We are a US company and need to charge GST tax to our Canadian customers. We also have to charge PST tax in addition to the GST tax to our BC customers. I understand how to setup a tax zone to calculate both the GST & PST for specific customers, but how can I get these 2 taxes to print separately on the BC customer’s invoice?I appreciate any help or direction you can provide.

It seems that a KPI scorecard with the default settings for Alarms will display <= 0 as Green and > 0 as Red. I haven’t found a way to make it so 0 is Green and any non-zero value (positive or negative) displays as Red. eg.Gives you this:Any ideas?

Hello,The standard AR invoice and the Sales Order Invoice both have a place to print the contact.However, this does not seem to work.  I printed many invoices out of the standard sales demo to confirm that contact is never printed.I have been playing around with my own copy of the 2 invoice forms and am having difficulty getting contact information to print on the form.If I am correct (and I could be wrong, it did happen once back in the 90’s) and the standard forms are broken, I am assuming someone has already worked this out.Any thoughts?Thanks!

I have a custom edit screen (single record at a time) with corresponding custom table.  Similar to other edit pages, I have a primary text/search field where I want the user to enter a new value for a new record, or an existing value that selects an existing record (e.g. Stock Item or Project).  The primary key of the table is an internal identity, but the UI field is a string field and unique/alternate key.  Can someone remind me how to get the field to be more than a search and allow new values?  I was first using a PXSelector, but I couldn’t get it to allow new values.  I also then tried creating a Segmented Key with one segment for it, and then using a PXDimensionSelector and PXSegmentMask as the control, thinking it may need that to allow a new value to be entered, but that didn’t help.  When attempting to save, it is not allowing a new value -- it’s showing an error that the value doesn’t exist, which of course it shouldn’t.  The DAC field is shown below.  What am I missing in co

I have created a GI to get data records from custom table. I want to filter the records by UserID. So that I added a condition as follows. But using @me as Value1 shows a validation error as follows.  Why i’m getting this error. I have used @me as UserId in another GI and it works well & did not show any validation error.Any Idea on this? Thanks.

Hi, I add a customized label in Order header , i want to make it invisible when custom field 'Remise Comm' greater than 0 

Is there a possibility to add a side panel on sales quotes and sales orders to display the availablelot quantities for that items. We are using lot numbers for all electrical cable lengths in stock.When adding the inventory ID the side panel should show the available lengths of cables that we have in stock.For example: a customer calls and ask for 100 of a cable. If the side panel shows that a length of 95 m is available, he most likely will accept that quantity. Currently you have to open another GI screen, search for that item and confirm the available length. it would be much faster if you don’t have to leave the QT or SO screen and get the information from the side panel.Kind regards,  

Hi all,In the sales demo test environment, there is a report of “Profit and Loss by Product”, of which the column set has been confirued to differentiate each column by “start sub”. It only defines the first 3 letters here.And if we take a look at the subaccounts, the logic here is to define products by the first 3 letters and define departments by the last 3 letters.That makes me wonder if we can design a report called “Profit and Loss by Department”, and differentiate each column by “end sub”, for example in the column of Finance department, the data source would be like this:But when I tried to generate a report, en error occurred. So do I misunderstand the logic of “end sub” here? And how should I design a report of “Profit and Loss by Department”? Thanks a lot.

Hi,We have a Sandbox Tenant in the same instance as Production. I want to create a snapshot of the sandbox, but it needs to be in maintenance mode to ensure that data will not be corrupted. Actually, I tried creating snapshot NOT in maintenance mode, but when I import it, it fails.So may question is, will the Production be affected when I schedule System Lockout on the Sandbox while I am exporting snapshot? Are there any risks when I do that?Thank you

I am trying to execute a query against a GI using OData. I have been struggling in the fact that I need to make multiple round trips to retrieve data. My question is, is there a way to query a GI and pass in a list of InventoryIDs? This is what I am using now...and pulling one at a time. For a few thousand updates a night, this takes a long time./IN-InventoryBalance?$filter=InventoryID eq ‘MyInventoryID’&$format=json Is there a way to pass is a list of InventoryID’s where I can get back multiple results? I could at least do this in a batch type of format. Maybe 20 at a time? Thanks for your help!

This custom Processing graph was modelled after PX.Objects.AM.AM.Fullgen.cs. There is no list of rows to Select, and only the ‘Process All’ is enabled.
