Hello, I'm working on a query result that i-m adding conditions and joins in the view delegate and it's working, but I would like to append group by statements on the query, Is there a way to achieve this in the view delegate?

Hello fellows,I’m facing a problem with running Acumatica instances, the instances are created but when it comes to run them it keeps loading then interrupted, any Ideas?  

I have PO with a non-stock/expense item costs $850, linked to project. Process PO Receipt without changing unit cost, then create Bill at $1,000. The project however is only costed at $850 even though the Bill journal shows additional expense of $150 as a result of purchase price variance. The PPV allocation mode is Inventory Account. Is there anyway to post the additional expense to Project?

Hello - I am trying to produce a report that shows AP Bill transaction detail (have this already) that also shows if that bill has been reclassed and if so, which accounts they were reclassed to. I’ve tried linking several different tables but none of them seem to work. I thought I was close by linking the GLTranForReclassification but the NewAccountID does not seem to work, keep receiving the below error. Does anyone know of a way to achieve this?  

I would like to know if any of you who uses UDI format barcode could share how you configured or customized Acumatica to read the UDI barcode to reduce data entry while capturing transactions (shipping, transfers, even product label generation etc.).  The UDI device identifier that we have to use is not at all like our inventory ID.  I am thinking that we will need a field added to the heading screen of stock items and a look-up table behind the scene to do the conversion...

Hi All, We have a unique need where our customer doesn't want to fill out the import templates for barcodes as these 10-16 digit barcodes for thousands of items are quite unrealistic as they are moving from paper based. Is there any way in acumatica where items with the these barcodes can be scanned ad hoc in the system without having a cross reference to start with either via purchase order or stocktaking. I will wait for any suggestions if any please.

Hello All,I have done action override a hundred times but I am facing an issue in Close Action of ServiceOrder that I am not sure why is happening. The problem is the "baseMethod" has a null value and as a result, I get an error that "An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'MoveNext'. Please see the trace log for more details." Without this piece of customization, it is working just fine. Please note I have other stuff so that I am calling Base1 and Base2 in addition to the Base in my graph extension. Hello,I’m attempting to update pricing on existing stock items only. We have discrepancies in our Inventory IDs and instead of creating a bunch of duplicates the company only wants to update the stock items where a match is found. Is this possible using import scenarios? I’m having trouble finding documentation that supports this. Edit: Furthermore, I would love to be able to identify the records which are not found to be corrected. So maybe that is an alternative avenue. Thank you in advance

HelloI want to override Subaccount field of GLTran when it is generated by Release an payment (APPayment) by the rule: take first 2 parts of existing SubCD then concat with a “ABCD”.For example: if the Subaccount is 000-00000-0000, it should be replace by Subaccount 000-00000-ABCD.And I found that there is a case that I can’t find by calculated SubCD, so I need to create new Sub by calculated SubCD (000-00000-ABCD) then set GLTran.SubID to the created one.How to create new Sub in event RowInserting of GLTran? Our company would like the Printed Change Order report (PM643000) to include the architect contact information and signature line like it exists for the contractor and owner. I understand how to add the signature line and the conditional statements for contact information but I’m not sure how to access the actual data for the architect contact data. I’m not seeing where architect is defined at the Change Request or Change Order form. Does the Architect have to be added to the Project as a contact and if so would I be able to use the contact values in the report?Am I thinking about this wrong and this should somehow be tied into approvals? Any advice is welcome.

Hi, I’m looking for a few pointers on how to resolve an issue caused by an upgrade of one of our live sites.  The upgrade was from 2022.1121.302.452 to 2022.2.205.103.4522 and occurred last week.  The symptoms are the same as outlined in the post below except that:Issue is ocuring on a Live site not a local install Error message relates to Newtonsoft: Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=13.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)  The assembly being used in the customisation is Newtonsoft 13.0.3.  In the WebConfig file on the local instance which doesn’t throw this error there is:The customisation on the local site works fine despite the version being outside 13.0.03 being outside the range.  I don’t know how or if you can change the web.config file on a live site.Maybe this is something that only suppor

Hello,I created an import scenario to update some of our stock items Valuation method from standard to average.I am getting an error message:Valuation method cannot be changed from 'Standard' to 'Average' while stock is not zero.There is inventory on the items. Is there a way to update the Valuation method without having to issue out the inventory, update the SKU and then receive back in the inventory?Thanks

I am trying to import fixed assets from a SQL Server database. I have setup the asset classes earlier, so I think the defaults from GL accounts will be populated from the asset class. When I run an import process, I am getting a warning message “Only GL Accounts will be changed, all other parameters remain unchanged Do you want to continue?”. I know in the UI it is possible to click “yes” or “no” to this warning, but how do you do that in the import export scenario?I have attached my import scenario in this case. The error / warning message is in the picture.

We are attempting to customize the ProForma Invoice report ( PM642000). We would like the report for T&M billing with Retainage -- to display lines as SUM per Task/Cost Code (out of box, report lists all proforma lines). When I attempt to do this, the results seems to “Group” the proforma lines together (act more as a sort).  Has anyone done this before? I am wondering if a subreport would be the easiest way to bypass the existing Groupings of PM642000.Any ideas would be appreciated!

Does anyone use CADTALK NEST or NESTLink to integrate their nesting program with Acumatica? 

I created a CSV data provider with UTF-8 Encoding. Unfortunately, Acumatica encoding of UTF-8 is UTF-8 with BOM. The system that will be reading this data can only except UTF-8. Does anyone have information or a workaround on this topic? Data Provider (SM206015) Exported CSV File 

I need a GI to show the Purchase Receipt History info, and the Element Properties show the name POReceiptPOOriginal. But this error message prompts ‘Invalid object name 'POReceiptPOOriginal'.’. Any other way to get the relation table?
