Hi, upon checking the inventory transaction history, I have 100qty in with unit cost 133.69190. However, the next 12qty out becomes 133.69167. And the subsequent issue out unit cost becomes 133.69000. I thought if based on FIFO, the issue out cost should also be 133.69190, but value turns out to be different in the screenshot. Anyone can advise how the system calculates the 133.69167 and 133.69000 if my inventory valuation method is FIFO? Thanks alot!

Hello,History: One migrated project had an error in previously billed amounts and needed adjustments.I tested the planned correction in a test tenant first and had no issues, so proceeded to repeat the same steps in Live.I followed the normal project-retainage migration steps to first create an AR Invoice dated 4/20 using Receivables Migration Mode.  I used Project Migration Mode to import a Proforma, also dated 4/20. The proforma import worked and it’s connected to the newly created AR invoice. I created a PM Transaction, also dated 4/20, representing the Revenue amount added, using module = AR.   I turned off both migration modes and ran the Recalculate project process. Then I ran Billing for the project and it produced the next Proforma.  The AIA is good, our amounts are now corrected.However… an error appears when selecting the new proforma from the PL, and when selecting subsequent pro formas created in the same branch using the same numbering sequences. When an AIA billing is generated on a project with many items and some items don’t have any billings, the AIA report only shows billed items. Project owners want to see the AIA billing with all items, including those with no billings yet.I’m I missing an option to include all items on the AIA report or does this need to be a customization to the report?Here is the Revenue budget showing the item with no billing.Here is the AIA report missing the item above (this is one example, but many items have $0 billing and don’t show)

Hello,      I have a need to find out the top 10 items with the most sales qty drops comparing to last month.It could be done by sum up the figures group by item this month---------Result 1And sum up the figures group by item last month-------Result 2Then, I can do caculate in excel by comparing result 1 and result 2.       I am just wondering is there any way that I can get the final result directly in Acumatica with GI or Report?       Thank you in advance.

New to Acumatica. My question is why is my Depreciation calculation not reducing the asset cost for salvage value before calculating depreciation.  The report reads asset cost = depreciable value on an asset with a declared salvage value.

Hi,I tried to customize the Account Summary screen (GL401000) by adding an extra financial period field to the header without success. I want to add a period to and from field so I can run the Account Summary by a date range versus one period. What is the correct way to add this customized field or it cannot be done without a change to the code? Let me know. I tried to publish multiple customizations but it failed each time. Here is the screen shot. I want to add another Period Field. Let me know.  

Howdy all,I’m looking for support on showing some additional customer aging data on the Invoice Form (AR641000).Ideally I’d show these fields:Customer Current Balance Invoice Amount Customer Current Balance - Invoice Amount as “Revised Balance” I *think* what I want to do is add a subreport to the invoice form (AR641000) that references the Customer Documents Total filed from the AR Balance by Customer Report (ar632500). But I’m not clear how to access that exact field value:But I’m not sure what the best way to proceed is in order to recreate the field “$CustomerBal” and add it to the Invoice as a subreport.Or, should I try and do the linking within the current report so I can have “$CustomerBal” interact with the invoice total field? Would be curious to hear what others would do.Thanks for the ideas!

I facing the issue with the unitcost field where datatype is decimal(25,6) and in the DAC, i have used [PXDBDecimal(typeof(Search<CommonSetup.decPlPrcCst>))]. In Company Screen i have set Price/Cost  = 4 still its defaulting 6 decimal place. please guide if missed any thing to default from the company set up.

I am very new to Acumatica, I have inherited a lot of reports in which I want to update the formatting. One thing I’m stuck on is how the coding works on formatting the date. I changed the formula to this (see below). It currently reads as: I want to change the format to include a “/” or a “-” inbetween the month and Year. Another thing I want to do is to just have the last 2 digits of the year if possible so it can look like this “08-22” or at least be able to read as “08-2022”. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is it possible, with core financials in Acumatica, to set these companies in the same tenant? I am thinking this might be an issue or I might be missing something.  Thanks

My client recently began using AP Approvals. Specifically, they added an AP Approval Map to the AP Preferences form under the Approval tab and activated it.  Since doing so, when an AP Bill is entered and saved and taken off hold, it moves to a Balanced status as normal.  However, we’ve noticed that they are no longer able to add new lines to the Bill, change dates or vendor locations, etc….all things that can normally be done for a Balanced AP Bill.If we deactivate the approval map on AP Preferences, we can go back to the same Bill whose fields were greyed out and no lines could be added or changed or deleted, put it on hold, then take it back off hold, and now all those fields are available for editing again and new lines can be added, etc.If we reactivate the approval map and do the same thing - put the Bill on hold and then take it off hold again - we are back to the fields being greyed out and no lines changes are allowed.If it matters, this Bill is not subject to the approval map
