Hi All,
I am revising a GI that show all the items placed in back order or have yet to be shipped. The situation I am facing is that duplicate line of the same items show up when partial quantity is shipped out and there is still remaining quantity to be fulfill.
Above screen shot shows that 7 pieces were shipped out and 18 pieces is still on back order. I could not figure out what relation I will need to set in order for the GI to show the line once, preferably the line that is in Open QTY. I suspect there is a hidden line somewhere that I can’t see and remove.
Looking forward to see help from the community regarding the situation above.
