Hi all, When a user put a case in customer portal, it is not displayed in “Open Cases” in customer portal. Could you please let me know that how it is setup to show “Open Cases” in customer portal? Thank you.

This batch was created on journal transaction with the post period as 01-2023. However the last detail line seems to have posted in 02-2023 which seems to be the editting date. How did this happen as the transaction date on the details line is not edit enabled ? How did a line change its date when the whole voucher has a date already. 

Hi, we have a report with some colored fields in report writer, but if a customer is INACTIVE, we would like to highlight the field RED (first row would be the inactive customer):the layoutPretty sure I need an expression here in Report Designer, but not sure what the syntax would be -- my syntax is clearly wrong! :Dif [BAccount.Status] = INACTIVE, then MAKE RED isn’t correct:)How do I correctly express this, and does it go into Properties>VisibleExpr?Thank you so much!

Hello experts,I am trying to force End-User must enter value for fields: Weight (BaseItemWeight), Volume (BaseItemVolume) on screen Stock Item IN202500by using condition configuration as following:Set fields required: the default value is 0 because the field type is decimal, so I am able to save the record without entering value.   Set condition value must greater than 0   But somehow I didn’t input value for these fields but still could save the recordDo you have any idea?

We are trying to do our physical inventory from an excel spreadsheet import using an import scenario but for some reason my scenario will not add another line until it gets to a location with a different ID. I’ve tried changing the orders around and playing with the commit option but I’m not having any luck. I need to use the ADD dialog box in the physical inventory review or count screen as many of our inventory lines don’t have a line at the time of PI creation.(Long explanation).

I need to take the SOLine table, group the results by the SO Order Nbr, and concatenate all of the Inventory IDs from each line into a single cell. Anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how to accomplish this?

Hi,I developed a new changes to my existing customization and migrated to my client uat instance. Yesterday I published the newly modified customized project and working fine with all new functions. I newly added one setup form and some validations into my custom project.Today our functional team created a new instance using snapshot and all my new changes disappeared. When I checked inside the customization project editor it shows my newly added screen need to published. Old screen is working. I Republished again and now working fine. I need to know can it be happen when getting a snapshot or otherwise?Please anyone help me 

I am trying to set a custom field during the creation of an ARInvoice from the Sales Order module and the Service Management module. Invoices are created in very different ways in both of these, and I’ve been messing with overriding / extending the methods that perform this process, but it’s not going that well and I’m feeling like I have to be missing something easy.I thought of doing it in an event on the ARInvoiceEntry page, but I don’t think that really accomplishes the need. I think I could use inserted events on several entry screens, but that doesn’t seem like a shortcut either.Does anyone have an idea of a better way?

New to Acumatica custom development but long time experience with classic asp.net development and MVC based development.Developing my first custom page grid control, I notice that RowSelected events aren’t actually fired when the row is selected.  Instead, one gets fired off for each row when the row is created (which feels like a ‘RowCreated’ event).  I can at initialization time set whether a row or field can be edited by enabling or disabling a row, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to control whether a row can be deleted except by validating in a RowDeleting event and cancelling it/setting UI errors on failed validation.  (I can enable or disable buttons for the entire grid, but not conditionally based on which row has focus.)I’d like to be able to do something like when a row is selected enable or disable the delete button or otherwise handle the selection of a row.  I have ‘commit changes’ on the fields in the row, and it does seem to post back, but it’s not clear what ev

Acumatica’s Engineering Change Module does not tie together multiple BOM changes into one Engineering Change Order.  Has anyone out there created a customization that does this?  We frequently have Engineering Change Requests that impact multiple BOMs, and we want to roll out those changes all at once.Also wondered if anyone has developed reports that could pull audit history into these ECOs and show all of the changes for all the BOMs included in the ECO.

Hello,Not sure if there is any suggestions on the case below? I would like to update the sub account code in those open SO in system. I tried to create a new data provider & import scenario, I noticed that the information update is weird, some order with one line can be updated, some cannot, some order with multiple lines, then maybe one of them will be update or totally no update.  This is the import scenario mapping that I created. This is the import scenario mapping that I created. When I did the import scenario data update, it processed successfully. However, in the SO, it does not reflect.

HI. I am looking for a report that shows the same information as the standard Inventory Valuation report that shows inventory as at a certain date. For example, I want to print the report showing what the inventory was as at Dec 31,2022. I’m actually surprised that Accumatica doesn’t have this as a standard report. Thanks

What tables need to be added to the employee listing (Screen ID EP2030PL) so the current Position Title can be displayed as well (is this possible)?  What is the relation/link for the new table(s) that need to be added in order to get this information to be displayed on the listing?  The Position Title is located on the Employment History Tab in the employee record.  Thanks!
