Hello,I developed a customization that works properly in the 2021 version of Acumatica, but on testing an upgrade to 2022 r1 in a sandbox environment, the customization is now breaking.I am creating AP Payments and everything works except for the Payment Amount (CuryOrigDocAmt). If I put the document on hold and assign this amount to $0, the payment imports. If I assign this field any other amount, the payment errors out without hardly any information. Everything else works on the customization, just this one field is causing issues.I’ve tried setting the document to zero and then enabling the AP setting to update docs amounts automatically, but that errors out too. I’ve also tried passing with and without adjustment application lines, works with $0 on the CuryOrigDocAmt and it works, anything over $0 errors out.Anyone have any ideas of what might have changed to make this stop working?Thanks in advance.

Client is using 2021R1 and Projects allows an Inactive Customer Location to be selected in Project Quotes and Allows the Quote to be converted to a Project.  Is this an oversight or is this working as designed?  Does the Construction Edition operate in the same way?

I want to create a GI over table AMMRPBucketDetailInq, to feed to a dashboard, to show forecasted inventory levels for items into future periods. The existing inquiry ‘MRP Requirements by Item’ (not a GI) dynamically loads rows to this table (from AMMRPPlan) as the inquiry is executed. But I cannot use this inquiry as the associated GI on a dashboard.If I can create a GI that uses this table, I can associate it with a new dashboard I am also creating. Is there a way, in a Generic Inquiry, that rows in a selected table can be populated with data, prior to the display of said data?

I have some leases with expiring ‘BILL END DATES,’ yet their Charges expire years from now a well as their ‘LEASE END DATE.’ I was wondering if anyone had a method for updating these Bill End Dates, because I don’t know if that means these leases will no longer get invoices.Also, what exactly does Bill End Date mean? As far as I am concerned, the invoices should still produce based on the charge codes, etc. Any insight? Thank you!

Hello Goodnight. How can I put de sum of the “Vendor # 2 Amount” column (grid) in the Total field ( Vendor # 2).the result in the “Vendor #2” field should be: 180. I need to update the total value (Vendor #2 field) for each record the user adds in the grid (the user does not necessarily have to save the record to reflect the update in the “Vendor #2” field) too. Additional: is a master detail form could someone help me please.

Does anyone know if there are any settings or ability to revert away from the three dot menu back to what was there previously for the actions menu UI/dropdown? In theory, this provides a cleaner UI, but it now presents UX issues that we prefer to avoid re-training 

I need to include the unit cost that is on the inventory Summary but when I include InventorySummaryEnquiryResult the report gives an error.

When we go to create an AP bill and error comes up because the project does not match. This was not an issue until we did the update. Does anyone have a work around so we can get vendors paid? Acumatica is saying it is a bug in the update and they do not have a fix for it yet… Hoping someone had this same issue because we can’t create any AP bills and it is not only affecting paying our vendors but also being able to bill our customers. 

We have specified a default task at the Construction > Project level so that individuals entering time don’t have to bother with a task.However this delegates to everything. Our accounts payable team has to manually tab back after selecting the project and change the task in modules such as Bills and Adjustments.I know there is coding that tells it to look for default task selection and insert if yes but don’t have experience with modifying to that degree.

 Hi, all. I’m currently creating an extension library which is dependent on SkiaSharp. SkiaSharp itself is a managed DLL, however it is dependent upon libSkiaSharp.dll which is unmanaged. Is there a way to include this file in the customization project which makes acumatica ignore the file while keeping it visible to the extension library’s DLL. Any help and insight is deeply appreciated, thank you kindly.

I am trying to create an export for customer locations.  on the export scenario, I have  Source Object as Location Summary, Field / Action Name of Customer, target field / Value of =Every. customer mapped to customer id. Location ID mapped to location.  I do not get all customer/locations on my export.  The number of lines that exports is the number of customers only,  I am missing hundreds of other customers which has multiple locations.  Please advise

I added replenishment to a handful of codes.  When MRP ran this week it is now showing replenishment class for purchase and subcontracting.  My company hasn’t used Acumatica before for replenishment and we are trying to get this implemented.  I checked stock items, item class and Item warehouse details and all 3 of those say replenishment class is purchased.  Is there another place that would need to be changed?  I am not wanting anything to show up for subcontracting replenishment class.

Hi All, I am looking for a way to have set pre-defined reasons for rejection drop down box on the rejection reasons for Project quotes etcGenerally when a project quote gets to the approval phase, you reject the project quote and have to type in a reason for rejection. Is there a way to have a drop down selection to choose from? Thank you

I created a drop-ship PO which has two SOs associated with it.PO has 7 items and SOs has 4&3.When I link either SO of 4 or 3 items, then go to the other remaining SO, the PO doesnt appear in the PO Link menu,it works fine when it not linked.Is this a limitation of drop ship functionality?

After avoiding eye contact with the matter for the last 19 months, we finally decided to start utilizing the UOM functionality in Acumatica. It has been about as easy as teaching a goldfish to speak Spanish.We chose the first item - a product which ships in Master Cases of (12) twelve displays. Each Display contains (20) Pieces.We have multiple companies set up in Acumatica. The main company is a wholesale operation, the others are a chain of retail stores.When the wholesale operation BUYS the product in question, we buy it in Master Cases. When the wholesale operation SELLS the product in question, we sell it in Displays. When the retail operations BUY the product in question, they buy it in Displays. When the retail operations SELL the product, they sell it in Piece.We have been able to get the Default Order UOM and Default Sales UOM set up, but we just discovered that when we place this item on a Sales Order and then create a corresponding Shipment/Pick List, the Sales Order correct

The system is throwing the below mentioned error while I am trying to generate Intercompany Sales Order. Here I have defined separate warehouses for both purchasing and selling companies.     Have even removed the default warehouse from the stock items.   And the below error for the Lot/Serial tracked stock items.   Kindly let me know if i am missing here something and how to resolve this error. I have a customer color.  I open STYLE and go to this screen and get the custom color and then ADD TO CUSTOM COLORS where it populates.  The only problem is that it does not stay there.  When I create a new box and open the color options this Custom Color is no longer available.  I can’t even find a way to set a color to be reused in the templates.  Am I expecting too much?  Do I have to enter in a new color each and every time I create a box? I also noticed that if I select multiple boxes to set a background color for all of them and am using a custom color it does not work either.  HELP!

I recently decided to learn Acumatica but, as you can imagine, as a newcomer, I'm facing a 'few' challenges with downloading, installing and running sample demo of Acumatica on my computer, etc. I got access to all the installation guides available BUT I think it’s time that I speak with a live person who can help me remotely. Anyway, I finally got Acumatica 2022 R1 going but I cannot load the U100 Tenant (Error message: Package version ‘22.202.0040’ differs from application version 22.104.0012). I'd really like to speak with an Acumatica installer who can help me to upload the training tenant material and stuff. Does anyone else have their business event not fully creating extra long ACH Remittance reports before creating the email?This only happens to one of my vendors report which typically runs 7-17 pages long. None of the other vendors have an issue (they are only 1-2 pages long).Is there an underlying processing time, line, or page limit on the Process payments / print checks screen?
