Hello,Having an issue with the dunning levels not updating based on days past due. In “Prepare Dunning Letters” list, each customer is at level one despite some being 120 days+ past due. I have the levels specified under the AR preferences dunning tab. Any idea why levels aren't updating? Thanks in advanced!

From past many days, we have been facing this issue in Acumatica.While working on ongoing cases or business accounts, we get an alert of The Session has expired issue and sometime You are currently logged off.Our Chrome is updated to the latest version and though we clear all cache and cookies, still after some days it gives the same error/alert.The session timeout in web.config is set to 600 mins.Highly appreciate your support.

how can I use SOAP APIs to import payments from bank to acumatica. 

After clicking of the print action on invoices and memos as shown below, the checkbox (printed)  is checked(triggered to be true) and a new form is opened.The new form opened is as below, if the user does not proceed to print using the opened form print action the checkbox on the other form remain checked.The checkbox printed remain true.Is there a way I can customize so that the checkbox (printed) can only be activated or set to true only if the print action on the second form is triggered?

Hi everyone,I saw the “Pick,Pack and Ship” screen has a setting that is Print Shipment Labels Automatically. I want to use it with Device Hub. How do I make it work? I can’t find any docs in official guideline. Anyone knows? 

When you enter a new revision name on an existing BOM it would create a new revision under the same BOM ID and would copy all the details from the BOM and original revision.I am trying to do this through an import scenario so i can upload many new revisions under an existing BOM ID.So the way i set up the import was starting by @@BOM ID so it knows not to create a new BOM, rather look for the exisating BOM and i passed in a new Revision name.So it actually worked, it created a new revision under the existing BOM ID, but it didnt copy the BOM details, it created an empty BOM.Does anyone know what i need to add to my import to also copy the details?

Hello,We purchase material from Vendor A but it is never physically received.It is drop shipped to another vendor for service.  Vendor B.I am creating a 1 operation BOM with the purchased material and the service non-stock item.I see a check box for “Drop Shipped to Vendor”.However, I am not finding much documentation on it’s use.This box certainly seems applicable to this scenario, but I am unsure how it is used.Can anyone offer insight?

We are new to Acumatica.  When we print the AR Aging report the invoice number is cut off, see attached.  We tried to modify it in report designer but it errors out and wont open.  Is there a way to extend the column that the invocie number is in?

Is there a way to select multiple rows in a Generic Inquiry? I have an inquiry that I am using a side panel on and I would like to select multiple records in the GI and send those to the side panel. This works great with the single selected item but it would be great to do for multiple.    

Previously I created one field UsrMyNewField in a DACExtension. I removed that field from the DACExtension and DB still when I load the screen I get the error. Invalid Column Name UsrMyNewField. What am I missing here I do not know. The specified column does not have any control, it is also not available in the database table. Can anyone share some insights please. Thanks.

Hello,I have a field Account Name on Customer and I want to add it to the lookup Selector of Customer so that the user could see its value whenever they open lookup dialog to a Customer. However, I can’t find this field in list columns to be added Do you know how to add this field to Selector?And is there any way to config this field be searchable in lookup dialog?   

Question the article belowShould the customization go on SO301000 (from instructions) or SO302000 (from screen capture ) or SO503000 for Process Shipments or all three ?  

For audit reasons, our system admins cannot do mass actions where transactions are involved.  I need to allocate this access to a user, but I can’t seem to find any information on access when it comes to mass actions.  Please point me in the direction on some documentation in this regard!
