Hi,We want to change case notifications so that the user who last updated the owner, to themselves, does not trigger the notification.  From what I can see, this is not feasible under the “trigger conditions” using the @me value.Is this possible? Thanks! 

Hi Team,For one of the GI’s in the Customer Portal we are having issues with the navigation. This is happening in the upgraded version of 2022 R1, the same GI navigation was working in the older version. When the row is clicked on the GI, it always redirects to the home page.

I did some changes to the standard commercial invoice and made the below report.In this case i wanted to get the customer part number corresponding to the inventory Id in the sales order. Please check the below screenshot.So I joined the InventoryItem with the INitemXref by the Inventory ID. And also i joined the INitemXref with the BAccount by the BAccountId as follows.But when doing this below “XML not well-formed” error pops out.So please give me a support to overcome this issue. Thank you.

I have created a Custom Commercial Invoice and there is a Net Weight(Kg) filed in it as follows. Commercial InvoiceCorresponding to the above invoice there a two orders in the the detail section of the Sales Orders’ Invoices tab as follows.Sales Order Invoice TabThere is only one order weight for both these items in the FREIGHT section as follows.  Freight tabIf i use the =Sum[SOFreightDetail.Weight] for get the summation as the Net Weight(Kg) the weight is getting double. Please check the below screenshot.Commercial InvoiceCan I know If there is another different Order in the DETAILS section of the Sales Order Invoice Tab and if there is different order weight for that in the FREIGHT detail section, how to get the total net weight for the above invoice without repeating the same weight?  

My requisition has 4735 lines in detail level;I have 10000 lines per transaction License;Still I am getting “Request Timed Out” while creating PO from Requisition; Please assist;  

A default Labour item on an employee will default onto a Staff Line of an appointment. I don’t think it is used except when projects are involved? Work performed on appointments needs to be charged at labour rates which may be different per employee, but the labour rate does not affect the Unit price. Workaround is to have separate Detail Lines where the default unit price comes only from the non-stock item and hope you assign the right staff member to perform the work. I have a GI that can detect detail lines that appear to have the wrong rate and could update the unit price with a business event but just checking if I am missing something? 

Our Elan contact is saying they do not support Plaid even though Elan comes up on the Plaid website as supported at https://plaid.com/demo/?countryCode=US&language=en&product=transactionsHoping we were just talking to the wrong person at Elan as we would prefer to use Plaid rather than set-up the infrastructure for file transfers and then automation into Acumatica which is what I understand Plaid does for us.

2022R1: The numbering sequence for production orders is set to manual numbering. A sales order is created for the item to be manufactured.  A production order is manually created for the the item (since you can’t create a production order from the sales order, or use the “Create Production Orders” process when the numbering sequence is set to Manual).  The production order status is PLANNED, the sales order status is OPEN.When I go to the Production Order Maintenance>Reference tab and click on “Link Sales Order”, the sales order is not found, and therefore can’t be linked.When I go to the Sales Order and click “Link Prod Order”, the Production Order is listed, but the checkbox will not remain selected - to clarify, after the checkbox is clicked, it is automatically cleared during processing.Is there a way to make this link when manual numbering is set for production orders? 

 We created a ARM report for our Inc Statement.  We have some value that are negative that we would like to show with brackets instead of a minus sign.  Most of the rows are set to show the value and they have brackets but we have a few rows that we have $ signs that show up with a minus sign.  We want minus signs This is the formatting formula we’ve usedI tried updating with the following =’$###,###,###.00’; ‘($###,###,###.00)”but I get this errorAm I using the wrong format formula?

Hi, I have customized a new screen and a report and I need to set up access rights for them. For my custom screen I have set up access into delete as follows.But for my pro forma invoice report , I was only able to set rights into granted . There was no option delete.For reports there is no right called delete? Otherwise both granted and delete working as the same or is there any difference?Can someone provide me an answer?Thank you.

I dont want refresh value this field. ( recent value field Weight in screen = 0.000000).Can you help me?Thank you so much. 

As an admin, I have the ability to select the week when creating a time card. But other access roles cannot select the week, it is grayed out. I have already created my custom weeks in the Time and Expenses Preferences, I just need employees to be able to select their weeks in each time card they create. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,I have a design question. I am trying to download/sync all of our invoice/invoice line item data to our front end eCommerce application so customers can view their invoices. At the moment, I have it working using the Rest API endpoint but its very slow and I keep hitting our license limits. I have been porting all my RestAPI calls to using oData on top of a GI. This is MUCH faster and has relieved the pressure on the API calls. The invoice sync is the last one I need to do. I am struggling to figure out how to “find” that data. I do have all the invoices downloaded via these entities.  I can’t figure out how to get the invoice line items. What entities should I query?For my sales order sync, I download all the sales orders, and then download all the line items. My sync process joins the data together in my eCommerce app DB. Its very fast. I am looking to do a similar approach here.I am open to tapping into the oData4 endpoint if that is a better option. Any help would be greatly

When we process AP checks printing maxes out at 19 checks.  If the payment processing group contains more than 19 payments Acumatica will only preview and print 19 at a time.Is this standard?   Or is there a setting that can be changed to allow for greater number of checks printed at once?

I’m getting this error pop-up when trying to update taxes through payroll tax maintenance:Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files\Acumatica ERP\AcumaticaERP\App_Data\Payroll\temp_660acbe6.dll' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied. Any suggestions?

Is it possible to add an additional status of “WON” for orders of type quote in the sales order screen.  This would be for the Quote workflow.  Are there any ramifications to doing this? I was looking at customizations to add a new available status and the idea of using a workflow to create the new status was proposed. Thanks for any thoughts!

Can you use a field (such as inventory ID) with a formula of the Results grid? Attempting to add the following formula to a GI: =IIf( [POLine.InventoryID]='Solid Surface', [SOLine.CuryUnitCost]+[POOrder.CuryVatTaxableTotal], [SOLine.CuryUnitCost])  Essentially saying if the inventory ID is Solid Surface, include the PO cost to the calculation, any other lines on POs, do not include.It passes the validation but get the following error when loading the GI:  Are you able to use field within a GI like this?

Hello, I have system admin user role in Acumatica, and I need to reset another users password. I have been able to do this in the past.Now, however, as soon as I click on the Reset Password button on the Users Screen… It changes over to my own user account in the system, so I would be changing my own password. Is there a way to workaround this issue? Thanks!

Hello, We have noticed after creating a sales order that a duplicate is now showing up. It has all the exact same information. Same Reference number, same shipment number, same payment information. I added a note to one of the orders and it showed up on both orders, so they are linked together somehow. Therefore, I don’t want to try and just delete one, since it will most likely delete both. However, when I look at the customer account, only one order shows up.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to address this duplicate order issue?  Thank you!

Is there any way to not require the CVV for a credit card? This is setup using Ebiz cc integration. Weird thing is it doesn’t require for amex but it requires for Visa. This started happening after the client was upgraded to 22R2:
