I have AP Aging Report in excel file. How and where do I go to upload that report in Acumatica? I have not uploaded a report before and I am trying to upload that for one of the companies. Where in Acumatica I can go and Upload AP and AR aging report?

I have built a query in which I have multiple associations with the contact tables to get required information. Contact Table is used to find details for a UDF contact field. Owner Contact table is used to get opportunity owner information.Builder contact table is joined with SO Order to get SO contact information.For Builder contact (actual contact on SO), I am able to get Email, Full Name, ContactID_Description but website is blank. When I check the contact, it has website but not coming up on GI. Another thing I noticed was the Phone 1 is also not coming for most of them, only 2-3 records show up whereas it is present. I am trying to use Contact.Website field. Would really appreciate if some one has an answer to this. -Ameya

I facing a problem when run AR Close Financial periods which detected an unreleased document (credit memo) on 06-2021. I checked the document found that this document posted in 05-2021 and status is closed.Anyone can advise me how to clear this document from Unreleased Document and able to process close financial period for 06-2021.

Hello Everyone,I have a SQL View where I join some tables in each block and then, using UNION ALL, I combine all blocks and return a list. In Acumatica by using PXProjection, I should be able to replicate the result of each block as a flat DAC but I am not sure how then I can aggregate these Projections to get a unionized result of all DACs. Hello!I’m invoking a processing form through API, and all the process is executed correctly, but, how can I know when a record is processed with errors?I’m trying to get the processing result to know what records have been processed and what records have raised errors…  

If you Move code to an extension library (DLL), can that code be published to a hosted Acumatica Site.  By Hosted I mean a site that is like youcompany.acumatica.com.  An instance hosted by Acumatica, which you cannot access the servers. 

During picking a handful of times, we are getting this error. I’ve checked each time and the lots are correct, the correct qty is allocated/picked, but the system will not let us move to a sorting location. Is there anything I can do that doesn’t involve adjustments?

Hello,We created a UDF on the Change Orders Screen We want to restrict some users from being able to change the value of this UDF, but they need full access to the rest of the Change Orders screen.I do not see the UDF in the security tree for Change Orders as I expected.So I tried restricting “ANSWERS” to VIEW ONLY and can still change the value of the UDF when logged in as this user.How can I make this VIEW ONLY for a role?

After clicking Calculate BOM Cost in the dialog box its not showing the cost value. 

Hi, We would like to print our checks to out dot Matrix printer we have the correct layout but printing from the AP.64.10.00. Its almost like the printer can not understand how to print this.  We also cant add the check in the Device hub Q as this report can not be added to that Q this leaves us with the PDF check report that opens on the a new tab and this report is not printing to our dot matrix printer. is there a config in the Report Designer that would allow the dot Matrix printer to decode the strings and print them.  Please let me know if someone has managed to print checks to a dot Matrix printer out of Acumatica. 

We are on 2021 R2 with the Big Commerce connector.  Can we configure Acumatica to limit which warehouse the customers can shop from when the customer is shopping in our connected Big Commerce website?

Good Day,This is my first time to post here in the site, please bear with me. :)One of the requirements of our project is to duplicate an existing screen (Customer Contracts) into a new screen (Vendor Contracts) imitating the existing screen. I already saw one approach that the asp files can be copied and renamed but that is possible only for the ASP files.Could this be possible? If so, are there other things to consider (graphs, DACs of the existing screen to be duplicated as well?) Are there other ways to achieve this?I'm still new to acumatica btw. Any responses are very much appreciated.Thanks and stay safe.

Hi everyone,  How can we apply partial payment in acumatica? after invoice is release, the invoice is 100, and the customer paid only 70. whe we applied the 70 in the payment , it shows “the document is out of balance”. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I have added the ‘Add PO Line’ action to the PO receipts screen on the mobile app by following the steps on the last few pages in the T410 manual.  This works great to add the lines and release the receipt.  To streamline the process, I would like to have the ‘Add PO Line’ action available on the Document Summary screen by default.  To explain further, if I update the ‘formActionsToExpand=’ to 4, then I have all actions appear at the bottom in this order: Hold, Assign, Release, Add PO Line.  If I update it to be ‘formActionsToExpand=’ to 2, I have Hold, Assign, … with the option to select … and Add PO Line.How do I get it to be displayed as the following: Hold, Add PO Line, … on the document summary screen for the PO receipt?It appears that when I added priority, listPriority and formPriority were not available options in current context.  I have also attempted to add the action, as I’ve done, then below it say update recordAction in attempt to reorder the actions.

Hey guys, I am trying to sort the values in the rows of a pivot table to ascending order. Tried changing the same in the Pivot table by changing the sort order and sort by but the result is not as required.  In order to get it in an order, I have changed the names for appts in Workflow stages, but still not getting the desired result. Need to see 1-New followed by 2-Tentative and 3-DEL/INST/INSP and so on. Would appreciate your help :) .
