We're looking at the "Sales not allowed" checkbox for inventory locations, and we've found that it blocks Sales Orders and production orders from pulling from that location. Is there a way to have it only block Sales Orders?

Can I get an email/notification of some kind when a new build is released ?(for example, https://community.acumatica.com/supported-releases-67/acumatica-2022-r1-update-7-build-22-107-0022-10166 ).Thanks!

My customer would like to add the State field to the Vendor Selector form on the AP BIlls and Adjustments form.I have followed this article https://www.info-sourcing.com/how-to-add-fields-to-acumatica-selector-lookup-no-coding/  but it is not adding the column.Has anyone had any success adding a column to the vendor selector window? 

I am trying to write a GI that shows when there is time activities that are not included in a Time card that is released.If a timecard is corrected, I need to eliminate the old card.There appears to be nothing on the header EPTimeCard that can help me to do this.The old timecard has a TimecardType or Normal and no reference.The New timecard has a TimecardType of Correction and a reference to the old time cardA non-corrected type card is the same as the old one.I tried to create a join using TypecardType to elimate refs where it is “Correction” but I get an error message Error: The virtual field TimecardType cannot be used in a condition expression.Is my only method to look at the PMTimeActivity field IsCorrected and then just create a grouping?

I researched all the articles that came up and not sure I am getting to an answer.We have a client that creates production from a sales order.  In the BOM they have pictures at the step level.  prior to Acumatica it was done in word which is a no brainer. But now that they are automating, they want to produce the router with the image on the print out. 

HiI exported a customization project with a connected application from version 2022R1and while import it into 2021R1 I got an error “Unknown tag OAuthClient” I assume its an issue with the version difference.Is there any option to export a customization project for an older version ?Do I need to have a customization project for each version ?

Hello All,I have been trying to display the Segment values in the Gl Accounts Access screen. But the tab doesn’t display the data in it:I have activated the segment as: And then the tab gets displayed: But none of the Segment values are getting displayed. How can I resolve this?  

Where an invoice has attached files, is there a way in which we can add these attachments to the invoice form in report designer? I see from previous discussions that the use of a sub report might work, but where does one find the schema for the attached files and how does the linking work?

Just wondering if I’m missing something here. In all of the help topics, it says to login with a mock username and password to test the implementation activity- but when I try to do that, I get an invalid login message. I want to be able to explore and kind of play around with the things I don’t have permissions to in our actual company acumatica- so I can see what processes we’re not using that could be helpful to us. It seems like the help topics are giving a login for exactly that reason, to go around and explore things and practice without actually changing things in the companies system set up. Am I wrong in this, or am I just missing a step in the process?For context- I’m a newish admin assistant and from what I have explored in the acumatica help topics, we are severely under utilizing the ERP. Our salespeople quite often print a copy of an invoice to hand to the customer as they leave with their product.  This seems to create an issue where that invoice will not show up to print for mailing to the customer’s accounts payable dept for payment in the Print Invoices and Memos process.Has anyone come up with a solution to this?  It seems to relate to the checkbox that the invoice has been printed.Thank you!

I am trying to modify the Configuration Entry Screen (AM306000) to add an image selector. This is what I’m trying to do, but even though I was able to add the ‘FILES’ menu to the toolbar, clicking on it produces an error, as though it can’t figure out how to add files to this screen, most likely because this screen is not a main screen and is called from several places. The image control itself I was able to create, but the browse/upload buttons do absolutely nothing, like it is read only. Is it possible to do what I’m trying to achieve or am I going to drive myself mad figuring this out? I also saw this feature suggestion from 4 years ago that matches what I’m trying to do for the most part  

Im getting the error Error: Another process has added the 'GLTran' record. Your changes will be lost. when i try to release a kit. Ive traced the issue to a kit with batch number 120463 (see below). How do I delete this record, it doesnt appear in teh Kit Assembly GI?  

Hello,I regularly create snapshots and then delete the old ones. I have an issue where there are snapshots show under space usage screen under the Snapshot tab. Under the tenant list the snapshots do not appear. I have already ran the delete snapshot page and I have used the delete orphan action. Any ideas on how to delete these snapshots.Thanks 

With our company we have had to refresh out Sandbox Tenant a couple times within the past month. The first time I did this using the Copy Tenant function it took approximately 40 – 45 Minutes. The second time refreshing the Sandbox again and I am now over 70 minutes and it has been at most 30 days since the last refresh using the same function.For context the we have been on Acumatica for a year and the last size of our data was approximately 13GB averaging 1.08 GB of data each month of production. The time increase within 30 days seems a bit extreme for such a small amount of data. My question is if there is any insight anyone could provide as to how the Copy Tenant function works and any potential tips for data management with Acumatica?Thank you in advance!
