Hi Everyone, I am adding a new employee in acumatica. After I saved the document, the system generate a new ref nbr.but, when I go back in the Employees Generic Inquiry. I didn't see any details for Employee E00424. Is there any set up I need to reflect the employee set up? Thank you !!!

Hello,      Acumatica has its B2B online portal, which customers can place orders directly. However, for a same single portal, it looks like all orders will be assigned to the same branch, which is portal default branch.            We are having multiple branches and serving different customers.Is there a way that the orders to assigned to its specific supporting branch?   

My company recently switched from Sage 300 to Acumatica. Acumatica is far superior, however, Sage 300 had a feature I liked to use that is missing from Acumatica. Provisional posting. I would like to see this added.

I have set up an approval in request with 3 steps: Approval Level 1 (<1K), Approval Level 2(1K-2K), Approval Level 3(>2K).  How can I also set up the notification such that after level 1 approve for <1K (request status becomes open), level 2 and 3 does not need to approve, but system will send notification to notify the level 2 and level 3. And also, after level 1 and level 2 approve(1K-2K), level 3 does not need to approve, but it will send notification to notify level 3 that request has been open.

HiI have the BigCommerce (BC) connector.I import Sales Orders from BC using an Order Type called EO.I have EO type setup to go ONHOLD when createdI created a Business Event of type Record Inserted on a GI to remove the hold using an Import Scenario.When I create EO on SO301000 screen by hand, the BE triggers fine. Within 3 seconds.When I create EO using BC, nothing happens. The new EO appears on the GI, meaning it pics it up, but the BE never triggers.I have seen this behavior before on other functions where a transaction that’s created programmatically DOES NOT trigger a BE.Why is that?

Does anyone know of a method or 3rd party product that will integrate Paypal with Acumatica so that a refund on a Paypal payment can be initiated in Acumatica instead of requiring this to be done directly in Paypal?

I am perusing the available out of the box sales order reports like the sales order summary.They all seem wrong and do not adjust for discounts on the orders.All of the totals are wrong on every report.Am I missing something?

I am making updates to various tables in AR.  After making the changes, I want to recalculate customer balances using the ARIntegrityCheck graph.  I created the graph instance.  My goal is to “check” the box on the customer number I want to recalculate.  After I initialize the graph, all of the caches are empty.  When you open the screen, the grid is populated with all the customer id’s.  I thought that by creating the graph instance, the caches would be populated through the events on the graph.I’ve tried everything I can think of to get the graph “loaded”.As per below, I am trying to get a current record for the customer number I am updating.  I set the checkbox to true for Selected and update the current.At the end, I click the Process button using a technique I found on Stackoverflow.  I get a PXAction exception because I don’t think there is an “action” on the graph I can call.var arIntegrityCheck = PXGraph.CreateInstance<ARIntegrityCheck>(); //arIntegrityCheck.Load(); //arI

Hi,We have a bunch of open bills that were already paid outside of the system.  We basically went live with Acumatica but did not use the system properly.  Is it possible to get them “paid” in Acumatica with printing checks and/or batching?

My query was working properly until I changed my Acumatica password.  Now I am receiving an error that the credentials provided do not authenticate.  How do I update the credentials within the odata feature?

Is there a limit on the number of branches you can have per company?  If so, what is the limit? Thank you.

Hi All, In a dropshipping instance, A sales order had been received for a 1000 quantities and based on that PO order and GRN were prepared. Is there a way to increase the sales order quantity in  such a scenario? The scenario can be summarized as follows,Sales Order original qty 1000 (drop ship) PO created PO Received – Qty Received 900 Customer increase the order qty to 1200What is the best way to handle this, without creating a new SO Line or another Sales Order?Thanks

Hi All, I have another question about Inventory Summary and Inventory Valuation Report. I just realized that the amount in those two reports are not the same. Please refer to the screenshot documents below:In Inventory Valuation Report, the total cost is $80,109.09 which is the correct. However, when I opened Inventory Summary to see the Estimated Cost per unit. Instead of the total cost is $80,109.09, the total cost in Inventory Summary is $80,108. Hello,While working with fBQL or BQL I have often wanted to see what exactly the equivalent SQL statement be. Hello All, I’m relatively new to developing Acumatica screens. I am working on a custom processing screen that will update on hold invoices post date to a date the user chooses. This updates invoices uploaded through the system via an API where a custom field was added to have these imports batched together. These batch numbers are stored in a custom table that I load on the processing form to enter the post date and then load invoices and update said post date based off a join with the batch number. I’ve got my DAC created, graph started, and screen created. However, I’ve hit a brick wall as to why the fields are don’t allow me to edit on the custom screen. Screen is just a grid with a process and process all button. See below for my settings, let me know if I can provide additional details outside of below, imagine whatever I’m missing I simply just don’t know to include. The field i’d like to be editable is “PostDate”. I get the following error when I try to prepare the import of stock items via an import scenario I created.   Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal The file I need to import is about 23k rows.  I copied the first 14 rows from the original file with the same headers and those 14 prepared and imported just fine.  I think it has to be some sort of formatting error but I cannot figure it out.  Has anyone else had this issue and was able to resolve it? Thanks,Jess

On a given service order, we can have up to 30 line items covering anywhere between 2 to 10 different appointments.  For the majority of these service items, they are not billable. But since there are some billable items on this service order, we are required to use a billable service order type. Is there anyway to set the default billable checkbox to be FALSE. That way we can go through and check the lines that are billable - rather than the other way around which will take much longer?

An employee recently departed from our company.  I need to know what unexpected / unintended consequences of disabling the departed employee as an Acumatica user. If the departed employee were to return can we “re-enable” him and he would have all of his histories, notes, set up? Can other employees access all of the departed employees work, notes, histories?    Are we better off leaving the departed employee active and just change his Acumatica password?

Hello I have issued shipment for delivery free item, I created 1 sales order with free item. The simulation, If the customer order with specific item n specific quantity, customer will get 1 free item .In these SO, the item for sales and item for free item from different warehouse .After SO created, the sales admin proceed for the shipment , coz the item from different warehouse we make 2 shipment in 1 SO .But, When we process shipment for Free Item, the quantity display 0. We checked the SO , free item show 1 unit .Anyone, please tell me how to solved it .

Hello,Is there functionality to default a sales order (or any other report for that matter) version based on the customer? The base requirement is to be able to dynamically change the format of the report and versioning makes the most amount of sense without creating multiple overlays within the same report.The idea would be that “Print Sales Order” would dynamically spit out the correct version without the user having to go in the report itself and select the version and then run it. Even if this needs to be a customization I would be curious if it’s possible.Thanks in advance,

Hey everyone,  need a little sanity check here.  Everything I’ve read, watched, etc. makes me sure that the Automated Replenishment process consist of starting with the Prepare Replenishment screen (IN508000), where we check items that have ‘Purchase’ as their replenishment source and a default vendor and ‘process’ them.  Then they should show up on the Create Purchase Orders screen (PO505000) where we can create the POs. Yet, on our Live site (2020 R1 Build 20.118.0007), only occasionally does one of the items show on the Create Purchase Orders screen and on two test sites (2020 R1 Build 20.109.0032) and (2021 R1 Build 21.108.0032) they don’t show up at all.  On the Prepare Replenishment screen, they get values in the Qty. Planned column.  If they are not on the Create Purchase Orders screen, where are all of those Qty. Planned items or documents?  Is there some setting that we’re missing, because we’ve gone over the end user and partner docs checklist multiple times, or do we have a

We want to start using “prepayments” of Vendor Purchase Orders.  However, our Vendors often over-ship or under-ship  the amount ordered on the Purchase Order.   If we use the Prepayment feature, and pre-pay the Purchase Order, how do we adjust and account for the over-payment or under-payment when the shipment arrives with more or less product than was on the pre-paid Purchase Order? 

Hello everybody,I have a question about the import scenario, why the <action: release> at the end of the scenario doesn’t work?  I would like to use the scenario bellow to import some Vendor invoices.  In the source provider, I mapped the vendor code, the GL account, subaccount, amount, etc, and the batch reference as key field to distinguish different batches.When I use the <action: save> (Action: Enregistrer) as the last action, which is proposed by default, everthing is going fine, I got different batches imported, detailed lines reassembled as I wished by the batch references, and in status “balanced”.But when I tried the <action: release> instead of <action: save>, things go wrong, and I don’t know how to fixe it.  It imports always only the first line, and on the second line I got the error message: “ the release button is not available”, no matter I checked or not the “commit” case. It would be really kind of you, If you have some ideas of where would be
