We have a client that needs to implement Stripe so payments from events can be uploaded automatically into Acumatica under a general Customer ID. Then these transactions would be offset against a project under the Projects number and Project Task. Do we need to get a connector through an ISV for this? I know Acumatica has a license feature for Stripe. Any insight would be helpful or instructions? 

Does anyone have experience with loading project balances.  We have approx. 300 projects “live” that need to be brought over to Acumatica.  Once the projects are loaded, how best to perform a mass update on project cost / revenue received to date? If possible, just focusing on cost-to-date ATM.  We’ll make a very simple budget structure that just relates to “cost types”  Cost-to-date needs to be loaded against this simple structure.

Hello,We are attempting to use the “Print Invoice and Memos” screen to send out a large number of invoices at the end of the month. We have the customer classes set up in the AR preferences to send the invoices to specific contacts (Screenshot below). when we processed the invoice through the “print invoice and memos” Screen, it was only sent to the primary contact. I have attached another screenshot of Customer mailing preferences. Are we missing a step to use this for this customer class?AR preferences > Customer Classes Customer Mailing and printing settings:  

I added UDFs to the EP305000 screen in the Details Tab.  You can see here that the data is saving to the DB as expected. Hello! I’m having an issue with the sync between my BigCommerce store and my Acumatica Sandbox environment. I have a customer that will not sync to Bigcommerce. Previously it had been syncing to our Bigcommerce stores, but I believe that at one point the account on the Bigcommerce side had been deleted. Now, when I go to process data (or sync from sync history), the sync runs indefinitely. It does not throw an error, it just keeps going with no result. I’ve tried re-creating the customer in BigCommerce and changing the external ID on the sync to match the new one. That did not clear up the issue. Any ideas? 

Hello - I have a weird issue. We have a custom field on our PO form called “Requested By”. If I go to the PO screen and preview/print, the value appears perfectly. However whenever the PO form is sent via a business event that I created, the “Requested By” field shows but not the value for some strange reason. I confirmed the business event is pulling the same form ID than the one I see when I preview it from the PO screen, so I have no idea what could be causing this. Wondering if there is something I need to change on the form itself or perhaps the business event?

Good dayMy company updated to 2022 R1.  I have a number GIs that use the @Today function.  Does it still work in the upgrade version.  I was previously on 2020 R1.  Do I need to replace it with Today().  (Date/Time fields). Does anyone have a list of the 2022 R1 GI functions?Thank you@Evan G

We have a unique situation where employees sometimes need pay advances for whatever reasons. These are usually paid back each pay period based on a fixed amount. I am wondering if anyone has dealt with this and what the best way would be to set this up in Acumatica Payroll so that repayment deductions can be made each pay period. 

Has anyone ever added the overall average to the footer of this report? I’ve tinkered with it but haven’t gotten it to work and was hoping someone else has already accomplished this and could share their report version. Thanks!

Hello, a few of our client have the same issue: when exporting shipment information from Acumatica to BigCommerce, the export fails, when there are 2 or more packages on the shipment, and no items are assigned to each box:The error on the export would be: The [shipment number] shipment could not be exported because the [tracking number] box has no items. Please delete this box or assign an item to it.Can we have Acumatica disregard any and all tracking numbers, UNLESS it’s the only tracking number (1 package on a shipment) or the package has items assigned?Thank you!

Hi,  I have a prepayment applied to a check and a partial bill that I need to void.  The prepayment doesn’t allow me to reverse the application and is requiring me to reverse it on the check level. However I can’t reverse the check application either since I don’t have what to apply it to.   

We seem to be having an issue with our reports changing balances for previous periods.  Our Aged Period Sensitive report under Receivables is no longer tying out to our Trial Balance Summary report.  This issue seems to go back to February 2022, and each month from February to November no longer agrees. The issue seems to be invoices that were credited in subsequent months.  For example, the February Summary Trial Balance report shows a balance for the AR Trade (account# 11000) of $3,852,680.46.  The Aged Period Sensitive Report under Receivables shows a balance of $3,805,177.77 for a difference of $47,502.69.  This variance is due to AR invoice #38530 now not being picked up on the Aged Period Sensitive report when you run it for February 2022. This invoice was credited in May 2022. Not sure why the Aged Period Balance is dropping invoice #38530 when run for February. Is there any ability to creating “recurring” Tasks in Acumatica? We have Tasks that happen every quarter and what we have to do is to “complete and follow up” and then update the start dates for the next quarter. Is there a way to add a Task and have it appear each month, quarter, year, etc.
