First question, does Acumatica 2022 R1 run on Windows server 2022?Second question, has ANY version of Acumatica yet been certified to run on Windows server 2022?(the 2nd question is because from the matrix I have seen, not even 2023 R1 is certified on Windows server 2022.)Thank you, 

Hi Team,Good Day!As a practice our company used to print the payment voucher from the checks print process. (Kindly refer the following image 01)Image 01In that process one check is only allowed to print at only once. So if we have any issues with the print we are not able to reprint it also we are unable to track the issues.So my concern is, is there any other way to get the print of the payment voucher from the system ? Good day everyone, I am trying to update the Display name of a field on the AR508000 screen and I get the following error:The underlying field is a surrogate. Attribute overriding for this field is not supported. These are the fields in question on the ARDocumentList data view. I have tried extending the DAC and also tried changing it via the CacheAttached but cannot get it to work correctly or publish it without errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

We have a custom report that will display list of stock items with their age and the customer that is associated to those items. However, one stock item can have multiple customers linked and this is causing the items to not appear on the list.Is it possible to add multi select functionality on the report designer? Hello all,Just curious how we could find the generic inquiry behind any screen. For example, the 'Account Summary' Screen: ScreenId=GL401000.I ask, because the mission is to create a dashboard tile showing the ending balance for a certain GL Account where the record period = the current period.I’d like to understand where I can copy/edit/manipulate the data I see on the Account Summary screen. I tried:Navigating to the screen Customization button (looking for ‘Edit Generic Inquiry’)But ‘Edit Generic Inquiry’ is not an option.What is an efficient way to get the info in the grid below, assuming I can create the parameters for Ledger & Period?Thank you for any input. 

Why would there be no hours available on the employees when the front loaded amounts are there?   

On Requisition detail, there is an Account and Subaccount field. When I enter a Requisition, these fields are empty by default. If I populate the fields, then create PO from the requisition, the Account flows to the PO (even if different from account on the non-stock item), BUT the subaccount does not. It defaults from non-stock item. Is there a way to allow subaccount to flow from Requisition to PO?  My understanding is AP Preferences determine where the subaccount comes from if non-stock items are used. I have it set to pull from inventory item. Don’t see anything that could be changed here to accomplish the above. Anyone know what else I could do? I don’t understand the point of subaccount on Requisition if it can’t flow to the PO/Receipt where the actual posting occurs. Thought maybe it’s just for budgeting, but that doesn’t explain why the Account does flow to the PO.  Thanks in advance.

I have a timecard for an employee April 1, 2022;  this happens to be his first time card; however I would like to create all of his time cards from Jan 1, 2022. The Employee Generate Time card only creates timecards for the first time card forward?

I would like to set up recurring cell phone reimbursement contributions in Acumatica for employees that receive this monthly. This is done in the first pay cycle of each month. I have created a benefit code in the deductions and benefits screen but I cant figure out how to input the frequency so that i dont have to do 12 individual line items in the employee payroll settings. Any advice on how to accomplish this? TIA

Our customer would like to apply payments by using a process for pay/release A/R invoices.For credit card there is “auto-apply payments” but this is not available for any other payment method.What do you suggest?

Receiving an error when test syncing one of our Customer Prices Lists. The error says “Phone is invalid” but no further details.  My immediate assumption is that a customer/company account in Shopify does not have a phone number or the phone number is invalid. However, it does not tell which record is causing the issue.Any ideas of input on how to narrow down the source of the error?

Community,I was working with the Inventory Transaction Summary report, and when you click the box ‘Show Items Without Movement’ it still shows items with movement.  When I open the Transaction Details, it shows receipts/issues etc. This is also with a specific location chosen.   I have a manger that is wanting to see every part number that has a specific receipt location that has no transaction history.Any thoughts?  Ideas?  I’m willing to write a report, but do not want to recreate the wheel if there is something better already out there.Thank you,Trisha

Our Device Hub installed on a server is showing errors and all of the printers in Acumatica are not set to active and “Active” button is grayed out.I verified our version of Device Hub matches our current version of Acumatica and that is version 2023 R2What caused my printers to go inactive and now are grayed out.We recently upgraded to version 2023 R2 of Acumatica and Device Hub and all was working ok up until then.Any help is appreciated. 

I have the expense claim below in the screenshot.  There is MAJOR issue here where I cannot figure out why the Expense Claim Total equals 1,043.86 but when I add up the line item totals it ONLY amounts to 929.56!  Why is there a 114.30 difference??  Note that 114.30 is exactly the same amount if you add line items of 24.30 and 90.00 together.  It looks like Acumatica is DOUBLING those two line items.  But why??   

When I try to add lines in Details tab of the Opportunities screen, following error is occurring. What are the configurations I should set in Account Receivable screen?
