Has anyone connected to ShipStation in 23R1 via having the “Custom” - Shipping Carrier Integration enabled?  I can’t seem to find documentation on how this is possible. 

Hi,I am configuring Field Services and have a question. When I create a service order and try to select a branch location per the screenshot below: It does not display all of the branches to select from under Branch Locations. It only displays the branch that is at the top of the screen. Refer to second screenshot.    There are company access roles setup under Companies but would that be causing the issue?  Let me know what setting I have to configure so users can select from any Branch Location that was setup under the Service module.Thank you,Frances   

Hi All, Just a simple question: is it possible to record time cards for vendors (not employees)? For some reasons we couldn’t set the vendor as employee in Acumatica, but we still need to record the vendor’s time cards. Is there any way?Thanks!

Hi all, We’re still in implementation and I’m testing out the creation of Stock Items through the APIs. Back when we had two segment Item Classes, I had no trouble creating Stock Items. However, now that we’re testing out 5 level Item Classes, I’m having trouble finding the right ItemClass to send through the API. I keep getting “...cannot be found” on the Item Class object.For example, here is a class from the Acumatica view:  ONS.PIPE____.__REG___.________.___I’ve tried passing multiple combinations of that class. What is odd is when I query the stock item with that class, this is the output: I’ve tried using that string as an input also. Any help is greatly appreciated. 

We went live recently and are trying to brainstorm a more efficient method of expensing Purchase Order vs. A/P Bill variances.  Ideally, any variance below a defined threshold (like 5% for example) would be ignored and inherit the original PO account coding, with those items exceeding the threshold submitted for additional review and approval.Has anyone been able to implement anything similar to this?  If not, I’m curious to hear how other Accounting departments are processing these variances.

Hi Team,I have CSV file in which i am getting “ ” double , I want to remove this quotes.Every line getting with “ ” quotes. In the data provider, set the parameter to False for the enclose all values in double quotes still it is giving like this. 

Hi All,I’d like to store vendor bank account numbers under a configured payment method. I’ve checked the former questions and found useful information on this one:and still have 2 main question:Sometimes a vendor have multiple bank accounts. How to store all its bank account numbers under one payment method? On the page of each AP bills, we decide for this bill a specific vendor bank account to make payment to. But I couldn’t find this information anywhere inside an AP bill. Is it possible to show it?Thanks!

We are having an issue with the AIA Report (PM644000). When we have the Project Tasks selected to be “Invoiced Separately”, the Main page of the AIA Report is including the entire contract values (all Project Tasks), instead of only including the amounts for each specific project task. The Continuation page is exact & only shows the Project Task that is being invoiced.Is there an easy way to have the AIA report be project task specific when Invoiced separately is selected?  Let me know if you have a better idea, or need clarification. Thanks, 

Is there a way to change the default navigation behaviour inside forms to not default to a popup window?In GIs you can change the behaviour easily, but I don’t see any options to change the behaviour on any non-GIs, where the glut of pop-out windows that override eachother actively disrupts workflows

I would like to create a Generic Inquiry that list Service Orders - not completed up to a specific time <= 7days, <=30 but >7days;  <=60days but > 30 days; <=90days but > 60days ..... and  can be filtered by supervisor. Would eventually like to turn into a dashboard.

As an exercise, I want to insert an image (PNG file) into a report Picture Box. There two Picture Box properties, Data Value and Data Source, for which I need more information. Hi There,I want to create a test environment locally with the demo data as I need to build reports, but downloading from the S3 storage is painfully slow like 10 KBPS, is there a way to get it faster as I cannot wait 7 hours for 90MB file. 

How are companies handling the scenario in which there are recurring Purchase Orders such as vendor agreements? Example - service agreement with the vendor to perform $1,000 of maintenance service each month. My thought is that this is handled through Blanket POs, but looking for input from others! Here’s what I did. created blanket PO with 1 line item but qty. of 3 (representing 3 months) also set expiration (3 months in this case) create new PO - normal type added PO line item from blanket PO - adjusted qty. to 1 remove hold/approve (Normal “child” PO = Open) Blanket PO = Open (because there is still open qty. of 2) Qty. on receipts = 1 Are there any other ideas or methods? What are others doing? 

Team, I made this report worked up to show 1 branch (client has around 150 branches or more), and shows one account, but I need to show account by branch example 10100 by each branch it exist, I also modify a Trial Balance Detail by Branch, but i could not make the report to group by Account, as it would also group by subaccount (removed all subaccount grouppings and nothing), I dont know if somebody can help has worked something like this or can direct me on what I am doing wrong. Attached is the Report.

Created Journal Transaction Import, with the following data: Not all the transactions got the error, only a few, i have recreated the transaction on the journal transaction screen and journal transaction was on balance with no issues. Also, i have removed the Module, added, and check for the Commit on several of the selections, but cant import all of the transactinos, only some worked. Do you see anything wrong with my import scenario? Thank you so much in advance. 

We are experiencing an issue where we have confirmed the shipment, but then at a later time the shipment appears as though not confirmed.We are currently integrated with EasyPost. I know the order has been confirmed because tracking numbers, labels and links have been provided by EasyPost which only happens after confirmation.This is not happening on every order - just sporadically throughout the week. When I view the audit history - either the system does not appear to have acknowledged the confirmation at all, or it shows confirmed but not released.We do have a small customization in place directly related to shipments. That is, the shipment date automatically updates to the current date upon shipment confirmation.Is this a bug? Do we have to go through our VAR to have this looked at? Can we report this directly to Acumatica? Any troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you

Hi,I have customization project which I use for different Acumatica versions (2022R1 ,2022R2, 2023R1, 2023R2)At all versions it works perfectly, except 2023R1Package is successfully published without errors, but when I go to endpoint and press any entity I receive the following errorI tried follow the refence and select some company, but everything is emptyWant to put emphasize on that such behavior appears only at version  2023R1, at 2022R1 ,2022R2,  2023R2 everything is fine. What can cause such error, should be Acumatica reinstalled ? Endpoint version is 22.200.001P.S.I can’t attach the customization projectThanks in advanced

Hello. I have a problem with Report designer. Today it works fine. I was working on the report and suddenly got electricity cut-of. And after i got it back report designer always shows me this error It said that “Unhandled exception in application. When you click on the "Continue" button, the application will ignore the error and try to continue working. When you click the "Exit" button, the application will exit immediately. Root element is missing”
