I created a PO in the PO002081, and the status is saying Awaiting Link.  This is linked to SO SO007474, so I don’t understand why it is saying this instead of Open.  Can you please advise?

 What is the difference between the Non-Stock Kit Standard Cost and Non-Stock Kit Standard Cost Plus Stock Component Cost?Our current setting is Non-Stock Kit Standard Cost We have a new Kit item including a stocked and non stock components. The sale profitability only pull the cost of the non-stock component of $50, and exclude the cost of the stocked component of $3,160.50. From my understanding, this Ext. Cost from the Issue transaction should be pulled into the Cost on the Sales Profitability.   Should I update the setting to Non-Stock Kit Standard Cost Plus Stock Component Cost?

I need to display the address from the shipping tab on a Custom GI.  Currently i can display the Billing address info without any problems but i am not sure how to display the shpping address. When i inspect the element for the shipping address The data field is AddressLine1, The DataClass is Address,   This is the same thing i see when i inspect the element on the Billing tab.   The only difference is the ViewName.   for the shipping tab the view name is DefLocationAddress.   How do i refer to AddressLine1 for the Shipping Tab in a GI? 

We are experiencing storage issues due to the number/size of files our teams are uploading. Where can I find/create a list of uploaded files and the associated sizes? Can I build a GI? This information looks to be stored in ‘UploadFileRevisionNoData’ but this doesn’t appear as a table in Generic Inquiries? 

Hi all, I am having an issue where the Korean characters are not exporting to pdf when I export the Invoice.The stock item description shows in Korean on screen but not on PDF. I tried to change the PdfDontEmbedded to true, also installed the font Arial Unicode MS to the C:\Windows\Fonts, but still not working. Any ideas?  Thanks, Patricia 

I try to create a journal entry for conversion of some money in CAD into USD. The journal currency is in CAD. When I pick the USD account as in CAD equivalent, a error message said “ Denominated GL account currency is different from transaction currency”. Please advise how I can resolve the issue. Hello, One of our clients has imported and then posted several hundred bank transactions (they imported twice). As far as I know, the best way to void them out would be to create an import that reverses the transactions. If anyone knows a better way, please let me know. I have created the integration but keep getting an error that it cannot save or release the transaction. I have followed the steps exactly in Acumatica and I can manually perform them, but the integration seems to be having an issue. All I am trying to do is import a list of the transactions that need voided and tell the system to reverse them. Maybe because it is creating a new transaction by reversing?Any thoughts or ideas would be help. Thank you!

HiWe sell various hardware items.  Suppose we are selling Item A.Item A may be issued from Stock in 3 ways:at the standard price, paid in full by the customer on invoice on a hire purchase (rental to purchase model), paid over a term of 36 months free of charge as a warranty replacement In each case the Item is identical so I don’t want to create more than one Inventory ID.  As far as I see Subitems or Attributes would require me to do so.Currently we distinguish between these models as follows:price applied is the list price price applied is the list price with 100% discount free item box is tickedIs there a better way to identify these different commercial methods on a Sales Order, such that we can report on them conveniently later?

If I have 10 different items in a BL (Blanket Order) and l only want to create 1 Child Order with item 3 and 7. How can I do it ? Because right now when i click in “create child orders” automatically the new child order contain all of the products. I only want to make a child order with the products that l select. 

Hello,I edit a lot of reports and always log in as ADMIN.  Now, when I open report designer and type admin@ I get a huge list of past tenants I have logged into. Is there a way to edit this list of cached past admin@ logins I have used?Same question for URLs, but the admin@ login is the list I would really like to reduce.Thanks for any thoughts!

 After going through the steps in “Modifying the Printing & Emailing section of PO screen”, I don’t see how to modify the More menu with setting up printing a modified Purchase Order needed for our business. Under the “Print Purchase Order” I would like to add “Print Widget Purchase Order” (and not mess to much with the normal “Print Purchase Order” button) or use the present “Print Purchase Order” button to for our modified Purchase Order (PO6410C1.rpx). 

We are looking for a way to have Acumatica provide an alternate pick location during the pick process if a sku is not in its expected location.  As an example, the mobile app directs the picker to get a quantity of 3 of sku A from pick location 123.  The picker goes there and only 2 units are available, even though the system believes 3 should be there.  This could be due to a prior receiving issue or miscount.  But, we have more units of sku A in other pickable locations. How can we tell the system there is only 2 in location 123 and direct the user to another location where sku A lives to complete the pick process and pick the full order?  We don’t want to close out the order as a short ship if we have more units in the building.  Ideally, we also want the system to correct the inventory issue in location 123 as well. Thank you!

We have a modified sales order form with a text box in the header. The content to the customer is the main part of the text. Depending on whether the sales order is international or not, depends on the email address embedd in the text. For example, if the order is international, then the customer will be directed to email international@ourcompany.com, if not international, then sales@ourcompany.com. I’ve tried googling it, looking at Augforums and have come up short. Any  help will be appreciated. My other thought is to have two different forms, one for international, one for other, but I’d rather use one if possible.

What is the best way to set-up and create purchase orders for non-inventory items like office supplies? We are a manufacturer, but these items are not stock items, nor are they raw materials.Our process is to create a purchase order for any purchases over $500.  The PO needs to list a description of the item, price, quantity and extended price on the invoice.  A receipt is required for all items on the purchase order.Obviously, we don’t want to set-up item IDs for all these miscellaneous and one-off purchases.Thanks for the help.

Hi there,Let’s say that I am creating a picking worksheet record.On the Create Pick List screen I specify the max number of pickers is 1 and create a picking worksheet transaction. After I create a picking worksheet record I realize that I would like to have 2 pickers rather than 1 for this particular worksheet.Can I add a picker to the pickers tab of the Picking Worksheets screen after the worksheet has been created OOTB? I am trying to set up a consolidation unit in the GL in the F300 training.  The consolidation unit is on a separate tenant from the consolidation company but on the same instance.My Acumatica version is 2023 R1.The company name is AZ_Subsidiary.  From what I’ve read, this should also be the Tenant ID.However, the system throws an error (actually multiple errors) when trying to synchronize the subsidiary ledger to the parent ledger. Looking at the trace log, the first error thrown is “Unable to connect to the remote server.  So I’m assuming the main problem is an incorrect URL.From what I’ve found on the web, the core tenant URL should be:https://MyDomain.net/MyInstance/AZ_Subsidiarywhere “MyDomain.net/MyInstance” is the public URL for the instance and “AZ_Subsidiary” is the Tenant ID.But it’s not working.  So I’ve also tried:https://MyDomain.net https://MyDomain.net/MyInstance (i.e. the public URL for the instance without the tenant ID) All of the above with http: ~/AZ_Subsidiary ~I’ve

Hello,I have a scenario where I have a user defined field on the Vendor form to store an email address.  What I would like to do is for an AP Bill and Adjustment that is rejected (not approved) I would like to send an email to 1 of 2 possible email addresses that may change based on the vendor being used.  Is it possible to pull the user defined field (the email address) from the Vendor form using a combination of a business event and an email template?  The email would also return details like the document that was rejected, who rejected it, etc.  Thanks.Mike
