is there a way to manufacture in seconds and change the operation sequence after you have made the BOM or routing.  example:operation 10 takes 1.5 minutesoperation 20 takes 15.25 minutes etcI only see days hour minutes or hour minutes but no seconds.  thanks in advance 

Hi All,Does anyone know how to put a freight charge on a shipment but not invoice the customer for it? They want it to be deducted on projects so that they can track the costs of shipping.For example, if the freight is $100, it would show on the shipment and the invoice but not charge to the invoice. It would deduct from the budget on the project. 

I have a question that was brought up by a client. When we setup a project and it’s linked to a Task Code and Cost Code, why does it not auto populate the Account under Bills & Adjustments after a project, project task and cost code are selected? Is there a setting I need to do to make this happen or would we need a customization? Here is a screenshot. On the Project Level under Defaults, I defaulted the Task to the account code. Hello all,I have been trying to access the Acumatica Demo instance via URL. It has been successfully installed on one of our servers, and also accessible through the server’s browser but not able to access it outside the server machine via URL. Below is the error getting triggered: The below screenshot is the error getting displayed in the server local machine when trying to access via URL in the server browser. 

My develop environment is vastly different than what others generally use apparently.I have three (3) systems for development.VM Server running SQL Server  (\\hs-sqlvm) I do NOT want to install IIS on my SQL server VM Server running IIS (\\hs-iisvm) I do NOT want to install VS on my server Acumatica installed here connects back to SQL server NAS unit for source code, working development (\\nas1) This is where I want to create the projects, extension libraries, etc. my workstation running Visual Studio 2020 All development should be run from this system Apparently most developers run all three, (SQL, IIS with Acumatica, Visual Studio), on ONE computer.  For me then, Acumatica development is particularly problematic as it always thinks everything is running on one system. Does anyone else have a similar setup/configuration for development? How do you configure Acumatica and Visual Studio to then talk to each other when they are on different actual systems? (I thought this would be ea

Hi, For RC Orders in Sales order Screen, Basically when we bring the values from “Invoice Filter” Action it brings inventory items with invoice Nbrs in SOLine. And it Sometimes  displays errror message on Qty feild “The return quantity exceeds the quantity available for return for the related invoice line AR010261, FOODCHIP36. Is it possible to have Master Contract ID auto number?  (screenid FS204700)   We have to manually create the ids and would prefer it auto number like customer ids and service contract ids.

After going live, we switched to Azure AD federated logins; this was a bit of a pain because we had to abandon all the original native accounts as they were replaced by disconnected/unlinked Azure AD accounts.We’re now in the process of migrating to Okta as our IdP and while I am able to get the Open ID connection set up, the user bind functionality doesn’t seem to match to Azure AD accounts (I suppose because it’s intended for native accounts).Is there any way to have Okta via OpenID bind to existing Azure AD accounts, or do we need to abandon a set of IDs again in order to make this work? If the latter, is there a way to migrate ownership of items to the new ID?

Has anyone attempted to add a link at the line level to the Work Center Dispatch screen where an shop employee could simply click a blue link and it would preload the Move form with production order type, production order id, and operation id?  Then all the user would need to do is enter the quantity complete and quantity scrapped and release the Move transaction.Even better, if an editable field could be added at the line level for the user to enter quantity complete / quantity scrapped, and then a blue link that would auto-complete the Move in the background.I’m attempting to reduce the level of effort for shop employees (many computer illiterate) to report completed work by making it as simple as possible to complete Moves on on a computer screen.I have attempted to enable Mass Actions - it sort of works, but can only load one record at a time into the Move form.  I also attempted a navigation target with no success there.

Looking to restrict the ability to update standard costs from some users. I’ve restricted access to “Update Standard Costs” screen, but now looking to restrict the “Update Cost” button within the stock item screen. Anyone know where I can find this?

Acumatica 2023 R2 autofill / search does not recognized a space.When I enter a customer name it will match the first word but after a space it completely goes blank.Ex.  Customer name - Discount StoreDiscount will list all discount but after a space it goes blank.Discount St will go blank too.  Thanks,Nelson

This is for the initial data migration.  Sales Orders have been imported and Purchases order have been imported.  I am having difficulty linking the SO to the PO with an import scenario.  I see that on the import scenario for Sales Orders>Order Summary is the action <Link PO>  .  I haven’t been able to to properly use this action.  I have tried adding the action <Select> and then save, but I am missing something.

Hello all,I have been trying to get displayed some fields of the Details tab of the Invoices (SO303000) in the Acumatica mobile app. I have been following the T410 guide and have added the following, But the mobile app doesn’t show up the fields that have been added under the “Details” Container.  

We have a client who is on 2022 R2.  They have 9 Branches and over 25 bank accounts.  They purchased the additional license for the 25 bank accounts.  All branches use the same bank - Bulldog.  We setup one bank feed called “Bulldog”, connected with Plaid and all bank accounts across all branches came in.  We then mapped all the bank accounts to the respective Acumatica Cash Accounts.  We manually ran Retrieve Bank Feed Transactions on 4/7 and transactions from 4/1 to 4/7 came in but not for all the bank accounts setup for each branch.  It seemed to only bring in transactions for the first Cash Account associated with the branch . We put the Retrieve Bank Feed process on an automation schedule on 4/8 and since it is has been on the schedule hardly anything has come in.  Automation History shows successful but last transaction that came in was from 4/13 and that was only on one Bank Account for one Branch.  Nothing came in to any of the 25 other bank accounts.   Cash accounts are restri

Hello, I followed the S100 video to set up a trial version to do some testing of Acumatica, but when I try to launch the instance, I get a login failed screen. I looked around and couldn’t find any TBS info on this topic. Just wondering if theres something simple i’m overlooking. Any idea on how to remove items from the “Create Purchase Orders” Screen?I have 2 items that showed up from inventory replenishment, but for some reason the quantity is 0.00. as you can see here:It will not allow me to create a purchase orders to clear it out, because the amount is 0.It will also not allow me to change the number to anything greater than 0. I completely cleared the replenishment settings, but that still didn’t work. Any ideas?

Hello, I want to implement an email alert when an item from a generic inquiry is deleted. Although my trigger works based on the history, it fails to send the email. I believe this is due to the inability to retrieve the references of the deleted item.Thank you for the support :) 

Currently, a set of reports have been designed based on the type as Invoice, Debit Memo, Credit Memo and etc. Currently these reports can be accessed by the SO workspace menu items. Please check the below screenshot. Now user needs to directly run the appropriate report without navigating to workspace menu items. That means when user click the “PRINT INVOICE” button the pre designed set of report should be listed down like a dropdown and after selecting the relevant report, the report should be displayed.So if you can provide guidance to perform this customization, it is highly appreciated. Hello EveryoneI am trying to create a new Purchase Receipt type. Currently we have the default types of Receipt, Return, and Transfer Receipt. I am trying to a new type to this drop down called “DNS Return”. I basically need it to function in the exact same way as the current “Return” type.I understand how to add the value to the dropdown via a customization project and adding the new value to the combo box. But what I cant figure out is how I also modify the workflow so it handles this type using the RN workflow as there doesnt seem to be an area to control that in the workflow editor.For reference, I am on Acumatica 2022 R1.As always, any and all help is greatly appreciated!
