Scenario:Whse A is use for storing Inventory ID 1 to 10 with primary item error for each location in this whse A;Whse B also stores Inventory ID 1 to 10 with primary item error for each location in this whse B;Whse C stores Inventory ID 11 to 20 with primary item error for each location in Whse C; Whse A is supposed to transfer Inventory ID’s 1 to 10 to Whse B, but the whse clerk who transacted the 2 step transfer have mistakenly chosed Whse C as destination warehouse(which was supposed to be Whse B) and the transaction was released. Inventory IDs 1 to 10 is already in “in goods in transit”Please advise what can be done to in-transit goods, can this be cancelled?How?Note: We are trying to avoid creating a virtual location in whse C just to receive the wrong transfer and trnsfer in again from Whse C to Whse B. please advise.Thank youLen 

If you copy and paste into a Note field it will keep the formatting from the source document.  But when you print the note field in report designer it creates some funky formatting.  Does anyone know if it is possible to keep the original formatting like below right?

Hi all, I want to write a program to fetch invoice via Acumatica openAPI and send to clients. My problem is after send invoice to clients, I want to add a note to the invoice in the Acumatica. I checked openAPI and can not find any endpoints related to modify invoice. I only found a /Invoice/{actionName} endpoint maybe can do that. Also I can’t find any action like add a note. Does anyone have any idea on this?

Hello,Is it possible to customize and change up the workflow on the Warehouse Automation directed picking, packing on the hand held scanners.  The default and current workflow is terrible, you need to keep scanning and the screen does not even show you much info.  There are no way to manual bypass by touching and selecting location / sku numbers.  Also there is no way to change the UOM when picking either cases or by each. We need to make the picking process as fast as possible.

I am wondering how to revalue inventory in ACU. I know I need to use the IN Adjust but still not getting the results I want. I have some items that have correct qty and the incorrect valuation. For these It would just have to remove all of the inventory at system cost, and when I add it back to I use IN Adj or IN receipt? I believe the issue I was having with IN adjust is the costing is tied to the receipt that you choose.We have a few items that have a value by no quantity. I am unable to do a IN adjust with a Qty of zero. The system does not create any transaction. How would I correct these issues?Thanks as always to a great community!

Recently updated to 2021 R2 and had Acumatica run the script to depreciate the previous Dummy Attribute requirement that we’d needed for managing single attribute matrix items. After upgrade and Dummy Attribute script removal, existing import scenario used to assign variant and variant value to individual stock items and connect them to correct template item produces a ‘View Name: Item’ error. Import Scenario Screen (IN-ReconnectMatrixItem)Pretty straight forward - Inventory ID, Template ID, Attribute1 and 2, Attribute Value 1 and 2.Import Scenario MappingThis was set up by our VAR, and has worked without issue until this release. Data Provider SchemeExcel Sheet used for ImportThe View Name: Item error doesn’t give much indication as to what might be wrong. Hello Gang,I have a class that I call it many times. in some case it returns null when I know it should return value. I know that because until the point “approval” it is returning the result, it has value but when its result assigned to a variable “approvalBase” becomes null. We are trying to download a report of all Available Qty but can only seem to find a report that shows On Hand Quantity. Any suggestions?  I want the available qty as that shows everything that is available to sell where as the on hand quantity will show all inventory (even inventory allocated to a sales order).

Acumatica has been running slow for the past week. We are newer customers so I can’t imagine we would have reached some usage limitation. Is anyone else experiencing a slow down in the system? I know it isn’t our internet. We are getting 300 MB down and 150 MB up.

is there a way to reprint an ASN label after it’s already been completed. I know I can reprint if it’s not completed but not when it’s totally finished.

Hi, I have a requirement where, when a user selects a certain project task, cost code and account group under Cost Budget Tab in Projects Form, when creating a transaction in Bills and Adjustments form the same combination of those three fields must be entered by the user, if not an error message must pop up saying the combination is incorrect. Hello Everyone, I have to add existing service order columns to the service order window in calendar board screen. This screen has a complete different mechanism compared to other acumatica screens.The aspx contains separate HTML screen in it, but how can we override it from the customizaiton package.All the service order window columns are available in TooltipserviceOrder.html page, but how can I add it to the customizaiton package? Can we override this like other existing acumatica screens? What is the proper way to override FS300300 screen to add new columns.     

Hi,I am editing the SO Invoice report SO643000 and adding in packing info to the invoice so it will show what item is pack to which Skid or Box. After finishing my whole setup, it would work great for invoices. However it now product a blank report when the document type is Credit. Examples below:Credit Memo:Invoices (Boxes):Invoice (Skid)I know the main issue is when I apply SOShipLineSplitPackage.PackedQty filter to IsNotNull, it somehow takes away information from Credit Memo. I have tried to change the filter to apply IsNull for Credit Memo and IsNotNull for INV, but it did not work.   Does anyone have suggestion on what I can do to achieve below logic, either with Filter or another way?If it is Invoice, PackedQTY is not empty If it is Credit Memo, PackedQTY is empty.Thank you,Calvin

We have an existing customization on a Processing Screen tied to a custom Button (T240 went sideways here and never got around to discussing an actual Process button hook), and it works perfectly.Attempting to move the custom code to the Process button isn’t working-.In an attempt to troubleshoot, we want to start with a brand new template and see the Process button in action--can’t get this to work.  The new customization can inherit the code fairly easily, but we need a functioning Process button on a Processing screen.Any hints (or sample code) for a “default template” for a Processing Screen?

Hi,I am working on the invoice report and have modify in a way to show which shipment each item is in on the print out. I have figure out most of the logistic and is currently stuck at grouping the item together instead to have it spill to each line. See below of the current print out of the reports. Screen shot A is when the shipment type is SKID; Screen shot B is when the shipment is ship as Box. A)In this scenario, I would want all Items to show only once with the 2nd detail section to show more than one line per item. As you can see, the skid 1 for TQ002 have 2 boxes and each have their own packed amount. I am not sure how I can link the schema to provide the logic to only show the Item@ only once. B)In this scenario, the shipment is shipped as boxes. For item SM3000T3-Neon, it was shipped as 7 boxes. I would like all the box numbers (7 total) to show under Box column and in only one line of SM3000T3-Neon instead of showing up 7 times, which makes the calculation for QTY and price

Hi ACU community, My company is upgrading from 2021 R1 to 2021 R2 in the upcoming months. I was wondering what the main improvements are? We currently are using the construction module. We like to stay N-1 on upgrades to eliminate any bugs, if it is not worth the upgrade we may wait for the 2022 R1.  Thank you,KT 

I have some specific questions about about how Acumatica developers manage customization projects, in particular those that involve custom C# classes and are developed using Visual Studio:  How do you manage your code repository and versioning for Acumatica customizations? Would you recommend using the built-in Azure DevOps tools in Visual Studio to manage Acumatica customization code?   Do you have any advice for maintaining multiple different versions of a customization project that correspond to different Acumatica builds?   What’s the best way to manage multiple development sandbox instances for multiple clients? Is this usually done on a virtual machine?   Do you have any general advice for QA / testing specifically in Acumatica?  How would you set this up for a small team without a dedicated testing engineer?Any insight or advice on these questions would be greatly appreciated!

Yesterday our client informed me that there is an issue with using Gmail for sending large volume email-based communications from Acumatica. They were trying to send some 4500 statement emails when they encountered the following Gmail error: Too many login attempts. Please try again later.  From my reading up, this error is possibly caused by each statement email sent creating a login attempt to the Gmail account. 2 questions on this:Does Accumatica have a config SMTPKeepAlive, which will allow the already created SMTP connection to be reused (without having to re-login each time)? If it does, is this configuration switched on? Is this an issue you have encountered before with Accumatica, and if so how was it resolved?
