Previously we used Fedex ship manager and there was a field for department which we utilized for our sub accounts for categorizing expenses when the Fedex bill comes in.  Is there a way with the Acumatica FedEx shipping integration to be able to submit that field as well?

Anyone run into the package count column on the Shipments grid not displaying the package count from the field in the Shipment header? Client reported the issue, and it appears to also be an issue in my local demo system. Field is SOShipment PackageCount on GI grid and is located in the header of the Shipment screen. See screenshot from demo system. 207 shown on the shipment. None show in the packages column in the shipments grid. Thanks! 

I am posting this in case anyone ever has the same issue, they will know how to fix it.I have a customized version of AP301000 in R2020R2 Build 20.207.0012.  The page publishes and works fine.In the project editor, on my custom field, I entered a LabelWidth with a value of “M”.  This caused the page to error.  I unticked the checkbox on the LabelWidth propery.  The value [RESET] was automatically filled into the value field.  I saved the change and tried to preview and I got this error Steps to try to get rid of the error:unpublished all deleted the screen from the customization published the project restarted the application cleared cookies from the browser added the screen back into the project with no changes. clicked preview changes and I still get the error.I tried this in a different browser, same thing occurs.I also verified that after deleting and unpublishing, in the project editor, there was NO reference to AP301000 anywhere.  I checked this by going to File - Edit Project XM

We have open prepayment from last year. Check has been cleared from the bank. It looks like the accountant didn’t know how to adjust with bill and they adjusted payment without clearing prepayment. Now I cannot void, the check number linked is reconciled and closed.  How can i adjust this prepayment and cleared it from open A/P?  Thank you,Shankar

Hi is there an easier way to generate production tickets for the many levels of sub assemblies when using MRP for replenishing stock items?  Seems like a pain to run MRP Generation to create the parent, then keep re-running it over and over to generate all the children.  Any suggestions? thank you

Using 2020 R2A while back, I created a UDF on the Journal Transactions screen This value comes from a custom maintenance table.When a JE is posted, this field is no longer editable.I made a workaround by creating a custom form to allow the field to be modified.  The user clicks the UPDATE button to open a new screen to change the value on the JE.  However, that is clunky and not user friendly.You can’t use workflows on Journal Transactions.  So I added the field in the Automation Steps screen:Still no luck.  At least the Automation Steps was able to see my UDF!  

We have been on Acumatica for 2 years now, and we have been struggling with getting Acumatica to properly measure a project.  With our current setup, our cost are not applied to our budget, so we have to dump everything into excel and measure the projects manually.  We have been working with our partner on this and our trying our 3 setup to try to get it working. Ideally we would like the task to our project phasing, but the inventory Id seem to constantly be the issue.  When we put stock items to the project they don’t go against the material budget, they create their own line for the sku in the budget. This creates thousands of cost lines in multiple phases that don’t go against the material budget line. this was difficult to manage the project.We tired making the task the work breakout structure and using the inventory Id for the phase, but we run into the same problem.We are now testing task and cost code, but again we have the same issue with inventory and the cost breakouts are e

I have a situation where Users create an Invoice and leave this in Balanced Mode, they are then able to print and email the invoice to the customer. Once done they subsequently receive cash payments from the customer, but then go and delete the invoice (because its still in balanced mode). This gives rise to fraud. How can I disable the ability to print or email an invoice in hold or Balanced mode, and only allow for the invoice to be printed / emailed once released into the system?

Good day team, I have a import scenario that is working correctly, but it will give the error “4 items have not been processed successfully. View name: Document.” after the first record is imported sucesfully (I am testing with 5 Sales Order to import). On the Trace is giving the error “Failed to find record in TaxZoneZip for the given zip code: 43537” but if I add the Tax Category code for No Tax it will error out and not give any information. Part1 I hope maybe somebody can help me with this issue, as I see nothing wrong, and the testing with the Tax Category only made things worst.Note: If I import the scenario 5 times it will complete sucessfully, as it only does one line per import process, not the five. Thank you.

Hi all,I have gone through the Acumatica training material a few times on this but cannot find the issue. I have created a new screen with the corresponding DACs’ as per the T210 and T220 training material. I have setup the entire DAC with a master-detail relationship setup but get the following error when trying to create a new item.Error: Inserting  'LTFGItems' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. I try to update stock items screen, the LAST COST, by scenario. But the system shows me Failed to convert parameter value from a String to a Decimal.I have changed the format to numeric…. and many formats.Someone knows how to solve it.thank you

A service organization with set work teams will have the same team members on all of the team’s appointments.  On the calendar board, there will be one row (or column, depending on display setting) for each team member.  Most of these rows will be redundant.  Is there any way to eliminate or hide redundant calendar board rows?  Could the rows be limited to the employee selected as the primary driver on the staff tab, perhaps?

We have a problem when correcting time cards after they have been approved and released. It appears where we have work items associated with a task we get the error "The Employee Labour Cost Rate has not been found". So we cannot release the card. We don't have this problem if the work item is not associated with a task.Have you come across this before? Any ideas on a solution, please?  

I have an AR Credit Memo stuck in a reserved status. It was initially created to process a refund but another AR credit memo was created in its place. The refund was processed and attached to the replacement CM and those two documents are closed.The AR Credit Memo is not applied to anything and all options on the actions, inquiries, and reports menus are grayed out. It is a part of a batch that was posted to the GL which makes me believe that the document was released before it was reserved. Any ideas on how to get this document out of reserved status? Our end goal is to delete it or close it out with a debit memo.

Has anyone run into problems attempting to set E-sign synch to an automation schedule? A customer running 2021 R1 managed to get the package installed and configured his Docusign to work with it but he finds that the automation actually never triggers the synch to occur. I duplicated this on a demo setup (each history lists 0 items processed). No conditions are listed. I’ve watched a few videos online and never found someone demonstrating the schedule feature, only mentioning that there is one. Before I file a support ticket I wanted to ask if anyone has run into the issue or was successful making scheduled synch work.Thanks!
