Hello Everyone,I'm having a recurring issue I've been facing while using the Acumatica REST API. Hi there, I want to create a GI that shows all set emails along with a column for the number of attachments. It’s looking like I need to join the email table to NoteDoc, but it doesn’t look like this is just a PK relationship. Can anyone guide me on how to set up that join or redirect me to the correct kind of join?Once joined, I think I can just do a count on NoteDoc to find the tally. Is that correct?

I’m wanting to evaluate the sales order line item’s line type to determine if the line is a stock or non-stock inventory item to perform various sums.How do I best determine if the sales order line item is stock or non-stock? I’m currently evaluating SOLine.LineType. My report displays “Goods for Inventory” or “Non-Inventory Goods”, yet my formula “=IIf( [SOLine.LineType] = 'Goods for Inventory', 'Y', 'N')” displays “N” for every record.In the screenshot, I’m actually wanting to achieve the commented section.EditMy apologies, I submitted and should have changed the subject. We are setting up an import scenario to create customer invoices with multiple invoice lines. The lines are mapped to a data provider. We want to add an additional “static” line on top of this with hardcoded value. When I try to import it, the static line just overrides the first line from my data provider. Any ideas on how to achieve this?

I'm trying to import some AP bills, but I keep getting the error message 'Supplied By Vendor ID cannot be found.' Any suggestions? Thank you!

We have one employee choosing to max out his SIMPLE IRA deduction limit for the year.  The employee is over 50, so the deduction limit for 2023 is $19,000 (15,500 normal limit + 3,500 “catch-up” provision).  The deduction is set up with the higher limit for those 50 and older:The employee’s individual setup reflects the higher limit:Processing the employee’s check, today, Payroll limited the deduction to $500.00, thereby limiting the employee’s cumulative deduction to $15,500.  The employee has $3,500.00 remaining by statute.Does anyone have any idea why Acumatica Payroll is overriding the Deduction setup as if the employee were under 50 years of age?   More to the point, does anyone have any idea how to fix this so the remaining allowable deductions can be made prior year end?

I am new to Acumatica so please forgive the simplicity of my question. I am trying to create a API request using a GI, but I cannot for the life of me find the GI inside the WS Endpoints. I have followed the process laid out in the training video for REST API’s, and unless I misunderstood using this GI is the proper way to do so. Accordingly I have verified that the ‘make visible on the UI’ and the ‘expose via Odata’ checkboxes are checked in the GI. The GI also seems to be working properly as when I view the inquiry I am getting the expected response. From my understanding when the expose via Odata is checked this creates a WS endpoint that is then used in the endpoint API. However when navigate the endpoints I cannot find this generic inquiry anywhere. I am testing all of this inside our sandbox instance, that wouldn’t be the issue would it? I assume not because I have made successful API calls of other endpoints to test inside of the sandbox instance. Am I missing something? Any dir

In our application we use the Authorization Code Flow.Our connected application runs multiples times a day and automatically uses the Refresh Token to receive new Access Tokens, but after 30 days, the Refresh Token is no longer accepted by Acumatica. The message returned by the server when sending the Refresh Token to get a new Access token is:"error":"invalid_grant"This logic would have been working for the previous 30 days. I see that in 2023 R2, on the SM303010 form, there is “Refresh Tokens” section and an option to configure the Refresh Token lifetime (Absolute, Infinite, Sliding). My question is, in 2023 R1 (and older), where SM303010 does not have the “Refresh Tokens” section, is there a lifetime “policy” implicitly in place for Refresh Tokens?If there was an implicit Refresh Token absolute lifetime of 30 days (could not be configured) then this would explain to me why our logic to exchange the Refresh Token for a new Access Token would stop  working after 30 days. I have a generic inquiry that shows the average cost of each finish good item.Where I am running into an issue is we have some items that are “bundles”. For instance say I have a Red Widget that has an Inventory ID of RWidget, and the average cost of one Red Widget is $5.00, I also sell this item as a bundle of 3 and I an Inventory ID of RWidgetX3 for the bundled item.NOTE: These bundles are not entered as a kit and are not a “stock item”, the Inventory ID of RWidgetX3 simply tells the picker to pull 3 of this item for the order. The issue I am running into is that these bundles don’t have an average cost in the system.In my generic inquiry I created a column called X3 and I am using the following code to flag the bundled items.  =iif(Substring([InventoryItem.InventoryCD],7,2)='X3','True','False')   This is working as is expected, I get a list of all the Inventory IDs, and the ones that end in “X3” show as True in my X3 Column, and the rest show as False.What I would like to do is expa

I work in a construction company and I tried to do a customization on the time card release. Here is the situation, time cards are released weekly and at the end of the month we use it for payroll. Now sometimes last day of the month is actually in the middle of the week (a Wednesday or Thursday). How do I customize the system so that in this kind of cases, I release the time card of that week that day, so that another start for the next month?

Hey all, I’m seeing random issues with the bank feed form but I have yet to see this one on here. Figured it’s worth discussing. I’m also opening a case with Acumatica. Just wanted to see if anyone has come across this before. The customer has confirmed that all the credentials are correct despite the error message. “The bank feed service (path: 0/plaid/transactions/get) returned the following server error: one or more of the account IDs is invalid.”Please let me know if you have any information regarding this. Thank you! 

Hi guys,Hope you’re all doing well,I have created a customisation to SO workflows and added a couple new statuses, Customer approved- triggered by pressing an action; In Production - triggered by creating production orders; Purchased - triggered by creating a purchase order.The issue i am having is that the create production orders screen PO505000 does not show any lines in the customised status of Customer Approved but when in Open status it does show the lines marked for PO.I have looked into the Data Access in PO505000 but couldn’t find anything, is there anything that I am missing/doing wrong?Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!Aleks

Previously, I was using SOAP to modify my user defined fields in a StockItem using the StockItemSummary object.  After switching to REST, I can’t even see these fields when I view the results of a GET operation using the following URL:https://url.com/entity/Default/22.200.001/StockItem?$filter=InventoryID eq 'XYZ-123456'&$expand=Attributes,ReplenishmentParametersIs there a different object that I need to add to my $expand list?

Hello,A bit of a weird one here. I have created a new custom screen that is essentially an inquiry. I have complex parameters that I need to default which is why I am going this direction in lieu of generic inquiry. Anyway, I cannot get it to be found in selector when trying to add it as a dashboard widget. I have a feeling that there is a view or filter attribute that I am missing. I looked at Project Transaction Details (PM.40.10.00) and Commitments (PM.30.60.00) screens for reference, to no avail. Hi all, I need to create an email template, which will send the email to the created by and all approver when the CA being rejected or approved.I already created a business event, and the process is successful, but the problem is, not sure why the email will only send to 1 approver.For example: below transaction need 3 approver to approve,After rejected, email should be sent to the document creator and 3 of these approvers.But the result only sent to the creator and the approver in the first line.why will this issue appear?

Hi, I have a client that requires two people to approve the PO.  I have set the Approver to “Employees by Filter” in the used Rule Action however once the first user Approves the PO is approving without the second approval.The settings i have used are below.
