Will we need a subscription to Aatrix to pull in the latest tax tables?  We will not need the service they provide to produce our W2s/W3, or payroll tax returns for the quarters and annually.While testing the system, the EEO-1 report will not generate info?  Is Aatrix needed for this?How does the tax tables get updated?

I want to save ID in the database and retrive description in PXSelector can anyone please help me here.So I want to store costModifierId in the DB and Show costModifierName in the UI.  

Since we upgraded to 2021R2 Build 21.211.0033 and also now to 2022R2 we get an error when we UNMATCH ALL and SAVE in Process Bank Transactions. Is there anyone else who has also experienced this error?The only why now to Unmatch is if I go line by line to and Unmatch. On my Cash Account for the bank in question all my Entry Types are linked to a Tax Zone. I even created ZZZ - No tax line, just to have a value in the field.

We have a requirement from the client that during the customer sync from Acumatica to Shopify, Connector has to split the first and last name of the customers from the Account name with reference to the first space starting from left. For e,g. Hi everyone,Would like to check 3 questions related to Timesheet :We are checking if there is any possibilities out of the box in Acumatica 2022 R2 to approve Project Tasks instead of approving in Project level where the project manager can review the project tasks first prior to publishing it for the employee to enter their timesheet?And is there anyway that the project manager can reject particular timesheet in a particular line item in the project task instead of rejecting everything at one in the whole week?( The employee is sometimes confuse on which timesheet that is actually rejected in the line item. )Is there anyway to rename the menu in acumatica? if we want to rename the word “TimeCard” in the menu to something else. Thanks a bunch. 

I have installed Acumatica on dozens of laptops running Windows 10 without any issues. I’ve tried installing it on Windows 12 Server and Windows 19 Server and whilst it installs I cannot login to the site.I’ve tried it with the database on the same server or a different server, running the site on port 80 or 443 using different browsers, but everything ends up generating the same error.After entering the default username and password (admin, setup), press enter, after a few minutes it errors:

Hi, I’ve been trying to set up a dunning fee for dunning letters. The following is the dunning setup: Then I prepare the letter and prepare to release it: But when I release it the fee reference number is not generated and there is not dunning fee invoice either: Am I making a mistake somewhere causing the dunning fee to not be created?Side note: Are dunning fees always fixed price? Are there other options for calculating the fee, say based on a percentage of the amount overdue?Any help and insight will be deeply appreciated, thanks.

Hi,I need to import about 5-6 Service Order Types in Service Billing under Customers. My import scenario is only doing one line item. Here is a screenshot below. What is the trick to importing multiple line items in one import scenario. Let me know.     

When entering payables (bills to be paid) there is a lovely search box that you can type in an order number and it pulls in any transactions matching that PO.Unfortunately, the purchase receipts screen is not the same can be a nightmare (especially for those that have multiple warehouses).You have the option to use the small search functions within each section (i.e. “Type” “Order Nbr.” “Date” “Status” etc. – see below), however, the problem with using those is that the search history stays for the next purchase receipt you do and therefore the purchase receipt screen comes in completely blank.Ultimately, we need the same search box needs to be available within the Purchase Receipts screen as in the Bills and Adjustments screen. Are there any guides on how I might be able to add this search bar to the “Add Purchase Order” screen?

Regarding Acumatica APII am developing an app with Sales Order update functionality, I’m appending customer order number with P.O number provided in ecommerce site upon order.The problem is every time I try to update the Sales Order it is not updating. Upon searching for documentation and reference, I read a comment on one forum that PUT request will not work if Order type is not SO. With this I just want to verify if this is correct or if it is, is there a way to update it? Thank you!

I was asked by the company I do customizations for if Acumatica can be customized using JavaScript and CSS.I know you can use CSS for reports, but I don’t think you can use it for the ASPX pages.  I also don’t think you can use JavaScript.Can someone please confirm?

Hi guys,If I have a company structure like the picture below with 3 layers (note that A and F have more than one locations), how should I create them in Acumatica system?I was thinking 2 ways.1. if I create A-G as ‘companies’ and for the locations of A and F I create branches, the question is: where do I generate the consilidated financial statements?2.If I create A as ‘company’ and B-G as branches, how do I create 3 layers? I mean, if B-E are branches, I don’t see a way to generate a ‘subbranch’ for F and G.Could anyone help me here? Thanks!

I was able to mass expire sales prices, but I updated them to the incorrect expiration date. Below is my current import that only works when the expiration date is null. I need it to update the specific record IDs that have the incorrect expiration date with the correct expiration date. Any ideas?

We have multiple companies with different warehouse. Users are restricted to their own companies/WH . But for the Stock Availability checking we should be able to View (Only View) how much stock is available in other warehouses. How to achieve this without creating separate User Name.

I have a Scorecard on a dashboard that show ordered that were invoiced yesterday. In the parameters for the scorecard I have Created On is equal to @Today-1.This has been working until today (November 1, 2022). This morning the score card shows 0 invoices created yesterday, when there was one created. If I change the parameter to Created On is equal to 10/31/2022 the score card shows 1 which is correct.Is there some issue with @Today-1 when at the beginning of a new month, or is there a better may to automatically pull yesterday from the score card parameter setting?

We have recently updated from 2020 R2 to 2022 R2 (don’t ask) and my dashboards have gone wonky.  I had many score cards with color coding - most are not visible now.  I can’t figure out why.  If I change them to meters they work fine, but as scorecards they show up - at best - like the KPI on the right of my screen shot (black text on white background), but the vast majority show as white on white unless they’re moused over.  I tried deleting one and adding it back in, but the results were the same.  Hopefully someone can help!  Thanks!left score card is being moused over 

Hello Friends,How do I configure a custom-built report to send off Monthly/Weekly using business events or automation schedules? My report does not come up in the screen name selector in the Business Events.I tried using automation schedules, but I’ve been told those might be going away. Also, I couldn’t find any of my parameters in the Automation Schedules either. This report I want to send out will have 140 parameter iterations, so it’d be REALLY nice if there’s a way to run an import scenario for this in either the business event or the automaton schedule.Thank you for helping!

I’m creating a new Customer but I want to change the Customer Class ID different from the default Customer Class ID.When the new value is assigned, I got a Web Dialog Warning. I want to answer Yes to that dialog programmatically, how can I do it?I’m getting an Exception because I can’t answer Yes to the dialog.
