Sales Order Approval - Auto Approve SO created by specific users

HI All

I have a case if SO is created by users A & B, SO will be auto-approved. Unless needs to be approved by a workgroup (BM)

I create 2 steps

  • Step 1: If the User is not equal to user A or B, needs to approve by workgroup BM
    • Step 1
      Condition of Step 1
      Rule of Step 1

       

  • Step 2: If no approval is found, auto approve document.
Step 2

 

Please advise if you have any ideas on this case.

HI @vkumar 

as my expectation for this flow, when I log in as User A, I can create SO and go to the next step. But it didn't. 

I use User A but the system still requires Approve from Workgroup BM

The first condition should have ”And” operator not “Or”

@aaghaei I have changed and tested again with both users, and it does not work.

Notes: already add this approval map to Sales Order Preference

If you changed operator to “and” didn’t work then I would say you create a support ticket as nothing is wrong from interference.
