Does anyone know if there is a way to create payment plans for customers on Acumatica? I have a customer who has not been paying their open invoices, so they requested to begin a monthly payment plan for a set amount (ex. $1000) to pay off their open invoices. Can we create a invoice for the set amount that the customer will pay every month and then once we receive payment we apply the money to the open invoices accordingly? Thank you!

Hello all,I have been trying to change the Customer IDs of the imported customer Records, but haven’t been able to. The Segmented Key has the Auto numbering uncheck. Upon saving it throws the following errorand then creates a new blank customer record. Why is it not allowing me to do so?

I am experiencing a new issue with our Acumatica/Shopify connector. Our company has created many template items in Acumatica, each having multiple matrix items. We did this so we could sync products to Shopify and create one product page, with multiple matrix items (variant options on Shopify) on that one page. However in some cases the matrix items are missing from Shopify even though the template and the matrix items are all active with inventory available. We have a schedule running on the product availability entity to run every 10 min. I get this error in the sync history screen. Hoping someone on here has had a similar experience or can point out what I may be doing wrong.

Hello Community,I have a report designer report that a manager has asked me to set up so he can search a range of accounts.  This report shows the different accounting accounts, and he would like to have it show him like 3 or so accounts at a time instead of pulling each account one at a time.In general, I haven’t seen even a GI that can search multiple accounts at once.Does anyone know if this is possible?Thank you!Trisha

We are using Acumatica 2023 R1 Build 23.112.0032Are we able to re-open completed routers?  I have a user who accidentally “completed” a router instead of splitting the router.  I know you can add both materials and labor to completed routers but can a router status be reinstated to “In Process”.  The issue is we have to split a router instead the use closed the router.

There is a transaction in GL in an unposted status.Finance - > Post Transactions , I posted the entry and it posted just fine. I do not want this transaction to update the GL , so when I tried to reverse , I received the error ,  “Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Inventory ID value ________IN Error : Th Inventory Item is Inactive” My question is Why does the system let me post it once but then not allow me to reverse it ?

Hello,We are trying to understand how best to proceed if we closed down one branch in our larger company of 33 branches in 2023, but still would like to see historical data without it impacting our 2024 reporting. Is there a way to update the customer’s default salesperson is mass?  We had a salesperson leave and a replacement hired.  We now need to change many customers’ default salesperson to this new person.  Is there a way to do this in mass without an import scenario?  I tried creating a GI to do it, however I can’t seem to get the Mass Update options to appear.Thanks!Scott

Sometimes for business reasons, when we create a Purchase Order we might list some Inventory ID’s multiple times.EgInventory ID XYZ Line one has an order for 2 Line two has an order for 3 Line three has an order for 1We would like to show in a report (done in Report Designer) that sums these rows and shows only one row. So in the above example we would have only one line appear for XYZ with order qty of 6.Can anyone suggest how we do this? 

How many users can simultaneously access Acumatica ERP during its trial mode? Is it restricted to two user accounts or two active sessions?Additionally, am I able to utilize two sets of user credentials to log in from multiple laptops concurrently?

Hi,I’m having an issue where the results of my generic inquiry does not match the results on my dashboard. I’m using the same filters for both of them. In the below example, I get 137 records on the inquiry filter, 120 records on the dashboard widget and 137 records from the dashboard drilldown when clicking the widget that says 120.Any thoughts on where I have gone wrong? Results of the shared filter in the generic inquiry. “Closed between 7 days or less. Filter for above image Filter on dashboard Results of Dashboard Drill down from dashboard 

Hey guys,  I am currently developing a customization where I need to attach files from the Invoices and Memos screen to the Email Activity screen. E.g from this screen: to this screen: I am currently implementing the following logic: But it looks like the trace log below the assigning of the emailActivity retrieves a noteID of null although retrieving a file from the invoice: Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! 

I have created a customization for our Pro Forma Invoices to include extra fields for submitting the Pro Forma Invoices to our finance department which is a simple check box on the pro forma invoice screen: PM307000I have built a generic inquiry to show these checkboxes which have been checked or not, but now the users want a way to update multiple pro forma invoices at the same time. I have edited the generic inquiry to add mass update fields which gives me the functionality with the actions → Update, but there is an Update All inside this action bar, I do not want this there as there is a potential that a user might update all pro forma invoices accidentally. Is there a way to either remove Update All or make it disabled with a role or completely remove it from this Generic Inquiry? 

We moved our Acumatica installation to a new Windows server and when we try to “Apply License” to the system we have this error in the subject line.We HAVE to have this fixed ASAP. What do we have to do to fix this? 

On Inventory allocation details, when I go to the tab QTY BY PLAN TYPE, I would like to select Production Demand Prepared and I just not allowed to. How do I select this?

Our acumatica system has open periods all the way back to 2015 , I have been successfully able to close periods from 2015-2019.However , When I get to 2020 I can close the submodules but there are two transactions in GL in an unposted status which are preventing me from closing the period.My inclination is to delete the transaction but the “trash can” symbol is grayed out . Is this related to access rights ?. But the bigger question is (1) If I delete transactions is that going to change the sub-module balance thus causing a need to make a G/L entry to being it back in sync with one another ? (2) If I delete an entry in GL which is coming from AR, for example , does the AR module need to b re-opened before the system will allow me to delete it ? May be that’s why the trash can is grayed out ? The weird thing is I was able to close the AR module even through the G/L has an unposted entry from that sub-module. 

Hello all,I have been trying out to let the system calculate & display the Actual Income section of the Projects before creating an AR Invoices. So I would like to record Unbilled AR and display that figure under Actual Income.I have a Time & Material project, so I create the project transactions , not posted to GL, using the Employee Time Cards.Now I would like an Allocation rule that would post a GL transaction as:                          DR                CRUnbilled AR       800Revenue A/c                         800And then the Actual Income gets updated to 800.And then when we generate the AR Invoice/Run Project Billing then the Unbilled AR should get nullified. How can we get this done?

New user here (and new to the company) -- the CPA entered opening Trial Balance balances into Acumatica for the cash accounts as of 1/31/2023.  However, we did not “go live” with Acumatica until 10/1/2023 - still used QB.  How do I adjust those opening TB balances now?  No bank reconciliations have been completed to date.

Is it correct to filter on ARInvoice using a statement like : Where<ARInvoice.status.IsEqual<"Closed">>?

I created an ARM income statement with a unit set. My understanding is that SUMMARY (see below) should sum up the nodes underneath it. When I run the report, there is data in each of the nodes. But when I click SUMMARY it’s empty. I did it this way for another income statement (different site) and it works. Haven’t been able to find any difference in settings, or anything that would cause this. Anyone have an idea?Below is a screenshot of the unit set:
