was being executed: ‘Type mismatch in the argument 1 of the Abs() function: Expected on of the Integer types.’ I have tried the Int32, double, and string types.  I use this in excel. Not sure if the function actually works in Acumatica but thought I’d give it a try. 

According to Shopify Support Team, Shopify's API access tokens for merchants using the client credentials grant will expire every 24 hours starting January 2026.And Legacy custom app connections still rely on static API access tokens and secret keys without a refresh flow.Since the Acumatica public app uses OAuth for authentication, the token refresh mechanism would typically be part of the OAuth flow, however, the available Acumatica documentation and Shopify release notes do not detail any Shopify-specific token refresh implementation on the connector side.Please confirm whether the Acumatica connector handles the 24-hour token refresh automatically or if manual intervention is required. 

Since the update to 24R1 we’re experiencing an issue with Template Items’ BigCommerce Qty Unavailable setting behaving as “Set as Pre-Order” instead of our BigCommerce Default setting (which is “Do Nothing”). This only affects template items. (Stock items behave as expected.)This results in these items being made available to customers on our website as pre-order despite us having no intention of allowing pre-orders. Hi AllFor the last few days I have been getting the error shown in the screenshot below in my Production environment which causes the application to be stuck on a loading screen. Any ideas on what cuases this and how to have it fixed, please? Currently to fix it, I restart the server because I’m not sure where else to check. My version is 25R1 and it is a PCS deployment. 

I need to transfer funds from one bank account in 1 currency to another bank account in a different currency. I can’t have a funds transfer or a journal entry with accounts that have different currencies. Is there a way to do this? 

Hello! I have successfully configured Acumatica Projects to order stock item to the Project. The item is correctly related to the project and the project has the material cost. The question is this: we are not invoicing a customer, we are using the material for R&D project.  The material needs to get expensed out of inventory (both the physical on hand quantity and the GL inventory account). I am not finding a way to accomplish this (I have some work around ideas but feel there should be an “out of box” process/solution for this).  Thank you to whomever is able to provide some ideas here. (Client has Projects only - Construction not included)
