Tax Maintenance error

I’m getting this error pop-up when trying to update taxes through payroll tax maintenance:

Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files\Acumatica ERP\AcumaticaERP\App_Data\Payroll\temp_660acbe6.dll' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

 

Any suggestions?

Thanks Kristen, I’m a bit hesitant to try and reinstall Acumatica per the answer as I am not familiar with the procedure.  I may just let our VAR handle this.
