Hello,Is there a way to export a specific price attached to a price code to Shopify so that the price of an item updates when the price attached to the price code is updated?Alternatively, is there a way to make the “RETAIL” price code populate the “default price” field as this would also solve the issue?  

The aspx xml file for an Acumatica screen always contains `<Page path="[path]" pageSource="[page_source]”>`.  It appears that whenever I upgrade to a new release of Acumatica, the pageSource content of any screens I have customized changes. This happens even when nothing else on the screen has been changed in my customization. Why does the pageSource change when no other changes have been made? What effect does it have? Moreover, how can I tell if the change made to the pageSource is the change I want to make? The only information I have been able to find about the pageSource is that it is “the binary content for the page”. However, that doesn’t explain to me why it changes with each upgrade and if it matters what version of the pageSource I am using. How can I tell if these pageSource changes are ones I should commit to my source code? Any explanation would be appreciated.

Hoping someone can help guide me in the right direction. I have a basic GI with two tables (employee left joined with contact table). The GI has just a few fields in the result grid.I setup a push notification to push to a webhook. We are starting to look into User Roles and security and I have been looking but didn’t find anything that addresses this. Is it possible via a customization to have a different button be the main button on the same screen based on the user’s role. For example on the Shipments screen below: For the roles Customer Service and Warehouse:Customer Service:  ideally, the Print Shipment Confirmation would be highlighted in Green and be the main option, while Confirm Shipment would be hidden under the 3 dots.Warehouse:  Confirm Shipment highlighted in green as it is now, Print Shipment Confirmation hidden under the 3 dots 

We’re using AD roles mapped to Acumatica roles for quite a few of our users.Trying to create a selector that gives us a list of users that have certain Acumatica roles, and not able to get the “active” roles. Acumatica does not store the mappings in UsersInRole or anywhere else that we can find.There are two possible paths to this we’ve found:Use PXSelectAllowedRoles from PX.SM Not sure how this DAC works or how to use it, but it appears to be the DAC that provides the mapped roles on the users screen. It is used in Access.cs Use  ActiveDirectoryProvider.GetUsersByGroupIDs(usergroups) or some other method of the ActiveDirectoryProvider. We haven’t completely explored this either.Does anyone have experience with trying to do this?

Does anyone have thoughts on how I might supply inventory balances to the system externally without having to manage inflows (Purchase Receipts) and outflows (selling stock from the warehouse)?As we test transitioning from our old system, we’d like to use the balances from the old system but allow the new system to enforce order limits, etc.I’m guessing this is not a thing, but I’m curious if anyone has any clever tricks to make this work...

I’ve been using export scenarios to create and automatically sync vendor reports for a while and they all work fine. Now I need to do the same thing, except email or save a copy of the file to the user who needs to manually upload them.I’ve looked at business events and automatons but every avenue seems like a dead end. I would like to ask is it possible and how to set outside process (outsourcing) without manufacturing mode. Till now I found solutions only for manufacturers by creating Production Orders but what if there is no production onside and we ship a purchased item to the Vendor for an outside process (coating etc) and then afterwards we receive it back from Vendor ready to sell. How to organize that case in the system in order to calculate costs correctly and track the item?

Hello!Our company has employees who defer to both a traditional 401K and a 401K Roth.  Our company match is 50% of the deferrals, up to 3%.  How do I set this up so it takes both the 401k & Roth in to account?  If someone is deferring 6% to their 401K and 6% to their Roth, we want the max match to be 3% between the 2. Thank you in advance for any help!

Hello everyone, I am playing around with the mobile app with warehouse management. I am trying to use the scan and transfer function to transfer between warehouses but the scan and transfer function seems to only allow transfer between locations in a single warehouse. Is there a way to bypass this? Is there any work-around? Thank you

Are there companies or freelancers that Acumatica users call on to create customizations, do you depend on your partner, do you have someone in-house? I’m curious if partners are all at the same level and what the expectation is for customizations. I have a request that I would consider very simple for someone knowledgeable. I have sent the request to our partner, waiting for response, but depending on their workload/knowledge/skills, it may not be something they are interested in helping me with or it may be a long way out on their timeline. All I want is to automatically print labels for PO receipts. I thought this would be easy as other software packages we have used have had this. We do not have the WMS and the existing manual Inventory Item Labels are cumbersome to process and would waste a ton of labels since it prints a whole page.

I have a customer who wants to restrict user’s ability to modify another user’s record.For example, if one user creates a sales order, another user (who is also able to create sales orders), cannot modify someone else’s order.Is this possible?

2 of our customers have asked us to hide the Update IN and prepare invoice screen on the shipment screen.I tired to do this with permissions but am not well versed in it. After some research, it looks like I will need to do it through a custom work flow.Is this the right way to do this? Can I tie different workflows to specific roles? If not, do I just create a new screen based on it, add it to the site map and tie that to the role?All advice appreciated and thanks in advance.
