Can someone help me with the quantity riddle? I’ve seen this on what the different quantities mean however it doesnt seem to apply. I have an item below 11451-LOOSE (which incididentally is a stock kit though i dont think this matters) and it has:Quantity On Hand = 2370.694Quantity Available for Shipping = 2370.694 (there IN Issue, SO Allocated and SO Shipped must all be zero)Quantity Available = -24,829.3 which implies SO Prepared, SO Booked or SO Back Ordered must be large to account for the difference, however as you can see these are all zero too? I do feel that Acumatica over-complicates simple concepts and makes it near impossible for the end user to understand...and Im a Developer of the system and I cant understand it nor able to advise my clients!! 

Does anyone know where Acumatica stores the values of Dashboard Widgets when using the Refresh Data setting? For example, take the Orders to Ship Widget pictured here with a value of 12  I have the Refresh Data value set to Every Day which means that Acumatica should only refresh the value once a day  In order to do that, I would think that Acumatica stores the value of 12 somewhere, but I’m not sure where it gets stored.

hello all,I am getting confused between the restriction group types A & B. I tried to experiment this by: So now , as per the above screenshots the system would now restriction the user Pam Brawner to have access to the selected 2 subaccounts.Now when I created a new group type B:for the same user So now if I would select the 2nd Subaccount, would that mean that now the system wont show the subaccounts selected under both Groups A & B for the same user or what? I am getting confused here. Would like your guidance in this.Thanks in advance.

Hello Community,We would like to add a GI to the Customer Portal that would allow a contact associated with a business account to see the sales order detail lines for the parent and child accounts for only that parent business account.  I’m afraid that my SQL is a bit rusty, and I can’t recall how to filter the results in the GI such that the contact will only be viewing the data for their respective parent and child accounts.If someone could point me in the right direction of how to do this in the setup of the GI and adding this to the Customer Portal that would be amazing.Many thanksPatrick

I have a Production Order MOVE transaction stuck in Balance status because the production order was completed on a different MOVE transaction.  So the MOVE transaction in Balance status cannot be RELEASE nor DELETED.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Our customer has an executive team that wants to have 2 people approve checks.  When they cut checks they want the executive team to approval checks then have another member of the executive team go in and approve checks gain.Is there any way to set this up so that the same person can’t approve checks both times?

We are looking for a solution to only approve a PO if it receive at least 2 approvals from a group. We have not been able to figure this out yet.

The screen is checking for a specific option in the Time Posting option box, but its not showing up on our form and giving us the below error. Any ideas? Hi all, I am trying to create a customer using the rest API. I am not sending a CustomerID as I have the auto numbering turned on. It works great in the UI and Auto number works correctly. Hello,I’m looking for a way to retrieve the Related Items from the Acumatica APIs. Is there any way to do this? I expected that I would be able to find it on the /entity/Default/20.200.001/StockItem API but it does not appear to exist as a detail object.

When we get a hot or urgent sales order entered in Acumatica, we need to find a way to identify all the orders that are created via MRP or Create Orders for this sales order.Is there a way we can mark/tag/flag/color code the resulting orders to be able to easily pick and process accordingly?

Hello, good evening everyone. I have developed a smart panel that generates an Accounts Payable (AP) bill from an email. However, i have encountered an issue with inserting an AP transaction when we link it to a Purchase Order or subcontract. The system displays the error message shown in the picture. Hello,I am new to Acumatica and have been looking for ways to create restriction groups on the basis of Departments of the Employees. I would also then like to only allow the usage of those subaccounts (has segments divided) that refer to the respective departments and then would only allow the usage of Sales Orders based on those departments. How can I implement this?Thanks in advance.

I am printing  AP Payment data in a sub report. The first line prints an empty line for the shipment number ‘20231414’. But when i pass a different shipment number it doesn’t print the empty line. Is there any way to fix it ? This is when passed shipment number 20231414 as a parameter. This is when passed a different shipment number  Also some of the rows in my report are not in line

I want to generate AR Aging report age based on a customized date field which added to invoice screen. Please check the below screenshot.So I think that to achieve this i have to add this custom data field to the “Age Based On” dropdown in the Statement Cycle screen. Please check the below screenshot.So can I know if is this possible?And if is this possible, can we maintain two AR aging report formats as one is based on default system Due Date and other one is based on newly added customized date field?

Hi All,Following enquiry forms are now replaced with generic inquiry forms in 2022 R1.Incoming (CO409000)• Draft (CO409010)• Sent (CO409080)• Outgoing (CO409020)• Deleted (CO409090)• Archived (CO409030)In the previous versions an option was available to mark the selected emails as unread. Just checking is this option removed in 2022 R1 version or there is an alternate way to achieve this apart from Customization. 

I’m a little perplexed why there is no tab showing the related Sales Order and Shipments that were the origin of an ARInvoice.  Acumatica normally has links between related documents, and this one just perplexes my why you have to go search for an originating document manually to see the released Invoice’s history.  Am I missing something?
