I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this.  If not please accept my apologies in advance. We have several template items that are giving this error when trying to sync with BigCommerce. One example is below:Error: Option values ids on update should belong to the option, the following is were not found: 6593; Status: 422 How can I find out what the missing Option ID is referring to?More generally, is there a way to set up the Template items so that Acumatica will update BigCommerce automatically, without manual intervention, either overwriting what's there or creating an alternative listing?Thanks for any advice, Phil

I have noticed inconsistencies between a user releasing Time Activities vs. an Automation Schedule releasing Time Activities.  On the Release Time Activities (EP507020) screen, we encounter the following error when run via an Automation Schedule: (this error comes from the Automation Schedule History (SM205035) screen.)PM Error: Task is Completed and cannot be used for data entry.While logged in as the Admin user on the Release Time Activities (EP507020) screen the time Activity is processed successfully.  What is causing the Automation Schedule to fail when compared with the Admin user manually following the same steps? We would like to avoid having to manually releasing time activities every day.  Edit: To be clear, I understand the error is coming from a completed task not allowing the release of the time activity. My question is why can the Admin user process this record without errors while the automation schedule fails? 

Hello,We want to create a GI that lists all sub assemblies of a kit specification. Below is an example:CJ60 has kit components : CJ30, CJPC, CJLP, CJCB and CBLUE. Similarly, CJ30 has kit components - CJ12,CJTC, CJTD and TH10.  Kit Specifications and Kit AssemblyWe would like this information along with their lot serial numbers into a GI. Currently, I am using INTran table and self joined the same tables multiple times. But it is not working as expected. Table Joins on the GIWill really appreciate if you could share any ideas/ suggestions to get this to work. thank you! Good day,I have several questions about buttons.I am trying to establish a sequence when creating customer locations, in the customer locations screen when a user selects a customer and is going to add a new location, it has to press the button, so it automatically assigns the number for the sequence. If I Define the action with PXButton in the graph extension, it creates a button in the toolbar and when pressed it does the sequence, but it places it in the wrong spot.First picture shows the button in the toolbar and on the top left corner the value.I am specifying in the code that I want the value in the LocationCD field but is not working.Then if I define the action with PXLookupButton(DisplayOnMainToolbar = false) there is no button in the toolbar which is good, but when I create a button control in the aspx the Command attribute doesn't seem to work. I can't link the code in the graph with the aspx. I did a debug and when I press the button it does nothing. And finally, I want the

I am having an issue where a chunk or reports have stopped working. I went to create an alternate version the sales order report, which I have done many times before. I downloaded the report, made the changes necessary, then saved the report under the new name and created the site map record.  However, that report gave the error Nested reports cycle detected while trying to load, and trying to access the original sales order report gives the same error. It is also affecting all the other forms that are copies of that form.  I’ve included a screenshot of the trace below. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it!!  

hi,in the middle of an implementation and noticed when i tried to update some workers comp codes, the system added new records instead of updating the records.  i am trying to find out if there is a way to delete the rates that are not needed?  i didn’t see the option to delete on the WCC screen or the deductions and benefits (client is using acumatica payroll).  none of the WCC have been added to anything yet.  i haven’t tried just deleting the code itself but i see that’s an option and will probably end up going that route but wanted to see if there were any other options!  i appreciate your help!

We have created a custom GI and we need to build a custom report based on this GI with Report Designer.  When we load the schema in report designer how do we get the custom GI to appear in the report designer list.

Hello every one,I have done a payment integration on AcuPos. when the payment is processed succefully, the provider send back a payment reference.I have configured the payment reference to be pushed to the database directly upon being receive.Now, the user have to refresh the browser tab for the reference to reflect from the database to the UI.see below; is there a way I can refresh the specific field or the column or the tab so that the database value can reflect on the user interface without the user having to refresh the entire tab.Kindly assist.any kind of response will be appreciated.Thank you, great community!

I created my first report. But I’m unable to deploy it. This is a new GL report: GL6333100. It is based upon another GL report. Following deployment steps in the training video, I come to opening the Site Map then adding the new reports. However, no GL entries are displayed in the Site Map. I see several AM type listings. I assume this is permission problem but I’m not sure which permission. Does this make sense?Do you know what I am doing wrong? Thanks,Tom

Is there a way or method in Acumatica that can prevent people from backdating documents? I know closing periods prevents posting in past periods, but our Controller wants to prevent the dates from changing.  He does daily reconciliation and it’s messing him up.  For example, in AP.  AP created a check on August 8.  They did not process the check until August 14.  When the controller runs the ending cash account balances on the 8th that check isn’t in there.  Then it throws off his numbers when she posted it on the 14th.
