Business Accounts (CR303000),What is the difference between CR303000; FILES tab, ADD LINK vs File Browse/Upload buttonsIs the difference that FILES allows a file to be uploaded for the first time while ADD LINK allows a previously uploaded file to be linked to the specific case?I logged in as an ADMIN, and when I clicked 'ADD LINK' I viewed a number of files.When another, (NonAdmin) User has a Business Account in focus, and click FILES >> ADD LINK, he is returned to his Dashboard.Does this indicate a missing or incorrect setup element?

Does anyone know how to get the Mobile App to allow the picking of inventory from a different location than what is defaulted on the shipment?  It seems you should be able to pick inventory from any location in which the item has quantity on hand, but it does not appear to allow for the scanning of any bin location other than what is specified on the shipment. 

 When you add material to a BOM it will default the material line description to the then-current description from the stock item.(we leave it in our process) If that stock item’s description is subsequently updated it does NOT change the description on the BOM. While I understand why this is (the BOM description is technically a unique description of that stock item on that BOM, not a reference back to the stock item’s description) Is there a simple way to “refresh the BOM descriptions from the current stock item descriptions”? Thanks! -Matt

I attempted to enter a negative A/P billing but got an error.  Then I tried entering a Debit Adjustment but it disables the retainage field.

A purchase requisition is created with the warehouse “Service”.On the shipping tab, the warehouse is identified as Service.As soon as we select a vendor on the Bidding tab, the Warehouse above changes to a different warehouse as well as on the lines within Line Details. Why is the warehouse changing as soon as we select the Vendor on the bidding tab? We have checked SKU defaults & vendor defaults and neither of these are specifying a different warehouse.  

Can someone explain the purpose and use of the non-stock inventory items in Acumatica? Our organization owns a diverse quantity of equipment (heavy machinery, testing, mechanical) that we use on projects and need to be able to charge each job for the use of this equipment for AR invoicing purposes.  We are trying to process these pieces of equipment to projects for AR Invoicing using the Equipment Time Card in Acumatica.We are being told that they only way to accomplish this is by listing these equipment items as non-stock inventory in Acumatica. Is this correct, or how should we go about this?

​We are trying to use the new oData v4 to integrate with an Dataself, but when trying to pull metadata there are no keys for the ARInvoice table, as shown below in the screenshot.  We can make direct calls to the table using queries similar to the following and get results.  Is there a reason there aren’t any keys listed in metadata for ARInvoice?MetaData showing ARRegister, ARInvoice & SOInvoiceAll of the following requests return results with both the DocType and RefNbrThanks,Kurt​

I would like to include the CreatedDateTime field in a PXSedlctor Dropdown, however I am having some challenges.Initially I added some UI attributes to the standard CreatedDateTime field, this led to some confusing errors. So, I moved on to a non-priested read only field that would return the value of CreatedDateTime. [PXDateAndTime(DisplayMask = "G")] public virtual DateTime? Hi, i encrypted the “TaxRegistrationID” field for vendor with a customization project using this Acumatica Article: https://www.acumatica.com/blog/technical-tuesday-encrypting-fields-acumatica-database/I replace the PXDBString attribute with PXRSACryptString . Now the field is encrypted in the database but in the UI we can see the real value. Thats what we wanted.If i make an api call to Vendor end point i do get the real value but if i export the vendor or add the field to a GI i get the encrypted value.How can i get the real value in the GI?

A client with an existing Shopify store connected to their legacy ERP uses variants but they do not wish to utilized Matrix items in Acumatica.  Instead the just want to have each variant as a individual SKU in Shopify.  The Shopify help says to delete the variants and the default.  They want to continue to sell the SKU’s in their store. For example SKU 1234 has ‘’, A , and B as variants and they want to have them as1234, 1234A, and 1234B as individual SKUs

Say production ticket AM01 has two 2 ops, 10 and 20.. labor A  on his clock entry put in finish 5 pieces, and supervisor release the labor ticket.. therefor RM and overhead and labor all posted to GL.one day later, it turns out that A actually only finish 4 pieces instead of 5 in op 10how to correct this?Z

Hello, we are a service company, we use the Services module in Acumatica. We have a challenge of calculating the WIP for the service orders that currently open. Currently, there is no way for us to calculate the WIP because most of the transactions that happen are not date stamped. Anyone else come across this issue? Thank you

I need to override a piece of Acumatica’s Approval process that prevents from Apprving a Rejected document. Not sure why Acumatica has put this control in place but it happens many times for us that a documents gets rejected to add some supporting documents and when documentation completed, then this document can be approved. This seems like it should be straight forward but I’m not seeing where the issue is.I have a file with Vendor Code and a name.  I’m trying to update an existing vendor record to add the name to the General → Primary Contact → Name field.  The import scenario doesn’t report any issues but also isn’t updating the field - and no contact is added to the vendor. None of the vendors have a contact record at this point.I can type a first and last name into the field on the screen with no issues.Build 20.210.0044
