How to retain percentage format when exporting ARM report to Excel

I did a test and the % stays formatted in this report, when exported to Excel:

The Column Set looks like this:

Row Set has no formatting:

Thanks @laura01 that works however when the percentage value below 1% the leading zero is missing. What's format to also retain the leading zero?
