The only way I can get the changes to the MUI screen is to modify the files in the development section in VS, then update the MUI files in the project editor and publish the project.I thought I could update the MUI screen by executing this statement in Terminal, but it doesn’t make the changes:If this worked, it would save me hours in testing.  Publishing the entire project takes forever compared to running the command line to build the screen.Also, my popup wasn’t showing the fields.  I published, restarted the app, reset caches, MANY times.  I kept changing the TS and HTML, but the fields were not showing.  Suddenly, they are showing.  I literally spent 5 hours trying things, republishing resetting everything and it didn’t show the fields.  Is there some steps I am not taking after publishing the project to get the MUI code to display properly?  I’ve been losing my mind over this.    

Please provide feedback on the Modern UI if you have issues with it so that Acumatica can focus on improvements to it.  Acumatica AI will pick up your feedback for them to focus on improving it prior to the 26R2 release when the classic UI goes away.

I’m trying to create a table that can tell users when a part was last cycle counted. I’ve attached the table that I have so far. The quantity is correct, however, some parts are not attaching correctly to their serial numbers, thereby resulting in no data being found for them. Any way to get this table to produce the correct results?

What method does everyone use for prepayments on SOs when customer requires a prepayment invoice? Sometimes we will have customers who do not accept SOs with prepayment options. They will not pay on that. Our current fix is to utilize a user-defined field that generates a document which says prepayment invoice but still has the SO number on there. When payment comes through, I apply to the SO so that it will deduct from the balance once we invoice. One issue that arises is that the SO will still show as unbilled given that no invoice is actually generated. Just curious if there is built in functionality that we are not using which handles this situation better. 

Weekly 941 reporting (Schedule B) isn’t tying to the weekly Payroll Summary - what would be causing this?  It appears to be related to “pennies”, but the associated outage is resulting in several of hundreds of dollars.

We have a production report that has a default date established in its parameters (@YearStart, @WeekEnd-1, etc.)  After the upgrade to 25R2 and Modern UI, these parameters no longer return results. Some AI searching mentions that the way relative parameters are evaluated has changed with Modern UI, and using relative parameters like @YearStart returns a NULL.Wondering if anyone has figured out the work around for this in Modern UI?

Hey there! I notice that when I edit a generic inquiry that is a data source for another GI, depending on the number of edits/saves I need to do sometimes the final GI starts to malfunction. Are there “best practices” for when editing a generic inquiry that is a data source for another generic inquiry?

Hi all,I know there is an existing discussion regarding adding @FinPeriodID as the default value for Period schema fields in Generic Inquiries:Add @FinPeriodID as Default Value for Period schema fields in Generic Inquiry | Community   However, I haven't been able to find the workaround that others have used. I’ve tried it all guys. Deleting browsing data including cookies, restarting my computer, making sure google chrome is up to date BUT when I press the parent activity of this task: I get a blank/new sales order I used to be able to go to the sales order page and go to the sales order from there but I’m still getting a blank new sales order This is happening in payments and applications as well. 

I have an existing GI that works and pulls records correctly.  I wanted to use it as a base for another GI.  I tried copy and paste from the clipboard,  I tried saving it as a template and I tried copying it by recreating from scratch using the same tables, conditions etc but the new one pulls no records before I even made any changes. I am completely stumped.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  We are on 2025 R2

We use Sales Order (SO) Invoices for all our Field Service invoices.  Our SO Invoice has its own report design, which is different from that of an AR Invoice.  The invoices for Service Contracts ONLY use the AR Invoice report. Because we have several companies, we cannot modify the AR Invoice report to meet our service company’s specific needs.  I have submitted a case to Acumatica.  We are told that Service Contracts only use AR Invoices.  To use the Sales Order Invoice, a customization is needed.  This makes no sense to us.  We should be able to use our SO Invoices to bill a Service Contract.  We believe this should be an out-of-the-box feature.Does anyone have recommendations for using the SO Invoice for Service Contract Billing?

Hi, I am trying to import AP bills. The AP Bills are tied to a PO Receipt. As well as the vendor, I have the PO number & PO Receipt Line number. I am having an issue with trying to select the Add PO Receipt Line in the Scenario. The Document is being created but nothing else is happening.(If in migration mode, you cannot use the Add PO Receipt button) Does anyone have any solutions/ideas for getting this to work?Thank you in advance!Bill

Hello Team,I currently have an Import Scenario that imports Opportunities successfully.The Opportunity is created correctly with the relevant contact information, and the Business Account is also created through the same Import Scenario. However, I am unable to map the Business Account Name correctly.Has anyone created a similar Import Scenario where an Opportunity, Contact, and Business Account are created together using the same import process?I would appreciate it if you could share a sample Import Scenario or provide guidance on how the Business Account Name should be mapped. Regards

We want to recognize COGS at the same percentage that we recognize project revenue.For example, if 10% of the contract value is billed to the customer, then 10% of the total cost of the parts (stock items) should be  posted to COGS. This ensures that revenue and the associated costs are recognized in the same accounting period, rather than expensing all material costs upfront when they are issued to the project. Note: We have Field service and Project integration- The service order type was created for Project transactions.Has anyone implemented this type of workflow in Acumatica using standard functionality, without a customization? 

Hello all,I have been trying to delete line item from SO Line using import scenario mapping as below where I am using Line Number as the sales order has same items being used in multiple lines, hence making use of Line Nbr to delete them out, however I am unable to delete them:  What is it that i am missing out or making a mistake?
