HiCreated a GI showing lots of details on projects and their cost and revenue budgets.    I can pick up the last invoice date ok but now looking for the date of the last cost transaction on the project anyone managed to populate this date?

We are starting to think about how we will utilize locations within warehouses to keep tighter tracking and control over where our items are physically located. In that context, we are trying to figure out what the actual workflow would be when it relates to performing physical inventory counts and review. I have read the documentation, but I'm wondering how to best think through the below scenario.Let's say to start, that we have 10 serial items across 5 locations (so let's assume 2 in each location). And assume that all these locations are in the same warehouse.2 weeks go by, and there is movement between these locations by way of the inventory transfer document process. But for this example, let's say that users didn’t perform the inventory transfer as they physically moved the items between locations 100% of the time.So at this point, where acumatica thinks the serial items are doesn't reflect the reality of where they are.So now we do Physical inventory for this warehouse (all 5 l

I see ones with employee totals, or totals for a particular pay period, but none that have company-wide totals. I am attempting to import Bill of Materials into Acumatica. The BOMs have Operations and Materials. Sometimes the Operation has materials and sometimes it is not needed. It is not a required field in Acumatica. However, the import is saying the inventory is required. Any ideas on how I could make the Material Inventory ID not required, but will add it if needed?

I have an Business Event looking for record changes in a simple Generic Inquiry, with an Import Scenario as the Subscriber.  The intent was to record both the current and previous values with the Import Scenario.  Having to choose either the Results or PreviousResults as the Provider Object seems to prevent access to the other.  Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hi, I am trying to customize or filter the Inventory ID Lookup on the Sales Order Screen (SO30100) by using SOLine_InventoryID_CacheAttached. Hi, I have a requirement where one field must be printed with some amount of line spacing between them, if the field length is long and uses many lines. Hi, upon checking the inventory transaction history, I have 100qty in with unit cost 133.69190. However, the next 12qty out becomes 133.69167. And the subsequent issue out unit cost becomes 133.69000. I thought if based on FIFO, the issue out cost should also be 133.69190, but value turns out to be different in the screenshot. Anyone can advise how the system calculates the 133.69167 and 133.69000 if my inventory valuation method is FIFO? Thanks alot!

Hello,History: One migrated project had an error in previously billed amounts and needed adjustments.I tested the planned correction in a test tenant first and had no issues, so proceeded to repeat the same steps in Live.I followed the normal project-retainage migration steps to first create an AR Invoice dated 4/20 using Receivables Migration Mode.  I used Project Migration Mode to import a Proforma, also dated 4/20. The proforma import worked and it’s connected to the newly created AR invoice. I created a PM Transaction, also dated 4/20, representing the Revenue amount added, using module = AR.   I turned off both migration modes and ran the Recalculate project process. Then I ran Billing for the project and it produced the next Proforma.  The AIA is good, our amounts are now corrected.However… an error appears when selecting the new proforma from the PL, and when selecting subsequent pro formas created in the same branch using the same numbering sequences. When an AIA billing is generated on a project with many items and some items don’t have any billings, the AIA report only shows billed items. Project owners want to see the AIA billing with all items, including those with no billings yet.I’m I missing an option to include all items on the AIA report or does this need to be a customization to the report?Here is the Revenue budget showing the item with no billing.Here is the AIA report missing the item above (this is one example, but many items have $0 billing and don’t show)
