How to delete all stock item/non stock item records?I have uploaded 300k records and I would like to start fresh again. So far I have found nothing to mass delete that amount of records in one go, the closest is https://nexvue.com/acumatica-tips-tricks-how-to-enable-mass-delete-records/ that I can only select all records on a paged result, but I need something like “select all” option that beyond the first page, like in Gmail.Happy to do it via API if it’s possible, but an UI would be better.CheersJames 

Hello,I have a tabular report that I’ve generated.  It prints fine if it’s run as a standalone report.  It’s to summarize AR Invoice data to assist with invoice reconciliation to the supporting documents.  Along the left side I have the employees grouped by the field tickets/LEMs that the data came from (custom solution) and the columns are the inventory/labor items.  The issues is when I add my tabular “LEM Summary” report to the AR Invoice, the rows are not grouping/displaying correctly.  At the beginning of the subreport I’m getting all my group header/footers, but for the detail sections, I’m just getting the records for employees with the first inventory item instead of all the employees.  All the rows do eventually print further down, but the grouping is not correct.Here’s an extract of my “Invoice LEM Summary” when it’s embedded as a subreport in the AR Invoice template.  The only parameters for the subreport are the Invoice DocType and RefNbr.  All the data in the subreport is

Hey all,I am attempting to create a staging table for scrubbing import/integration files as a proof of concept. The T190 training uses scripts to create the tables and doesn’t actually show you how to make them from scratch. With that being said, I am trying to figure out how to marry the two and create a staging table and complementary screen. I am able to create the table in server and create a column that is the primary key.I then bring in the table using the “Add Custom Table Schema”. Next, I bring in the code via “New DAC” and select “Generate Members from Database”. It successfully finds the primary key on my table and creates the dac definitions.  I then go to screens and add a FormGrid screen. On SOOrderEntry.cs we have the ‘Prepare Invoice’ PXAction. I’d like to add a new PXAction that allows me to run the same functionality as the InvoiceOrder method but I want to add some additional criteria to the selection of the SOLine records so I can invoice a sub-set of the details.I suspect that I have to PXOverride the InvoiceOrder method within my customization but, here’s the challenge, I would like to leave the regular ‘Prepare Invoice’ functionality alone.So do I have to try to copy all of the underlying code for my button or is there a way that my PXAction can do some magic ‘temporarily replace the InvoiceOrder function with this code until I’m done and then swap back in the regular InvoiceOrder function’ coding?

Is there a way to upload a journal entry so that each line item has a different transaction date?  We are running into issues reconcile our banks due to the auto-match feature not working because our uploads are outside the date range.  We pull sales data out of our POS and upload once a week.  The header is currently dated for the Sunday of each week, but the line item are related to each day during the previous week.  I’d like each line item to have a transaction date that matches the date of sale from the POS.  Is this possible?

We are getting an error when we log into our ERP site.  We are hosting onsite and started to experience this since we upgraded to Version 2022 R1.  At first the program was very slow and would take several minutes to actual allow us to log on.  We installed V 2022 R2 to see if it would help.  Now we are at the point where an error screen (attached) comes up when we try to log onto the site.  Has anyone experienced anything at this level?Thanks.

Hello,I think I’m missing something obvious but I’m struggling.I’ve overridden the ConvertQuoteToProject method on Project Quotes (PM304500).The baseMethod is called and this creates a project, I use SelectFrom to get the PMProject object and this contains the data I would expect.Now I want to access the RevenueBudget data but this is returning a null value. I have a report that is putting page breaks between my groupHeaderSection2 and my detailSection1 and groupFooterSection1.  Is there a way in Report Designer to keep the groupHeaterSection1, groupHeaderSection2, detailSection1, and groupFooterSection1 together before there is a page break?

Hello,I have added text to various places on stock items and none of them seem to print on POs.I’ve checked preferences for settings and did not find anything.Do I have to modify the PO report to include things like notes or description from the description tab?I want to make sure I am just not missing something before I start modifying the PO form.Thanks!

If I have an order for 3 items and I have no stock on hand (non-manufactured items), I still want to allocate those items after a PO is received. How can I allocate the stock such as a mass allocation in Acumatica? I know I can go to each order but if there are many, how can that be done? Looking for any suggestions on experiences or work arounds.

We are using the Easypost plugin in Acumatica and would like to use the Fedex one rate service.  According to the easypost api documentation this is achieved by passing the predefined_package name through to easypost.  We have created a box in Acumatica which is set up to match the Fedex Large box dimensions and with the Easypost predefined_package name for it in the Carrier’s package field (FedExLargeBox). Does the Acumatica Easypost plugin support sending a predefined package name?  If so how do we go about configuring this?  Defining a box with name FEDEXLARGEBOX and the Carrier’s package field populated with FedExLargeBox doesn’t seem to work. We still get varying rates dependent on where an order is shipped.We are using FEDEX_2_DAY as the service method if that has any bearing on it. Thanks for any help, Phil

Hello,I need to make my subreport have a border so it appears as a box on the main report.It seems pretty straightforward.In the Designer Window, the border shows as expected.However, when I print the report there is no border around the subreport. 

Is there functionality that allows for paperless traveler in Acumatica?

I am creating a GI that combines the SOOrder and SOLine tables.  When I use the SOOrder.OrderNbr field as a parameter, the magnifying glass to search the Order Numbers does not show any of the sales orders.  I am able to type in an Order Number in the parameter and the inquiry works but I would like to have the search functionality work properly.  Is there another table that needs to be added into the GI to make the searching work?

Good day,One day, I wish these errors were more specific.  I have an BAccount identification error on the attached import scenario.  it seems straightforward; update the general information; credit terms, currency Id and the salesperson for the Main location.  Does not seem to work.  it worked for one record.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you@Evan G 

We have been using the “Fetch” and then “Sync” method in “Commerce / Processes”.  Using this approach we were finding that hundred of items would show as “Pending” even after we Fetched and Synced.  We were told to change our procedure and first “Fetch” in Processes, and then sync using the “Sync Status” process ( and not the “Sync” in the Processes area).  Is this method the prefered way sync?  Should we stop using the “Sync” button in the “Commerce / Processes” area?
