We have a client migrating from Sage 100 to Acumatica.  Currently, the have their Sage Sales Order form customized to Page Break after the user enters an * in the Item field in the SO entry screen.  I see there is a page break option which can be done by groups but don’t see how to accomplish the client’s need of user defined page breaks.  Anybody have any ideas on this one?  Crystal Reports/Sage 100 seems to handle this quite nicely  but stumped on how to do it in Acumatica.

Does anyone know how to have the sales price from the “Sales Prices” show up as a column on the Inventory Items query?I have been able to do it, but it duplicates the inventory items many times. Here is how I built the relationships: What am I missing? 

@Naveen, colleagues,what is the best way of setting up a Project with recurring billing to generate Invoices every second week/bi-weekly? We’ve added the Projects Module recently; before the addition, the bi-weekly billing was achieved by setting up a schedule for AR Invoices.We bill clients in accordance with contracts every second week. The amounts are fixed and change only once a year. From time to time, we also re-bill Customers for some supplies. Now we need to get it automated with the Projects Module. 

Job is done after one billing (AR Reference Nbr. 000330) I released retainage on this invoice, creating a retainage AR Reference Nbr. 000331, and then released this Back in Construction tab I tried two different methods: First, I reduced the summary tab (and revenue tab) retainage down to 0% and then clicked Run Project Billingè.  This produced an AIA document that stated a Current Payment Due of $0.00   I deleted the above Pro Forma and brought the summary (and revenue) tab retainage back up to 5% and clicked Run Project Billing.  This, too, produced an AIA document that stated $0.00 as the Current Payment Due The total Current Payment Due SHOULD be $7,450, which is 5% of the total contract $149,000.

Does anyone know if it is possible to show the “Quantity on Hand” as a column in the Generic inquiry for Stock Items?

We set up a prepayment terms ID with the settings to require %100 prepayments for an order to be processed. When using integrated credit card processing for payments, such as Authrize.net, we find that the system will recognize transactions that have only been autrhorized (not captured) as paid and apply it towards the order.See the screenshot of such a payment in the sales order.  Is there a way to overwrite it and it should recognize it only when it’s captured? Below is a screenshot of the terms set up.

Hi Everyone,I have some inquiry regarding on the approval matrix that I need to set up.Here's the scenarioIf the Sales Agent put the Unit Price on the Sales Order less than the Unit Cost of an item. It will be subject to approval.but on the approval matrix, when I select the field name as unit cost and the condition is greater than the value is it a numeric digit, not a unit price? Is there a way to set up the requirements?  Thank you !

We use various status’ on service orders to indicate where in the service process an order resides. We have a request from our service group on whether we can provide insight into the number of days a service order takes from one status to another. Does Acumatica have this ability to track time within a certain status or time between status’?

We have a client that needs to implement Stripe so payments from events can be uploaded automatically into Acumatica under a general Customer ID. Then these transactions would be offset against a project under the Projects number and Project Task. Do we need to get a connector through an ISV for this? I know Acumatica has a license feature for Stripe. Any insight would be helpful or instructions? 

Does anyone have experience with loading project balances.  We have approx. 300 projects “live” that need to be brought over to Acumatica.  Once the projects are loaded, how best to perform a mass update on project cost / revenue received to date? If possible, just focusing on cost-to-date ATM.  We’ll make a very simple budget structure that just relates to “cost types”  Cost-to-date needs to be loaded against this simple structure.

Hello,We are attempting to use the “Print Invoice and Memos” screen to send out a large number of invoices at the end of the month. We have the customer classes set up in the AR preferences to send the invoices to specific contacts (Screenshot below). when we processed the invoice through the “print invoice and memos” Screen, it was only sent to the primary contact. I added UDFs to the EP305000 screen in the Details Tab.  You can see here that the data is saving to the DB as expected. Hello! I’m having an issue with the sync between my BigCommerce store and my Acumatica Sandbox environment. I have a customer that will not sync to Bigcommerce. Previously it had been syncing to our Bigcommerce stores, but I believe that at one point the account on the Bigcommerce side had been deleted. Now, when I go to process data (or sync from sync history), the sync runs indefinitely. It does not throw an error, it just keeps going with no result. I’ve tried re-creating the customer in BigCommerce and changing the external ID on the sync to match the new one. That did not clear up the issue. Any ideas? 

Hello - I have a weird issue. We have a custom field on our PO form called “Requested By”. If I go to the PO screen and preview/print, the value appears perfectly. However whenever the PO form is sent via a business event that I created, the “Requested By” field shows but not the value for some strange reason. I confirmed the business event is pulling the same form ID than the one I see when I preview it from the PO screen, so I have no idea what could be causing this. Wondering if there is something I need to change on the form itself or perhaps the business event?

Good dayMy company updated to 2022 R1.  I have a number GIs that use the @Today function.  Does it still work in the upgrade version.  I was previously on 2020 R1.  Do I need to replace it with Today().  (Date/Time fields). Does anyone have a list of the 2022 R1 GI functions?Thank you@Evan G
