Email template: Email template: send email to multiple approvers

Hi all, I need to create an email template, which will send the email to the created by and all approver when the CA being rejected or approved.

I already created a business event, and the process is successful, but the problem is, not sure why the email will only send to 1 approver.

For example: below transaction need 3 approver to approve,

After rejected, email should be sent to the document creator and 3 of these approvers.

But the result only sent to the creator and the approver in the first line.

why will this issue appear?

Did you try using the Approval Notifications that come with Acumatica?

Approval Notifications come with Acumatica & can be copied/updated

Depending on how the Approval Map is configured, Acumatica notifications may send approval notifications at the same time, or may send one by one as the document is approved by Level 1 and moves on to levels 2, 3, etc. If you want all notifications to send at once, configure Approval Map so that every Approver is in the first level .

 we used this on pending approval, is it can also be used on rejected or approved?

Sorry, no. I did not understand your notification is sending AFTER Approvals.

Hi @yansiongyu54 ,

You will need to create a Generic Inquiry that includes the EPApproval table (linked on RefNoteID), this will bring in all the approvers.  Then you will create your business event to Raise Event for all records.  In your e-mail template you will use a field from the “Screen Field” tab which should have the employee contact e-mail.  Below are screen shots for what you are looking for, but for AP Invoices.
