Hello everyone,I added the Shipments screen to the mobile app. There are only a few fields that we need in the mobile app. All of the fields show up in the app except Tracking URL. I also tried changing the name to TrackURL and that didn’t work either. Any ideas?

Hi Community!!I’m trying to fetch details of users for that I created a new Endpoint extension with name “AppUsers1”I have added 5 fieds for it but Username was showing a warning. as per the document I310 web services Tried ti fetch the data Using GET with Key Field Valuesbut I’m not sure which fields are Key Fields tried with Username but is not working. POSTMAN Get callHow can I find the Key fields is there a standard way or does that differ?Thank you in advance.

Morning everyone,In previous version 2019, we were able to add printed forms in PO screen using automation steps. But somehow in newer version of 2023 R1 Build 23.107.0022, system says “This screen uses the new workflow engine. All automation steps will be ignored.”.Any possible workaround for this matter?Thank you.

Hi, I've created a GI to display the serial number details of sales order lines. I intend to retrieve this information from the "SOLineSplit.LotSerialNbr" field. However, even after joining the "SOLine" table with the "SOLineSplit" table, I'm encountering an issue where the GI result grid does not display any output. I've attached the GI for your reference. Can someone assist me with this problem?  

Do I need to add a line item to revenue budget FIRST before putting a change order in that will affect my revenue budget? I hate having to add it first and then do a change order but it seems like that what Acumatica requires? 

Hi all,Working my way through S130 and realized I had never worked with aggregates, so I copied Invoices and Memos to create an aggregate of counts, totals and average by customer:Everything is grouped correctly by customer and displays totals and counts perfectly; average however doesn’t show up (even though I have visibility checked in results grid).Also, I turned on Total Aggregate and everything is summed correctly for the totals, but not the counts.Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?Average also isn’t displaying in the column configurator: 

Hello, I am having a hard time finding the location of a specific class so that I can tweak access rights. I am looking to edit the rights for the unit conversions section of the stock items page. I see that the data class is called ‘INUnit’, but I cannot find this on the ‘access rights by screen’ page. Can anyone please let me know where this class is nested so that I can edit the rights to it? Thanks, Casey  

Hi community, I’m trying to find a way to create a user on Acumatica using a Client REST API but I don’t find an endpoint for Users. I had an idea to created a generic inquiry pulling the SM.User table that contains all the user fields and information such as login, password, employee associated to the login credentials, etc. and created an Endpoint in the Web Service to get the information and it works to get the users. But what I’m intending to do is not just get the info, I want to create new users and modify the users information. Is any other way I can do this?  Please see one example of the User Generic Inquiry:  This is an example of the Web service endpoint that is connected to the Generic Inquiry.  Latest, See how the if I use Postman to get the information, it works to pull data, but I want to find the way to push data to create or update.  Thanks in advance for all your responses. 

We have a need to apply tax at a line item level from Projects when an invoice is created, and then add that to the invoice total.Is that a base functionality of Acumatica Projects or would that require a customization?I am new to using Projects so I am not sure how line item taxing works with Projects and project billing.If it is a base function of Acumatica Project and you know how that works, could you explain in some detail how that occurs?Thank you,Jeff

Hello all,I have been trying to create a new report from scratch which would list out the Project & the subcontract details on the basis of the selected project ID.I have copied the Project Balance (PM621000) report.Have only kept one parameter: But when I run the report, the values of the detail section isn’t getting displayed:  What is it that I am missing here? Is the View Name for the Project ID parameter correct?

The printing does not begin on my AP641000 - AP Check until about an inch from the top.  How do you change the margins?  The printing needs to begin closer to the top.Also, the page sections at the top cover the top of the form.  How can you see the whole form?New to this.Thanks. 

Is there a way to restrict a project selection per employee? 

We have created Automation schedule for business events and that business events contains few reports and GI that will triggered to respective email every 1st of the month but it is not working after upgradation to 23R1.Schedule created and it processed.  But event is not triggering to respective email it state that:

I am looking for a step-by-step guide on importing leads.  Does anyone have a guide?  I have never done an import scenario.  

In a Sales Order, add the linked Purchase Order in the Sales Order line for each SO line item.  (SOline.PurchaseOrderNbr). If the PO Nbr was added in the SOLine DAC, you could have a Sales Order Generic Inquiry that listed Sales Orders with the associated PO for each line item in the Sales Order, thus enableing you to quickly check on Purchase Order when a customer calls to inquiry about a Sales Orders. Often, a Sales Order is assoicated with more than one Purchase Order and you would have the ability to display the associated PO with each line item on the SO.  

Hi, We have a client that we installed the PDF Annotator for 2022 R2 in A/P under Bills & Adjustmenys. I published the customization and setup the security. However, the side panel shows but then quickly disappears and does not stay. What am I doing wrong? Here are my security settings. Am I missing something? Let me know. Thanks, Frances

Can AcuPayments be used with: WooCommerce, Big Commerce, and Shopify?If so, which behaviour should I be expecting? I’m assuming it’s #1.Authorize and Capture on the website Sales order and captured Payment transmitted to Acumatica Authorize on website – Capture in Acumatica before shipment. Sales order and Authorization payment transmitted to Acumatica. I’m also open to a link to documentation about AcuPayments, but my quick searching is not returning anythng menaingful regarding who it can be used with and how it will be used. Thanks!

I am trying to edit the Generic Inquiry on the Customer Portal called My Orders and My Documents ( when you are logged in as a customer) I can not find what the name of the GI is. Does anyone know how I can find the name of the GI’s that are used on the customer portal?  

Access rights for the user are set as follows:Sales Order - Insert Sales Order Line - DeleteBut the “X” to delete a line is not present and I can’t locate the exact access right for that action when I drill into the sales order line rights.
