Hi, is there a difference in copying a tenant vs creating a snapshot then exporting and importing it?
does one include customizations, etc or do they basically do the same thing?

A copy is just basically copying some information. A snapshot is how you can chose what information you want to put into a new instance or company. Depends on what information is needed. Do you need transactional history or just inventory, vendor and customer records?

Neither one includes customizations. You will always need to publish those separately.
