In process of upgrade planning and was curious if anyone has an existing GI they could share that would list all of the GIs within the system so they can be quickly verified for upgrade testing?

hi! i have Client A who’s going through implementation and the first financial year starts on 1/1/2018 (monday) and Client B who’s financial year starts on 1/1/2021 (Friday).  i was referring to the info related to custom week config which led me to believe that it’s related to the financial year but that’s not consistent with what i’m seeing between the two clients:on the time and expense preference screen, Client A’s week setting has a start date of Monday and Client B has a start day of Sunday.  does anyone know what settings i need to change for the start day to change to Sunday for Client A without using the custom week configuration?  i thought this was related to the work calendar however, Client A has work calendars that have Sunday as a working day and Client B does not have sunday as a working day. also, i want to add that Client A has Acumatica Payroll and Client B does not

Where do I put my Acumatica into Maintenance Mode so I can get a clean, no error snapshot?

Is there a built in way to manage the Printers associated to User Profiles that doesn’t require the user themselves to do it? We have 7 shipping lanes with two printers each.  One is for the Shipping Label and one is for the Shipment Confirmation (i.e. packing slip.)  A warehouse employee may be assigned to different lanes (i.e. printers) day to day.  It seems like I need to log in as each user, change their default printer (for the labels) and change the printer associated to the Shipment Confirmation in order to move them around. I created a GI against User / UserPreferences / NotificationSetupUserOverride, but I’m not able update the specific Printer fields. It looks like I’m going to need to write a customization to manage this in a scalable way, but before I went down that road, wanted to see if anyone had any better ideas. Thanks- Jacob.

On an Import Scenario (SM2060PL), It does not seem possible to assign Printer Settings to users. The Users (SM201010) screen does not display printer settings. The only way to assign a printer to a specific report is to manually add it to each user's Users Profile (SM203010) screen, which is time-consuming. We need to log in to each Acumatica user's account. I tried an Import Scenario directly to Users Profile (SM203010) screen. But I get an error message "Insert is disabled"In our use case, we have multiple printers and Ship Via options. Users have dedicated printers for printing carriers and other labels.If someone has a solution and can share, That would be helpful. Note: In order for Printer Settings to display on users profile screen you must enable DeviceHub. 

 Good day, I have 2 custom fields on the purchase receipt line and in Bills and adjustment line, I want those fields in the Dialog of the ADD PO RECEIPT LINE button in the Bills and adjustment screen, retrieve the information and apply it on the Bills and adjustment line.I can release the purchase receipt but I can't get the data in the Bills and adjustment.I have a projection override and my events in a graph extension of the Bills and adjustment screen, to retrieve the information, I use the POReceiptLine DAC but I don't know why I am having the error Invalid Object Name POReceiptLineS everytime I want to Enter AP Bill. Hi, I want to add the APPayment Ref No into Bill and adjustment GI, and the Data field is ‘displayRefNbr’ from Table APAdjust.But why the data field is empty? is there any another way to fulfill my request? I have checked the Dac Schema review source data, the whole role of DisplayRefNbr is empty.attachment with the XML file.

I have recently reviewed the blanket sales order training document and found that the Complete Order function should be available if the blanket order is in either Open or Expired Status and at least one child order created for a blanket SO line has processed shipment. I have noticed that if the child order is one that is a dropship and is completed, the system is not recognizing this as a type of shipment and is not allowing the blanket order to be completed despite the fact that there is no longer any open qty. Has anyone else found this to be the case?

Is there a way to allow more than 2 decimals for Qty Required? This makes it extremely difficult to accurately plan and create raw material orders especially when dealing in pounds.

I'm having trouble with this way of saving the data in Acumatica inside an async method for some reason when I call the method and try to save the current data it always takes the last company in the database. Hello, Seems like a simple question, but I’m at a loss on this one. So AP debit adjustments can easily be applied to AP bills….However I can not find a way to have a simple vendor credit adjustment applied to an invoice. There appears to be no similar process there credit adjustments can be applied to AP Bills. Can anyone assist? Thanks, Bob

Are there any built in or custom Dashboards for Engineering Change Order / Request ?

Is there any way to change the way Acumatica handles numerical ordering? For some reason, the system will treat numbers by whatever the first numeral is instead of the entirety o the number itself. Please see the example I’ve provided of how the system handles the order of tasks. I would refer the system listed the numbers as such102030405060708090100110120130140150160 rather than it displaying as1010011012013014015016020304050608090   

How can I modify the list of Termination Reasons under Employees > Employment History ?

In Shipment Screen if user will enter Notes at the Header of the Screen and in the Details Tab of the Screen as well It should display the Notes of Header as well as Grid. Both Notes should display.How can we display in the report? 

I noticed my email was wrong (andy instead of andi) so I reset it in the Acumatica portal in my profile. I also changed it in the Partner University (“Learn” link and changed the email on the Profile there) however this latter action seems to have broken the link as when I now go to “Learn”, everything I had achieved has gone.  It is if I am visiting for the first time.I note that on the partner portal when I click on my profile, the dropdown still shows the old (incorrect) email as if that is some sort of unique user ID, even though my actual profile shows it as now being correct.Is it possible to reset my portal user ID to the andi email (and that may then establish the link to the University) or have all my achievements gone for good?

I need to map the phone number associated with the default address from Shopify to a specific field in the customer record in Acumatica, but I can’t seem to figure out how to specify the phone number associated with the default address, not the phone number associated with one of the other (non-default) addresses, in a formula in the Customer entity.Does anyone have a suggestion regarding how to accomplish this? 

I would like to gain access to the download Product Pre-Release version of Acumatica 2023 R2. There is a new feature in there that I would like to explore called Territories since our sales team operate in states based on territories.

I have some items on Shopify assigned to non-Acumatica locations (drop-ship), I want that when the item does show up as available in a Acumatica warehouse it should sync to Shopify. It doesn’t sync with the real-time sync or the manual processing. Only when I sync the item through the sync history screen. What do I need to do to get it synced in real time?
