Hi,
We want to change case notifications so that the user who last updated the owner, to themselves, does not trigger the notification. From what I can see, this is not feasible under the “trigger conditions” using the @me value.
Is this possible?

Not possible, so far as I can tell. But it should be. Silly to send a notification to yourself.

Is there no way in the value section to check with another field instead of a hard coded value? Obviously the below is wrong as it doesn’t work, but perhaps something like this:
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
