Hello,I am aware that Acumatica has a dedicated account for keeping track of the YTD Net Income balance and with every income or expense transaction, this account is updated. Furthermore, as documented in Acumatica’s Help material (see below), Acumatica automatically updates the Retained Earnings account for the next financial years that are defined. The system updates this account for every transaction posted to an income or expense account. When the system updates the balance of the YTD Net Income account, it also updates the beginning balance of the Retained Earnings account in the next financial years for which the financial periods are defined. For a new financial year, the system resets the balance of YTD Net Income to zero for a new financial year. However, for auditing purposes, when a user looks at the Account Summary and Trial Balances for the retained earnings account, the Ending Balance of the last period of one year would not match with the Beginning Balance of the first p

I have added some code to the SOShipmentEntry to automatically put the unpaid balance into the COD field when adding a new Package if the payment method ID is COD.Each time a new package is added I need this amount to be split across the total number of packages. Hello,I have a test/development Acumatica instance running - Build 21.116.0049 . My Acumatica Configuration Wizard is version 21.108.0032. When I try and perform Application Maintenance, it says that work with that instance, I need to use a newer version of the configuration wizard.However, I cannot seem to figure out how to update the Configuration Wizard. I downloaded the latest installer from Acumatica, did a repair (since there was no option to update) with no success?How does one update the Configuration Wizard with interfering with the Instance Itself?

I have a custom table being added to the database and maintained with a new screen. I want to add a combo box to an existing screen that gets populated with the values form my new custom table. I cant seem to find documentation on this type of scenario and how I can go about this.

We have 2 enrionments, production with license, demo without.Both are actually on a same server and with same version 21.208.0032.     A same customization.Within the same customizaiton, we defined a customization field called “RowNumber” on shiplinesplit screen. now calling line details. It is designed to show the line# actually.  We put the function to set the RowNumber in SOshiplinesplit_Rowselected eventIt works fine on production envrionment, see pic 1however it shows empty on demo, see below Too strange, how is this? please help.

Hi,In the invoices form (SO3030PL) always system picks the sales account which is mentioned in the stock Item if a stock item is available in the invoice. Even though we change to pick the ledger account from posting class or warehouse by posting class, it always pick the account from the stock item.Is it possible to change this to pick the sales account from warehouse or posting class ? Thanks

What part/module of Acumatica do you use to track PM’s on your company equipment?We need to track everything about our equipment to stay in accordance with ISO regulations and right now it’s a spreadsheet and Microsoft Planner.

When I create a PO, the line type is always Service and the Item is a Non Stock ItemI am not able to change itAny idea? 

Edit to Add: out of curiosity, I selected ‘Mark for Production’ and then deselected it and saved SO64 on Line 1. Line 1 now pulls to the shipment. This item has never been ‘mark for production’. Any idea why it would suddenly change? Inventory ID WS881830 shows as 16 available for shipping. SO64 has open quantity 16 and SO76 has open quantity 35. We are trying to ship SO64 but it is not pulling WS881830 onto the shipment even though it is showing as available. Allocation Details attached as well as a screenshot of SO64. Any ideas why this is happening? My only guess is that it has something to do with the allocation type but don’t know what drives those fields.  

We have a new implementation of Acumatica and are finding our way around.  We have noticed that it is possible to receipt a higher qty of items than was on the original PO, it seems like at least double or more.  How can we prevent or limit this?  On the vendor the max% is set to 100.  Surely it should not allow more than 100%?

Hello,      We are planning to upgrade our server’s hardware in the coming days.Per my previous experience, this would cause the “installation ID” change.Then if I have to apply the license, I have to firstly deactivate the previous deployment on the old installation ID.       But, right now, I can not find the deactivate button in customer portal.Is it not necessary anymore, or I have to go to a right place? 

Hello Everyone, As I am a newbie to the Fixed Asset module...i did a big BUBU...I uploaded a list of fixed assets but later was told that that is not the final list, so how can I erase the first uploaded list? or should I just override the existing list, is this possible? Thank you! Kind regards,mrivera67

Hello Everyone,I have come across this requirement where one of our customer has 4 branches in a company which have different legal requirement than the rest of the branches.I have currently created 4 different site map for these forms to be printed, however I cannot the change the default print setting which only print one Form for all 4 branches. I have tried to change this in Account receivable preferences however this changes it for all rest of the branches. I am unable to find any solution to this. I have considered the possibility of hiding using the visible expression however the forms are already very complex in its nature.Any comment or help would be really appreciated. 

Hello,     I accidently find pdf attachment size are 10 times different in size. like below, both are 1 page data. 1 is 128KB, the other is 4 kb.  I checked, both with the same setting “compress PDF file”, “embed fonts” So, I am just wondering, can anybody tell me what causes such differences.
