I have an issue where I have a customer setup. Orders have been placed shipped and invoiced in the system. Yet for some reason when I go to Receivable>Customers they are not listed in that profile. I can pull up the invoice and access Customer Details through the invoice, but I am unable to pull up the customer in the Customer Profiles.Below is a screen shot of an open invoice as well as the Customer Profile screen with the customer number in the search in the top right with no results. Any idea’s why this is happening? Seen this in another instance as well. 

On the Purchase Receipts form we have two buttons in the toolbar at the top, ITEM SPECS and ITEM BARCODE LABELS.  We don’t need them to be visible at all times.  How do we hide them under the three dots menu? Does this require a customization or am I missing something obvious?  Thanks for any help, Phil

Good afternoon all,Usually, when negative Moves are created, corresponding negative Material Issues are correctly created for backflushed Stock Items. Otherwise, the WIP will be overinflated when Material is re-backflushed.However, this does not appear to happen for backflushed Non-Stock items.Is there a way to enable backflushed Non-Stock items to generate negative Material issues similar to Stock Items?Repeatedly creating -1, +1, -1, +1 quantity moves at the same operation with one backflushed Stock Item (cost 573.2) and one backflushed Non-Stock Item (cost 3,700).Each -1 / +1 move is correctly reversing and reissuing the Stock Item cost, but not the Non-Stock cost, causing additional 3,700 cost to be entered into WIP each time.

 Hey All, I’ve been attempting to fetch the contents of this Generic Inquiry (screenshot 1) to no avail.I have the columns I require in the Generic Inquiry but not in the Webservice Endpoint.I modified the Generic Inquiry to left join SOOrder to SOShipline (screenshot 2) and was able to successfully request the two additional columns (LotSerialNbr, ExpiryDate) via the “View Inquiry” button. (screenshot 1)Attempting to retrieve the content via the Webservice endpoint has yielded no answer however. Hi,I have created a customized ACH provider export scenario for bank file and our client would like to add an additional zero to the T_batch_value field, making it a 10-digit value. I have attempted to use the PadLeft formula within the export scenario, but it has not produced the desired result.For your reference, I have attached the data provider, export scenario, and schema files. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thanks, Pankaj

Hello everyone,I need to set the VOID button disabled if the specified document type eg check has been reconciled.Upon reconciliation the Reconciliation checkbox is marked as true.I need to disable the Void button on checks and payment if that certain doc has been reconciled(Reconcile = True).Kindly assist on this.All responses will be highly appreciated.Thank you all 

Is there anyway of changing the account type of a GL Account from the database. I understand its not possible from Acumatica’s Chart of Account screen so I think a script is the most possible options but I am not sure which tables store the account type.

Synchronizing Payment from Shopify to Acumatica, I got this:“The payment could not be imported because the SO064037 sales order has been fully invoiced. Create the payment manually on the Payments and Applications (AR302000) form and apply it to the invoice.”Yes I agree, we receive this order 2 days ago, and we shipped it and invoiced. customer paid it today. Why Acumatica cannot create Payment? What setting I have to check? 

Hello,I am going through user permissions and I am getting this error message when log into a users account and click on Activities , Add Task. Under the Access Rights by Role page under Time and Expenses I have given the role Delete under access rights and they still cannot access the tasks.Any idea on what Access rights I need to add? 

I am using a third party custom manufacturing program from which I do invoicing. That application is using Avatax and getting the tax calculation for products that are taxable and including that in the invoices it generates. I am then using an import scenario to bring the invoices into my Acumatica instance via Sales Order. In most states the medical devices I make are tax Exempt so I have my products in Acumatica set to an EXEMPT tax category. In the few states that tax certain items they all do it at different rates.The challenge am having is bringing in the items and being able to update the Tax Amount on the Sales Order. The import scenario is able to bring in each line item into the sales order, and I am able to change the Tax Category on the Sales Order Detail  to TAXABLE (see below).When I go to the TAXES tab I can see things broken out between EXEMPT and TAXABLE. The Tax Amount value is calculated from my general Tax Zone and it is set to the tax rate of my state. Hi all, Here’s the setup - both “business account ID” and “customer ID” have their own numbering sequences. When I extend business account into a customer, it adopts the numbering sequence of business account, instead of the next customer ID in sequence.  Is there a way to address this? Hello,      We would like to charge every cusomter a same fee by using some (Means might not be only 1 line, might be several lines) Non-Stock items on SO/Invoice.Everytime the sales person have to manually input the lines on SO or on Invoice.      Is it possible to set default items, when typing SO or invoice, the default lines automatically filled in.

On Scan Material screen, the system requires the user to scan:Order Type - Optional Prod Order Number Operation WH  - Optional Location Inventory IDOnce the Inventory ID is scanned, the Scan Material screen resets to “scan the order type” prompt. This means if a user needs to issue multiple stock items to the same operation, they need to go through 3 scans again before they arrive to the scan inventory ID prompt. Is there a better way to bulk scan multiple stock items IDs for the given operation?

Trying to get an action to auto run on transtion into a workflow state, however on completion of the action ACU gives an error that the action is disabled.the steps to reproduceConfig Leads (CR301000) Screen In Standard inherited workflow In the Open state Set the action “CreateContact” Auto-Run Action field to True in a new lead with status “New” click the “Open” action The “Create Contact” dialog pops up, but on selecting “OK” the error message states that the “Open” action is disabled.  After clearing the error the state has transitioned, however the contract was not created.What am i doing wrong?I have also tried to run the Auto-Run action at the “Sales-Accepted” state, however I got the same error. 

I am using a try - catch and trapping an error.  When I get the error, I want to write it to the trace log.  I am able to write to the log.  There is a property in the System.Exception called “InnerMessages” that is an array of the actual errors that caused the exception.  Here is a print screen of the InnerMessages that shows the details I want to write to the log: I write to the log with PXTrace.WriteError(ex);This is the only thing that shows in the Trace screen.  It just shows the basic message and the place in my code where the error occurred.My thought is that I could cycle through the InnerMessages array and write it to the trace log so if my customer has an error, I can actually know what it is.Does anyone know how I can access the InnerMessages property?  I cannot find any way to do it.

I have what seems to be an interesting challenge; how to calculate commissions based on paid project based invoices. This differs from many other commission based systems based on accrued sales.  Commissions at this company are based on payments received on project issued or related invoices.I can see payments coming into table ARPayments based on a calendar date or fiscal period.  But when I try to connect those payments to the project that initiated the invoice and payment, that is where my challenge begins.  If I am not on the right path, please put forward some alternative suggestions.Some constraints:All payments are initiated by invoices either directly issued through AR (so the project is referenced in the details tab) or through a project generated invoice. We have problems displaying the Power Bi widgets from the Dashboard in the browser on Iphone and Ipad. On Android it works.Does anyone know how to display the widgets without problems?Thanks!

Our integration creates order in Acumatica via APIs and we override and fill in the ship to address as part of the order creation process.  We get an error when we send the country name instead of country code.  For example if we use CANADA instead of CA, Acumatica will not accept it.   Our commerce system does not have country codes and all we have are the country names.  While we can create our own table lookups in the origin system, this shoudl not be required.   As a workaround we can use a GI and manage a custom endpoint but this shoudl also not be needed.The question is why is country table not available in the default end point so we can lookup country codes using full names or are we missing something?

It appears that DeviceHub must be running in an interactive session.  If you log off the session then DeviceHub closes.  Is there a way to make this run as a service so it’s always running regardless of logged in user?

Hello all,I have the following scenario:The GL Account on an AR Invoice created with a Customer extended from a branch is pulling the default GL Account from the Customer Record. When I add a Non-stock item to the details, the item’s GL Account is NOT overriding the default GL Account from the customer record.  The GL Account on an AP Bill created with a Vendor extended from a branch is pulling the default GL Account from the Vendor Record. When I add a Non-stock item to the details, the item’s GL Account is NOT overriding the default GL Account from the vendor record. I tested and do not have this issue with vendors created from the vendor screen.  Has anyone come across a fix for this?  Thank you, Lindsey 

I am creating an integration with Acumatica and I would like to give the user an option on which of their companies they would like to connect.However, when I query any data endpoint (such as a list of ledgers or journals), I receive the information for all the companies that belong to that user. This means it was irrelevant for the user to select which companies they wanted to connect.Is there a query param that I can pass to the endpoints that will return only the data for the company I specify? I have not been able to find such a thing in the documentation. If not, what is the best approach for getting around this?Any advice would be appreciated.
