Hello Everyone,We have published the Pricing Analysis package from the GIT Hub but getting weird issue.  I created a Sales Order from Sales Quote screen and click on the Pricing Analysis button, betting below error.Acumatica - 22 R2 - Build 22.203.0043 Can anyone please explain about this error?CC: @Dhiren Chhapgar   

We are transitioning to using Outlook PWA and have found the Acumatica Add-In won’t load. We’ve been using it from the desktop app but when we convert a user to PWA it doesn’t show up. We tried delring and reinstalling it, we also tried loading it from the admin portal and still nothing. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a way to resolve it? 

We are importing material directly into BOMs through an import scenario - with only 1 operation. The operation is backflush OFF by default.There are certain items that we are importing that we would like to get marked as Backflush ON during the import. There are attributes on these items indicating whether they should be Backflush ON or OFF.Is there any way during the import scenario that the line can reference the attribute within the inventory item to say something like Backfush → IIF(InventoryID.AttributeBACKFLUSH=True, True, False).Don’t seem to be able to look at the data within the inventory item that I’m adding to use in my IIF condition above.  

I'm in need of the Report Designer and other tools for Acumatica 2020 R2. I've been searching through the Acumatica Tools Download Page at this link: http://acumatica-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html?prefix, but I've noticed there's no tools folder available for the 2020 R2 version.Can anyone guide me to a download link for these tools, or provide any insights on where else I might find them? These tools are crucial for my current work, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of InputStream shall we provide? Any Ideas?

How can I add a parameter to the sales order generic inquiry and not have it break the mobile app?  I am trying to add a checkbox parameter to the sales order generic inquiry and it works fine on the desktop, but it creates an error on the mobile app.  As soon as I add the parameter, I get an error “SiteMap description doesn’t contain primary container” whenever I try to open the sales order lookup on the mobile app.  I have tried adding a Selection container and then adding the parameter as a field.  That didn’t do anything.

Hey community ! Hope you are all doing well!I have a a production order which is completed but still has some material that has not been released.I am unable to release it now and the late assignment is not doing anything.The inventory is also showing up on allocation details as Production demand, wanted to clean this out before we start using MRP.Allocation DetailsCan someone please help in understanding how to fix this. Also, to avoid this in future, if I select do not allow in the following setting, this will not allow users to complete the production order until the material is issued/allocated to the production order correct?  

I made a button in actions that goes from the customers to ‘Customers Last Trans’. I want to use Postman Request to change the data in the popup window. Is it possible to use unique (manually entered) lot serial numbers with the “When Issued” assignment method when creating an inventory issue? 

We want to install a computer/monitor in our warehouse for the employees who are picking orders to see all the orders that are available to pick and where the orders are in the picking process.  We have created a Dashboard to display the orders but the user account is logged off after our specified timeout settings at the server level.  Is it possible to have a “task” user set to never be logged off of Acumatica so the Dashboard can be utilized without the need to refresh the screen every X hours?

Working on import scenario that will mark lines as Backflush On within the BOM. In the BOM material, we have certain SKUs that will show up multiple times - the import scenario seems to deal with this by only updating the first occurrence. How can I modify this import scenario so that it updates each line?   

Is It Possible to restrict Splitting the Item in SO Picklist based on Lot/Serial Number. any Ideas . Currently Showing Multiple Line item  if there is Serial Number 

Hi Everyone.Is it possible for me to add a second statement in Acumatica? The first statement type would be the open statements. The second would be the balance brought forward. The open balance statement would be the default. I would then want to be able to generate a second balance brought forward statement and send both to the customer.Any ideas on how I could set this up?

We are utilizing Expense Receipts under Time and Expenses, to track outside expenses. We can add the amounts, dates posted, and claim to release internally just fine. I am wondering if there is a way to add a negative balance when we get refunds and we already released the expense. Any ideas on what we can do in these scenarios to add negative balances (Refunds)?

A historical full snapshot from a couple of years ago was taken without properly activating the system lockout and then restored to the site.  Is there a method by which the site can generate a safe snapshot?   Is this something that Acumatica Services needs to perform?  I have rebuilt indexes and optimized the db then scheduled a lockout in attempt to take a safe snapshot but still receive the following notice:  

Hi all,I’m trying to do a disassemble order in production with serial numbers.  However we don’t build parts with backflushed serial numbers and I need to get a serial number back into inventory but its not allowing me to select an already used serial number.  ANyone ever have to do this?

I have been reviewing the T-Series Acumatica documentation. I am hoping for a little assistance on where to look for the answer (which course or example best explains the issue) or a simplified concept explanation on this topic. The details line on the opportunity screen (CR304000) does not include a column for target equipment (Target Equipment ID) but it does exist on the Sales Order and Service Order screens. If I wanted to add a custom field to the opportunity screen to add the Target Equipment ID how would I ensure that data within that field flows to the next form in the workflow? 

Installation Version 22.203.0043 - Acumatica 2022 R2 - This is an install for demo / Training purposes on local machine.  Is there a quick fix resolution

I have checked several versions of 23r1 and 24r1 to find that every version I check has a problem with complaining of duplicate entry while ignoring the Effective and Expiration dates of APVendorPriceMaint.  I recall from some time back that we could enter a future dated price for a supplier by setting the expiration of the current record for the price break and entering an effective date after the (or maybe on same) expiration date.  While POCreate goes through several layers of code to get to where it selects a price that accounts for effective and expiration dates, APVendorPriceMaint.ValidateDuplicate does not use this logic.  Furthermore, the error message thrown is AR.Messages.DuplicateSalesPrice making me think this might be a copy/paste error from similar logic in an AR screen.  Is this a bug as it appears or an intentional change from past behavior?  I am on Build 23.114.0025.

Hi, We’re setting up Acumatica WMS and I’m wondering about some suggestions for the right label printer(s) we may need:I need to print colored labels for the palette positions in our warehouse (labeling the rack/shelf locations). Probably around 2” x 3” approximately.  I need to print our bar codes to apply to product packaging/inventory. Not sure about size, these would be standard white. Maybe just Avery labels in our office laser printers? What do you use?We use Zebra printers for our shipping labels but this looks like a different kind of specialized printer. And I see many that are thermal, some are laser, etc… Thanks for your suggestions!

I want to create a button on the customers page that goes to the invoice page and pulls up that customers invoice. right now i’ve made a button that goes to the invoice page but it pulls up a blank invoice instead of bringing up that specific customers invoice. how do i define the action so it pulls up the customers invoice? the navigation parameter would be the reference number but the customer’s page doesn’t have a reference number. reference number and type are the only options when choosing navigation parameters btw

Our client requires the approver of the Requisition to be the only person to choose the vendor. Currently the person having access to requisitions can choose the vendor once requisition is approved.
