Our customer would like the ability to indicate a PO is critical and be notified when the PO Receipt is entered.  Has anyone done this?  Does anyone have any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

In the Sales Order screen, I want to take an Inventory ID value that the user has entered, say, “APPLE”. I want to look for that value in another table and possibly replace the value of APPLE with some other value.I have tried changing e.NewValue in a FieldVerifying event.A very simple version of my code is here and AMCOTTON is an existing inventory item. An inquiry that was working fine started giving this error.  When I create a GI with just SOShipmentAddress or SOAddress in tables and put SOAddress.AddressID in the result grid and try to view the results I get error: Object Reference Not Set to an instance of an objectIf I view the trace log it has: An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'IsValidateRequired'. Good day,  we use the 2020R1 API version 18.200.001 to integrate a cloud-based program called Jitterbitt/Postman..  We use to the API to send payloads with ACM data (address, items, etc)  One situation that has occurred was we had about 6 orders to send; only one payload was transmitted.  Everything was exactly the same on the mapped fields.  Anyone know why the API would only transmit one order but left the others.  The log in Jitterbit/Postman had only one record in the log.  Another question,Iis there a way for me to look at the API transmission?  a log or something that I can go into so I can check activity on the API transmissions?I know this is vague but we can figure out why one of many payloads would be passed.Thank you.Evan

When a user saves a Purchase Order, the LastPrice in the POVendorInventory table is updated.  If there are multiple lines in the PO for the same item, they may have different Unit Costs for the same inventory item.  When the table is updated, the last record in the grid is what ends up in the field.If there are multiple lines with the same inventory ID, my customer wants to update the LastPrice field with the LOWEST unit cost, not the last one to be processed.To complicate this, they want to change the LastPrice field to the lowest Unit Cost if it is overridden in the Purchase Receipts screen.  Based on my testing, if you edit the Unit Cost on the Purchase Receipts screen, I don’t see that it updates the POVendorInventory table.  They want it to update the table if the Unit Cost is overridden.  Honestly, it seems like that should be standard business logic.  On the Purchase Receipts screen, you are entering the ACTUAL cost of the item.Since the customer wants to update the LastPrice fi

They are setting in different companies with different ledger.   I remember a pairo f entring GL transactions should be automatically generated like below. However, I did not see this in production envrionment. Hi,If the Sales Order Line QTY to be changed after the Production Order is created and (in Process) what the best way to ensure that the Production Order will also be updated with the new qty?We can put the PO on hold and manually update the Qty to Produce, but is there a better way?Also it was noticed the manual update is not showing in the Totals Tab - Planned Qty. Hello and good Saturday everyone!I am wondering if it is possible to hang a “print report” action inside a generic inquiry?I noticed that you can export a GI to the Report Designer and build a report there, that you could upload back to acumatica and create a sitemap entry. But is there a way, like it is in normal screens, that i can hang a action to print the report inside of the inquiry?Greetings 

Hi! As you have probably guessed, our company is in the process of transferring our payroll and construction information over to Acumatica. I am running in to a lot of issues when it comes to finding documentation on how to set up the payroll side of certified projects.  I’m not finding where to set up the codes for: Apprentice, Foreman, Electrician, General Laborer, etc under a job.  I am also not finding where to set up the different rates for an apprentice, depending on what level they are at.Do any of you have any reference for this?  Or can teach me how to do this? Thank you!

Is there a way to see BigCommerce “Awaiting Fulfillment” orders IN Acumatica Sales Orders without another customization? We can’t be the only customer who has the BigCommerce Plugin integration into the eCommerce edition of Acumatica? Why we can’t see the Awaiting Fulfillment orders in Acumatica baffles me.

Hello,I am wondering has anyone came across this odd anomaly during SO Quote creation?Everything was entered line by line and when I printed the report it duplicated each line.The crazy thing is everything add up correctly.  I checked the SOLine table for this quote and it is fine there was no duplicate data.  I checked the report and it looks fine too.  This duplication did not happen to other quotes just this one.  I copy the quote to another quote and the same issue happened. 

Is there any danger in significantly reducing the interval at which DeviceHub polls for new print jobs? We’d like to reduce it to 5 seconds as the client would like a more responsive print time.

Hello!On some of our projects we have custom made Reports where it is essential to know who printed it, in case one of them gets lost within the warehouse. We added the Report via Workflow Automation “Run Report” Action with the Customization Project Editor and would now like to attach a “Field Update” to it, that saves the Display Name of the Person clicking on the action into a userfield called “SOOrder.DocketPrinted”.Has anyone an idea or solution to this?Greetings

When printing a sales report the items will be repeated for many pages but the total on the final page is correct.  In this case the line item was repeated for 65 pages.   How can I fix this?
