Hi! We’re currently revamping how we use Acumatica for our own internal CRM. We’re exploring the option of using attributes for lead classes to capture as much data as possible on a prospect such as their industry, requirements etc. This is all good information as the prospect moves along from lead to opportunity. However, when we convert the lead to an opportunity, the attributes despite being the same, do not get carried over and the data is lost/needs to be reentered. Is there any way that we can ensure the data from the lead stage gets brought forth into the future stages like opportunities and business accounts?
