Looking for more ways to access and use documentation? New resources are now available for you. Documentation continues to evolve, and having access to different formats and versions helps you find the information you need faster. With the expanded Download section, you can explore a wider range of resources, including:  PDF user guides for the last three version of Acumatica ERP  Diagram album  Job aids  Markdown files for release notes, documentation, and form and report reference topics for the last three versions of Acumatica ERP.  Before You Begin Sign in to your Beacon account to access the full Download library, which is available to signed-in customers and partners. If you aren’t signed in, you can still access and download the available sample job aids. Need help with your account? Open the guide containing the documentation you want to print or save.   In the navigation pane, click the topic you want to print or save. Click the More button (three dots) next to the topic title and select Print this topic.   In the dialog box, select any additional topics you want to include. Click Print.   In the Print dialog box, select the needed option to print the book or save it as a PDF.Print or save your document.Note: Your dialog box may look different than the one shown below.Note: Downloading or generating the PDF may take a few moments, especially for larger books.You've made it easier to access your most-needed content—great job!

We're introducing a totally new experience—Personal Books. You can create your own personal books and do much more with this functionality, which we'll cover in future posts. But first, let's look at how to find personal books.For demonstration purposes, we'll use our predefined books, which are based on our existing training guides.To access them:Go to Training. Choose a learning path and click Save to My Library. Click your name in the top-right corner.   Open Personal Books and select the one you need.   That's it! Starting November 17, 2026, Google will remove support for XSLT to prevent potential security risks on Chromium-based browsers (including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge). This change will prevent Classic UI screens in Acumatica ERP from loading in these browsers. If your instance still relies on Classic UI, action is required before November 17, 2026. What is the impact?The severity of disruption depends on how much your instance relies on Classic UI. Any screen still running on Classic UI will stop loading in Chrome or Edge. If your team uses a mix of Modern and Classic UI, some workflows will be affected while others continue normally.NOTE (Updated July 2026): Acumatica has delivered a fix that allows Classic UI to continue loading on Chromium-based browsers after November 17, 2026, in the latest patches for 2025 R1 and later versions. SaaS customers on 2025 R1 or later will receive this patch automatically within the next two to three weeks. PCS customers on 2025 R1 or later need
