Hi,One user experienced a popup error stating “PXSerialChart is not defined” in the system. This issue is intermittent and occurs inconsistently in different forms. However, once the user clicks OK, the error disappears and the screen continues to work normally. What could be the reason for this? Thanks! 

The only way I can get the changes to the MUI screen is to modify the files in the development section in VS, then update the MUI files in the project editor and publish the project.I thought I could update the MUI screen by executing this statement in Terminal, but it doesn’t make the changes:If this worked, it would save me hours in testing.  Publishing the entire project takes forever compared to running the command line to build the screen.Also, my popup wasn’t showing the fields.  I published, restarted the app, reset caches, MANY times.  I kept changing the TS and HTML, but the fields were not showing.  Suddenly, they are showing.  I literally spent 5 hours trying things, republishing resetting everything and it didn’t show the fields.  Is there some steps I am not taking after publishing the project to get the MUI code to display properly?  I’ve been losing my mind over this.

I’m looking to confirm that the following business event and subscriber should indeed trigger the “prepare invoice” button on a sales order. This business event is based on a generic inquiry that only shows sales orders with a specific ship zone and a status of open (so once the sales order is invoiced it will no longer be shown on the GI)XML To the GI is attached Action Execution: I can’t seem to get the business event to trigger for all of the records that already exist. I’m not sure when a new record will be added. Business event XML is added as well.Note I have tried the Raise Event: be “For Each Record” as well and wasn’t able to get it to initially run. Another thing I tried was counter filtering my GI so there were no records and then remove the counter filters so records would appear and that did not trigger the business event either.

Hello everyone, I want to ask about module fixed asset. So our customer want to know if in Acumatica we can see a journal preview before we process “Depreciation” in menu Calculate Depreciation. Do you guys have any suggestion for this? or in Acumatica have menu to accommodate our customer request?I really appreciate your help. Thank you.  

I’m trying to log in with my user (or any user) but I keep getting “Invalid credentials. Please try again.” message.  I reset the password to “setup” in the Users SQL table but that doesn’t help.I even tried clicking “Forgot your credentials?” and filled out the form giving me: “An email with further instructions will be sent to this address if it matches an existing user. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, try again or contact your system administrator.”No email is sent. How can I set the password and log in?

Hello everyone,  so our customer request to custom Asset ID. So, the Asset ID can be more specific from their asset class.Here is the example of their customized Asset ID:FA-EQ-01 FA-VHC-01For now we set the Asset ID using Asset Numbering Sequence. Do we need to use customization Project to create the UDF or etc? Do you guys have any suggestion? if we need to use customization Project please share the step that we can implied to our database. Hi Team,I have noticed that in sales price worksheets once it is released, we are not able to make adjustments to it. However, when we click on ignore automatic line discount (Which is selectable though the worksheet is released) the entire worksheet is put back on hold for edits. Can anyone please explain to me what the intended functionality of this check box? I have tested with this and if we delete the worksheet and it doesn't remove the released prices in the sales prices form but this seems problematic for traceability. Thank you in advance on any thoughts. Warm regards,Yasali

Hello,I have a scenario where when the user navigates to Customers » Print statement and click on ‘send’ the email activity pop up is generated with the default email template configured in the Report designer Template ID.  However when the user clicks on select template » replacing email body the fields mentioned with ((XXX.XXX)) such as ((CustomerDefaultBillingContact.EMail)) in the email template is not getting populated.  This is the header of the email template the user selects when changing the default template to the custom one  however, only the text is appearing on the email  I had tried to add this template to the report designer to see if the fields are populating and they do appear properly. it doesn't work only when the template is changed. Appreciate if anyone could help me in identifying the issue here and how to resolve it.  Thank you so much in advance.

Since Thursday August 6, we are seeing our Amazon FBM orders not sync into the system consistently. Results are sporadic at best, some come over right away, others come over 6 hours later and this is not sustainable. Anyone know if anything has changed on how Amazon is sending sales orders over for FBM? Most orders I cannot even see in the sync history if there is an error, they just do not populateNo one knows what to do to fix

The AP Bill is generating a warning stating that some bill lines differ from the corresponding lines of the related Purchase Order. We have verified that the PO, Purchase Receipt, and AP Bill values are consistent, including the quantity, UOM, unit cost, amount, and PO line linkage. However, the detailed warning for the related PO line shows an Unbilled Quantity of 0.00 KG and an Unbilled Amount of 0.00 CAD, with a unit cost of 4.2000 CAD per KG. What else could be the reason for this. ?

We have a workflow in which once a Subcontract has been fullly Billed, we create an invoice in our system to release the retainage.  There is usually no progress billing on that bill, and we are looking to release all retainage for that contract.It appears that there is a way to release retainage for a single bill at a time, but if I have a scenario like this:Subcontract total value: $10000Bill 1: $5000, with $500 retainageBill 2: $2500, with $250 retainageBill 3: $2500, with $250 retainageOnce that last bill is out, we create a ‘Retainage Release’ of $1000.  Is there any way to do this efficiently in the Acumatica API, other than finding all the Bills against a subcontract and looping through, releasing against each Bill?Or can I somehow release the full $1000 against the Subcontract in a single call?

All, I have an issue/question very similar to the one below, posted a few years back: As it stands now, any sales or cs rep can view any note or email activity attached to a business account or customer. This is a good thing as reps will often fill in for others when they’re afk or on vacation etc.But we now have a particular Business Account that’s being developed by our C suite where sensitive information is being shared. We could take this off channel, so to speak, but it’s easier to track by keeping it in Acumatica. But as it stands now, any sales or cs rep could view the activities attached to the BAccount. We would like (for now) to have this limited to only our CEO, COO and CFO.Is there way to lock this down? Once the BAccount is converted to a full Customer it won’t be an issue. As it stands now we would like to have some sort of role-based viewing but I don’t think it would be possible without heavy customization. Thanks!

Please provide feedback on the Modern UI if you have issues with it so that Acumatica can focus on improvements to it.  Acumatica AI will pick up your feedback for them to focus on improving it prior to the 26R2 release when the classic UI goes away.

Hello, We’re evaluating our end of month financials and noticed that labor hours booked without pieces/yield the burden isn’t booked. We’re using variable by labor hours overheard type. We’ve looked over the existing documentation and are still unsure what overhead would be appropriate for booking the burdened rate with labor hours and no pieces.
