I am trying to add [CarrierPluginCustomer.CarrierAccount] to the SO641010 report in report designer.Based on https://watertrucks.acumatica.com/dacBrowser/PX.Objects.CS/CarrierPluginCustomerI added the table CarrierPluginCustomer to get [CarrierPluginCustomer.CarrierAccount] Relationships:Parent Field Link Condition Child Field BAccountID Equal CustomerID    I get no errors and added the value to the report, but when testing the report on a sales order that used a Customer’s Carrier Account, it displayed nothing.We are using the EasyPost Carrier PluginAny ideas what I am missing?I attached the test rpx file as a zip for reference.

I need to be able to input a 3 decimal number (1.000) on the report page for a weight. I have set up report designer to go to 3 decimals but the input number on the report page. Is a customization required or is there another way to get 3 decimals at the input window?  

We are having a workflow issue we need help with.  Our warehouses are in Alaska.  Our inventory vendors are in the lower 48 states and send inventory invoices weeks before we receive the inventory in Alaska.  For planning purposes, we want to get these invoices into our Acumatica system before the inventory arrives.  How can we achieve this goal?  What workflow can we adopt?   Now we are reverting back to Excel spreadsheets and other pre-ERP solutions. Your help is greatly appreciated. 

Anyone know how Easypost would work if I’m only shipping Collect using my customer’s account information.  We have a client that has 250 clients and 90% of the orders shipped use UPS Collect and utilize their CUSTOMER’S UPS account number.  Can I setup them in Easypost easily?  We haven’t done that before.  Anyone has any best insights that would be awesome. 

Hi! We’re currently revamping how we use Acumatica for our own internal CRM. We’re exploring the option of using attributes for lead classes to capture as much data as possible on a prospect such as their industry, requirements etc. This is all good information as the prospect moves along from lead to opportunity. However, when we convert the lead to an opportunity, the attributes despite being the same, do not get carried over and the data is lost/needs to be reentered. Is there any way that we can ensure the data from the lead stage gets brought forth into the future stages like opportunities and business accounts? Thanks!

Hi Everyone,     Hope you are doing well.    I am new to Acumatica. I have a few questions regarding the data validation, hoping someone can help me out on this.    When I tried to test creating / updating records through API service, I noticed a few issues. For instance:When creating an invoice with an invalid type value in the payload. The application doesn’t response with error message, like “the invoice type is wrong”. Instead, an invoice with bad data is created. See screenshot #1. Once it happened, all other request of updating / creating invoice will fail. When creating an invoice with invalid details. For instance, if I create an invoice record with two items in “Details”, The first item has an invalid inventory id, then the second item has the valid inventory id. Acumatica will accept with this request, then create an invoice. But the details in the created invoice, the first item will have empty value in the “Inventory ID” value. When updating a closed invoice through API. Ac

 Auto Number is not population in the segment values portion as <NEW> and thus not creating a new and unique number when adding a customer.  Any ideas why this is not carrying over?

Can I change the custom field name from UsrFieldname to UseFieldname? 

Hi everyone, I have designed a acumatica form where the user can select our products from a list, input the weight of our products manually and the report will generate a barcode comprised of the product ID and the weight. Our product IDs are 6 digits, and the barcode reader can process 8 digits, seperating the first 6 digits of product ID from the last 2 digits of product weight. How can I format the Net Weight field in the report, so that when the user inputs a single digits; for example, 7, and the program prints 07? Could someone please help me figure it out? Thanks in advance :)

Is anyone else having an issue with Shopify returns/refunds not importing into Acumatica on 2022R2 build 22.210.0020?  No error messages in sync history.  Just nothing happening.

Dear Community, I cannot convert a sales quote to a Sales order. The convert option is grayed out. Sales Quote Status is approved Business account is extended as Customer Am i missing any steps? 

Has anyone had any luck in customising Shipment fields to allow editing after shipment confirmation?Our company requires multiple shipments (one for each vehicle) against the same order. Due to Acumatica limitations, this means we need to confirm the earlier shipment to open a subsequent one, despite the shipment not actually being confirmed. Naturally, this leads to errors, which are particularly difficult to correct due to too many subsequent shipments having been ‘confirmed’ already.This leads to the issue of how to rectify errors. Should there be any way to customise the editing of Shipment fields (such as date, description, UDFs, and quantity) even in a Confirmed state, it would help a lot to resolve our problem.Thanks!

It looks like Acumatica allows us to control the pixel width of rows & columns as they appear on the screen for pivot tables.Is there also a way we can control the pixel width of the cells in which Acumatica displays the column values?In my example, we’re just displaying a single- or double-digit integer value in the “values” area; and the end users have some screen space constraints. So they want to see MORE columns in a single screen.However, when I adjust the pixel width for the Columns, it only adjusts the column headers. And when I adjust the pixel width for Values, there is no change. Ideally I’d be able to control the column width for the cells that display ‘values’. I have it set to 2 px right now and it looks exactly the same as when I set it to 200 px.The highlighted area is the one I’m trying to shrink:  And here’s where I’m attempting to control that:   Would be open to any suggestions on this.Acumatica 2022 R2Build 22.204.0019

Hi Team, As per standard behavior of Acumatica in terms of completing the PO, You have to go in Purchase Order Screen > More Action > Complete Order per Documents. Do you have a workaround in doing this by batching (mass completing the PO) Regards,Fie

Two stock items have the incorrect inventory ID. TT1000BLK and TT1000GRY should be TT1000DBLK and TT1000DGRY respectively. Production orders have already been created using these incorrect IDs.I know I can create an entirely new item with the correct ID and change the formula. However, is there a better way to do it so the accounts that have a production order already created will not be affected?

When I check under “Business Accounts”, I have entities that were set up as Vendors that also show having a business account now that I sales team has entered into the mix, thus creating duplicates in that instance.  Is this an issue or how should these be set up?  

I am using the round formula in a generic inquiry window but it is not working.I want to round the results of an equation to 2 decimal points. It runs the equation but it won’t round it. Both of the fields I am calculating are decimal fields (Debit amount - credit amount). I’m not sure if the equation field itself is also a decimal type so maybe that is the problem? Not sure how to fix that. Round EquationResults 

Is there a way to prevent Acumatica from combining Sales Orders for the same customer from being combined into one invoice. Example: Customer A orders 200 blue widgets on Tuesday, on Thursday the same customer orders 350 red widgets. Both Sales Orders are processed and shipped on Friday. When the invoice is generated both Sales Orders are combined into one Invoice.Our customers do not want combined invoices because it makes it more difficult for them to reconcile their Purchase Order when multiple orders are combined on an Invoice. Also when multiple sales orders are combined the Customer PO Number is no longer displayed on the invoice causing further confusion. Is there somewhere in the Invoice workflow that the combining of orders into a single invoice can be disabled? We are running Acumatica 2022 R1Thank you!

After an upgrade from 21 R1 to 22 R2 (various builds), I have seen three different client sites have occasional journal transactions get stuck in pending approval status. I have a case open with Acumatica on this, and the workaround is to put JT on hold and remove hold to clear the request for approval. Client does not have JT approval configured and has not previously ever had it configured as it’s a newer feature. Acumatica has not confirmed this is a known issue since they can’t replicate, and I’m wondering if there are others out there that are also seeing this issue to see if we can get a larger pool of affected sites to have Acumatica relook at this as an actual known issue. Also including the workaround above in case others run into this issue!

It doesn’t happen very often, but a few times users have hit the delete button at the top header of an opportunity when they were just trying to delete a detail line of the opportunity.  When this happens ,the opportunity is deleted along with all the tracked activities, quotes etc.  There is no message that says “Do you want to delete this opportunity?”.  It would be great if a warning or message could be added as a reminder to warn the user they are deleting the opportunity.  Or even to have a checkbox added to the preferences window where users could select to display warnings before deleting opportunities.
