I am trying to set up the automatic email function where I can email a PO to a vendor but am unsure where I need to add the vendor contact and speicify that they are a PO recipient.  I can’t seem to find any other threads regarding this issue.  Can someone please help with this?

Hi Guys,We had a situation. We mass processed 9 checks at a time and printed those all at same time. But the physical print went wrong due to some reason and we are not able to reprint those with the same check numbers. Acumatica doesn't allow to use the same check number again and this situation client will be facing multiple times. So, need a solution that can help reprint the checks with same pay ref number or maybe with the ones those are already used.  Thank you for help.

Good afternoon consultant,I would like to know if you can help me with the following query:In Property Management, in the Units option, one of the units was deleted by mistake and when trying to create it again, Acumatica gives the following error "Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Unit / Space: Error: The record has been deleted ."My question is: how can I locate within Acumatica if this Unit has any associated transaction that prevents its creation or what is causing this error?Thank you very much in advance for your response.

If a purchase is back dated after a sale has already been posted does the system recalculate the cost on that sale to reflect the true average cost? I’m attempting to add a new Vendor via the REST API. I receive the error:DiscTakenAcctID: 'Cash Discount Account' cannot be emptyThis is a required field located under the GL Accounts tab. However, the field does not appear when getting the list of Vendors via the REST API. How should the JSON be structured to include this field when adding a new Vendor via the REST API?

After we upgrade the acumatica form 2022 to 2023 r1 we encounter this problem, A lot of order from Bigcommerce are not flowing in Acumatica because of the error “The system failed to commit the Taxes row.”  

I have been using stock item attributes for years. They always show up in the InventoryItem DAC for me to select in a generic inquiry on on a report.However, I’ve just run into a situation where they aren’t in the InventoryItem DAC and I can’t figure out why they are not showing up for this specific customer.I have set up this attribute: And added it to this Item Class: The attribute shows up on the Stock Item and allows me to enter a value: However, when I try to add it as a column on the Stock Items list, the attribute is not a selection in the InventoryItem DAC. It’s also not available to select in any report that uses the InventoryItem DAC. I thought maybe something had changed in the 23R2 release (that’s what this customer is using), but we have other customers on 23R2 and the attributes are behaving as expected in the InventoryItem DAC.Below is the generic inquiry that I’m trying to add the attribute as a column, but it’s not available as a selection:  What am I missing?

We’ve found that for companies that have the “Allow AP Bill before Receipt” option enabled for their vendors, the Purchase Accrual GL account and the Purchase Accrual Summary report in the Purchases module don’t match. This is because the Purchase Accrual Summary report is based upon PO Receipts. Companies that allow AP Bill before receipt cannot then easily reconcile their Purchase Accrual account. We can create a different GI or report for this, but before we do, I thought I’d ask -- has anyone else run across this and if so, how did you resolve?

We want to start using the Parent-Child Account feature in Acumatica.  Can someone tell is if we use Acumatica Parent-Child accounts, will multiple Big Commerce accounts be created (we hope multiple Big Commerce accounts are created)?

Client has a 5 page Terms & Conditions for the want to have sent with their PO.  It has word-level formatting which would be time consuming to replicate in report designer.  I tried adding a PDF version of the T&C’s to the email template but it doesn’t carry over when I send a PO out of the system using that template.Outside of writing the report does anyone have an easier method of attaching a document to a template that isn’t a report?

I’m ultimately trying to add each of our 70,000 items to each of a couple hundred fictious locations for purposes of a semi annual full count of our retail store. I know that we can add items one by one (article), but of course that would take ages. So, I’m trying to create an import scenario to accomplish the same thing. Here’s what I have so far:  When Importing the excel doc, I get an error that says “the scan action cannot be found”. Does anyone know what this means? Is it not going to let it be updated by import?   

It appears the quote screen within opportunities is not the same as it lives within the CRM. When we quote a customer we also quote freight.  How do we do this within opportunities/quotes?

Hi. I created a business event to send a notification of a sales quote created based on the amount. The issue I am facing now is that the business event send out notification on quotes that were sent out on past dates (if a person makes changes to the sales quotes created on previous dates). I need the notification to only send out sales quotes created today only. Please can you help me out.

Hi group ! ,I am almos a new Acumatica End user( and not a VAR). I asked this question without having a clear answer(var).We did our GoLive on Acumatica 7 months ago now and it is going well. We haven't asked users too much to archive all PDF documents in the forms, at least for the beginning.For the moment, we are attaching the PDFs of the important AP bills, let say ± 10% of them, but not all without exception. I would like us to do phase 2, which would be to archive all AP bills in PDF without exception. However I am always concerned about space usage.What will happen when we bounce the max space? When it will arive, Should we export/delete somes files? If I need to export/delete files, Is the choice of file to delete will be easy & convenient? (Eg: sorting by date, document type)? Or the solution is to take a bigger package with acumatica, and so on when we will bounce again...I'm wondering if there are many of you who upload PDF invoices to all AP invoices or if we are the on

Hi All, I have a very simple Business Event that I can’t get to trigger. Condition is for an appointment that changes to status of Completed. I made a copy of the Appointments primary list to use in the BE. Screenshot below. To test I open an Appointment, start it, then complete it so status is Completed. No history shows. Spent a while trying different things… Not sure if I’m missing something obvious?  

A client with SOX compliance requirements, but a small accounting group, needs to make sure that a JE created by one person is posted by someone else.  This is for their internal controls and outside Auditors.  An approval flow would be ideal rather than security roles.
