Hello,We are a construction company and are new Acumatica customers. Does anyone know if Acumatica has a way to track lost hours/productivity for Construction Projects?

Has anyone found a way to set up a PO approval based on USD when the the PO’s can be in multiple currencies.  That is we need to have approval on PO over $20,000 USD regardless of the PO currency

I need to have business events for the Shipments screen (SO302000). Build 21.116.0049.Type -- Trigger by Record Change. Raise Event -- For Each Record. But the screen does not trigger any business event.I've tried the simplest conditions (like Record Inserted or Changed), without any subscriber. But events didn't been triggered.I've tried to use a simplest GI and to create event on GI. Not triggering.Then I restore the snapshot of the system on my local PC.And on the local system the screen triggers b.events with any complicated condition with any complicated subscriber.There are no other active b.events for the screen. There is no customization for the screen.Any ideas why events are not triggering on?

Hi!We are on Build 21.212.0039 with customizations for: ProcoreBuiltCustomizationPackage2021R2V3,VelixoConnectedAppConfigWhen clicking [Initialize Stock] from “Recalculate Project Balances”, does it matter whether the projects are selected or does it run for all projects? For us, we selected the first screen of projects, but after clicking [Initialize Stock], all but the first project was selected and the process completed successfully.Thank you,Dave Z

Hi, I would like to create an MRP Exception Inquiry that is exactly the same as the standard Acumatica MRP Exception screen. As on my mrp exception inquiry I would like to include additional fields like the inventory item attributes. Anyone can advise? Thanks alot!

I have DeviceHub configured successfully with printers, but when I add a usb scale it exceeds the API request limit all on its own after a minute or two. Seems like devicehub is updating the SMScale table with the scale weight, but then forgetting to log itself out after??Does anyone have any ideas? TY!! 

Good day! In Acumatica Open University Course T200, the user is instructed to create a Customization Project named PhoneRepairShop. However, a Customization Project named PhoneRepairShop has already been created in the preceding course T190. Should that pre-existing Customization Project be used, or should a new Customization Project be created with a different name?

All we have this issue and plan on up grading however I need to better understand how to utilize this GI. Has anyone utilized this in the past and can you give me some pointers?   

Is there an easy way to get non shipping (backordered) items to print on the pick list? We need visibility on the pick list so our warehouse people can look into other options when picking. Any help would be appreciated :)Thank you!

Hello Gang,As you may have noticed there is a logcal issue in Acumatica’s Approval Map Workflow injection to the Document workflow. In document worflow if an action is not allowed, its buttom is hidden but in Approval Map WF, the “Approve” & “Reject” buttons are always visible whether or not that user is an authorized approver. When user clicks on Approve/Reject then if not an authorized user, receives an error that “You are not an authorized approver!” What I want to do is to hide the Approve/Reject if the user is not an authorized approver. Here is my code. I do not get any error but the buttons are always visible. Acumatica forms delete buttons displays a delete confirmation when click on the recycle bin but in the data entry grids when user clicks on “-” or presses the “Delete” key the line is deleted without any prompt. I was wondering:is there any way to enable "Delete" prompt in Acumatica Data Enty grids without overriding the codes? orIs it possible to disable the “Delete” key press that doesn’t delete the row?The problem is it happens often users do not double click into a grid cell to highlight the test and then hit the delete button. They just click on the cell and press the delete buttom that results in deleting the whole row.

We can no longer post payments to our system. There was apparently some update which gave us this error message on our login screen: Warning: customization failed to apply automatically after the upgrade.In all honesty, this system is too buggy to be used. I am seriously thinking of switching to a program like Yardi, which specializes in Real Estate. Imperiam is just a mess. Anyone else having this issue where items are not loading in Payment and Applications? This has happened in the past because of an update.

Is there a standard data processing rate for stock items when syncing updates from Acumatica to BigCommerce via the native connector?We have over 150,000 SKUs in our database and we often mass update pricing for a large % of our items. The current rate we’re experiencing is only 5 items per minute. At this rate, it takes us 21 days to upload our changes to BigCommerce if we’re mass updating pricing on all records. Is this standard behavior or should performance be better?

I want to calculate commissions with some calculations.For one line item I want to deduct 20 from the base price and then calculate commission based on percentage. Can I limit a line item to be added only for one time in a Sales Order ? I need help on how can I implement this ?

I'm trying to upload an attachment to the endpoint bill in Acumatica Rest API but gets the error"Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object".I’m using the RestService class from  the Wiki page and the same PutFile function.Rs.PutFile("Bill", "bf73fde2-2a71-eb11-80bc-00155d79641e", "test.pdf", sr.BaseStream)The same call for stockItem works but not for bill?
