I'm looking to create a payment order and remittance for one of my customers who has sent an EDI 820 document; in the integration, I see Payment_PutEntityRequest and PaymentMethod_PutEntityRequest JSON schema’s, which should I use to create the payment order?

Hi All,I am displaying SO with items related to them. Some are displayed correctly, like in this case, SOHO000403 has 2 items so it was displayed twice. But SOHO000371 also has 2 items inside, but only displays one. What could be the problem? Can someone please kindly take a look at my report schema? I appreciate any help, thank you so much!Sometimes too when I would open the SO, it’d lead me to a different SO. Paula

Hello,I’ve been playing around with modifier options (I know, not supported), and trying to figure out the work around.  For my purposes, mapping the product options to Transactions.NoteText is exactly where I want them. It keeps them connected to the base product without adding additional columns on my SO screen as I’ve seen on some existing customizations for this.  The problem is, I’ll have multiple modifier options aka source fields that I would want to map to the Transactions.NoteText target field.Is there anyway to get multiple source fields to map to one target field?  I feel like I’m one line of code away from solving a major pain point for me.  Use case: We sell made-to-order blazers for airline pilots.  Long story short, there are 160,000 possible variations so making kits, matrixes, templates is not going to work for this.  Though I am open to any other ideas.  Thank you,Nathan

I have some questions around PXDBDate fieldsI’m trying to understand when does a date field care about UTC and when does it not?  Looking at SODate.OrderDate I see that it doesn’t store any time value. Jan 1st, 2023 is always that date regardless of the time when the order was placed or what my timezone setting is.I added a date field to SO Line and when I update the value of the field there is no time component. And, yet, the column is displayed in UTC. I’m in PST (-8) so if I enter 2023-02-01 with no time component and then change my timezone, the display value changes. The database is holding no time component.So my two questions are:How do I set up a Date field that does act like a UTC value? In other words, the date I’m entering is “local time” and it will adjust depending on the user’s timezone setting. How do I set up a Date only field that does not act like a UTC value? I’m working on a simple customization to extend the field length of the Summary (Description) field in the grid of the the Employee Time Activities screen. I’ve updated the field length with a database script included in the package (I’ve confirmed that the length is changed in the database) and I’ve updated the DAC (PMTimeActivity) to reflect the new 4000 character limit.[PXDBString(4000, InputMask = "", IsUnicode = true)][PXDefault][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Summary", Visibility = PXUIVisibility.SelectorVisible)][PXFieldDescription][PXNavigateSelector(typeof(PX.Objects.CR.CRPMTimeActivity.summary))]The field on the Employee Time Activities screen still only accepts the default 256 character limit. It seems like this change isn’t being inherited in the EPActivityApprove DAC that the Employee Time Activities screen uses. Either I’m running into a bug or I’m missing something simple here.

I seem to be getting caught more and more by this.  I have this line of code:orderGraph.Document.Current = orderGraph.Document.Search<SOOrder.orderType, SOOrder.orderNbr>(graphBulk.Order.Current.OrderType, graphBulk.Order.Current.OrderNbr);I believe it should be looking for a sales order record. It worked fine in testing with SO for the order type.  Then we added another order type, BK, and this code failed to find the record.So I switched the code to this:SOOrder order = SOOrder.PK.Find(graphBulk, graphBulk.Order.Current.OrderType, graphBulk.Order.Current.OrderNbr);And it finds the record without a problem.So what is the Search method doing that causes it not to find the record?  Sometimes I will need to use a search but I need to be able to understand why it operates differently (and cannot find the SO record when I’ve supplied both key field values).

Does anyone know if its possible to login to Acumatica API using SSO/Active directory login?Per my research it doesn't look like its possible, only though user name and passwords logins. 

I followed the topic and I was able to add an icon to a custom workspace.  YAY However, the svg icon looks pretty ugly.  If you open the svg file in Chrome, this is what it looks like:I modeled my svg file that I placed on the web server to follow the formatting of one of the manufacturing icons already on the site.  My svg file has a bunch of paths whereas the manufacturing.svg file only has one path per symbol. PRETTY UGLY.  If anyone has any experience with svg files, I’ve uploaded the original file that looks great when viewed directly in a browser.  I also uploaded the file as I currently have on the site. Original file is merge_icon_Original.svg and the one I am using is merge_icon.svg.  I zipped them up so that I could upload them here.Any help formatting this svg file to get it looking pretty would be greatly appreciated!

Has anyone else had issues with 2022R1 and how Production Orders and MRP relate? We just upgraded to 2022R1 and I am now having issues - wondering if there is a setting that changed that we didn’t catch when testing. Production order is set with a start on date of 2/27/2023. There is a PO for the item needed that is open with a due date of 1/10/2023. MRP is saying we still need to order the items with a Promise Date of 10/10/2022.  I can’t tell where MRP is pulling the 10/10/2022 promise date from. Any ideas? 

Hello.We have a customer that would like to have a fancier Report, but we face some problems.We got the attached Texture from them for the Header, i added it as embedded file to the report and used a picture box (tried panel first since i wanted picture over picture, but that ended up the same..) Now we either have 2 results:As JPG) The Image ends up getting cut-off instead of displaying the full size (which it should, since the image box is exactly as large as the image?) or two As PNG) Any idea? Fix? Anything?​​​​​​​

In our case, the supervisor would be entering the number of days that a per-diem should be paid per pay period.   The rate will be tied to the project (i.e. all employees working on the same project would get the same "per diem" amount for each day they worked).  It would be paid as a lump sum (un-taxed) total per paycheck, based on the number of days the employee worked on one or more “per diem” projects.P.S.  In our case they will be sending time entries to a third party ISV, but this could apply to a client that uses Acumatica payroll as well.Any thoughts?

Fairly certain this is not a thing, but I wanted to verify.They always create production orders from sales orders.Would like to have the same number as the ID for both documents.So if you have SO12345 and create a production order from it, the production order ID is also 12345. Unless I hear otherwise, I will assume this is not possible as standard functionality.Thanks!

After a production order is closed or completed, can you still issue additional material to the production order?  Can you enter more labor?

Building a GI that will (among other things) show whether an item on a Sales Order is Allocated. I’ve linked SOLine to SOLineSplit and I’m attempting to bring in SOLineSplit.IsAllocated field, but not getting expected results. Here are Table Relations:The allocated box on the GI is blank.But the allocated box is in fact checked within Line Details of item on the Sales Order.Here is the Results grid:Not sure what I’m missing - if my relations and data links are incorrect or if I’m bringing in incorrect field ...

I need to import Business Accounts and Contacts from the same file. In some cases there are multiple contacts in the file, each listed on a new row with the same business account information. I am auto assigning the business account ID so I do not have a unique value for two imports. I have my import scenario setup like this, the business account is created fine but no contacts are created. What am I missing.
