I created the wrapper using the 2026 R1 TestSDK. I tried running the test automation suite, but I’m unable to execute the tests. I reviewed the 2026 R1 TestSDK documentation and found only a single mention of “Modern UI,” without any additional guidance.Also, the Test Automation GitHub repository/sample project appears to be about two years old, and there haven’t been any updates to the sample test project.We run the test automation suite and submit the results for certification. Could you please confirm whether Acumatica supports Modern UI automation with the 2026 R1 TestSDK? If it is supported, is there a specific setup, configuration, or recommended approach required to run tests against the Modern UI?If Modern UI automation is not supported (or not required yet), can we submit the legacy/classic UI automation results for certification, and will that be considered acceptable/compliant?

When making a transaction with API - is it possible to have it be created with Pending Approval status?When I add Hold= false to the request, it does that but it creates it without lines. With Hold = true it creates it with all the lines but status is on hold.Can it be created with status Pending Approval but with lines? Or is not possible because adding Hold=false prevents it from being editable and adding lines?

We want to use the SendGrid integration to track opens, clicks, etc. for emails from Acumatica. This includes emails sent: From the Mass Emails screen.  Through Notifications, e.g. sales order notifications, invoice notifications, etc. I configured a system email account to integrate with SendGrid and set it to track opens, etc. by default. When I create an individual email from a business account, those settings populate through to the email, but when I created emails via the mass emails screen and the Print Statements screen, the settings to track opens and clicks (“Track Email Opens” and “Track Clicks in Email”) were not checked on the email activity. Do we need to do something more with our configuration, or does the SendGrid tracking not work for mass emails and notifications?

Client is using AVALARA for sales tax and ECM. Avalara is telling the client that they need to upload all customers - it is my understanding that there is funcitonality to Manage Exempt Customers and add to Avalara.  We have the tax connector working for sales tax, however when we try to create a customer in ECM provider in Acuamtica, we get an error:  Company is not found.  The company with the ID ‘0’ was not found.  Anyone have insight into using ECM? Is the Tax Provider also used for ECM? There is no option to add a separate ECM Provider in Acumatica.They are logging in through a single account and have only one company.  Thanks!

I am having trouble “Retrieving” transactions in “Process Bank Transactions”. It says successful when i click retrieve but nothing comes in. Then i try to load transactions in test mode and it only shows what has been brought in. Currently, we only have transactions brought in through 12/17. But when I look at transactions on the American Express side, it shows transactions from 12/18 and 12/19 that should have come in. Aside from American Express, our Bank account feeds only worked for one day. The day we migrated them after the upgrade to R2 2022. Since then, nothing has come in on those feeds.

Has anyone integrated Acumatica with PunchOut2Go?  I know Paramount Workplace has an integration as part of their larger solution but the customer only needs the punch out functionality.  They would like to integrate with Purchase Requests and Requisitions.   https://www.punchout2go.com/

Currently the Acumatica to Avalara/ Avatax ECM connector requires that the customer record have the Primary Contact.  Many clients do not use these fields and certainly wouldn’t use them for requesting a sales tax exemption certificate.  They would use the information on the Bill-To Info tab.  This has the correct emails and phone numbers for these types of requests.  There is also an Account Name or Attention field that can be used as the contact for the request.  The current mapping is not useful,  it would make the connector usable if it mapped to the Bill-To Tab and not the primary contact.

Good afternoon all, I have a client who wishes to upload a PDF in the Drawing or Photo Logs workspace and essentially have Acumatica convert the images in the PDF, think of like drawings, into Acumatica as individual photo log or drawing log records.
