Is there a way to auto-number employee ID’s? I looked through Numbering Sequences and Employee Classes Preferences without luck. I’d like the person setting up new employees not have to find the last number to assign the sequential one after that.

Hi,Is there ability in Acumatica to add custom payment methods to customization project packages ?If it is possible how can I add custom payment methods to package ? 

I’m overriding on of Acumatica methods. This method is triggered when “Remove Hold” action is called. The method clears all records from Approval table. I would like to keep this records. So I have added a trigger on the table that restores any deleted record. My method is called after Remove Hold does it work. I would like to access the records restored by trigger and manipulate a certain record. What happens I can see the record exist in DB when I select from query analyzers but my method is not being informed and returns null value. How can I address this issue?

Anyone have ideas on a good subaccount structure for Construction - Electrical subcontractor. I see that branch, service type (revenue) and dept (expense) are typically used in Acumatica especially in the training guides. However, with a smalls subcontractor department really aren’t used. Most costs are linked to a particular job/project and expenses are simply company-wide overhead. Only one type of segment makes sense--service type. Anyone have other suggestions that I can consider? I am trying to create an approval map where if an employee belongs to a Purchase Approval Group then the PO is automatically approved by the Owner of the PO document.  I thought the way this worked was fairly simple; but apparently Acumatica does NOT work this way.  So I am looking for help to understand how to make this work.  Below is the logic in the Rule for the Condition I have set.Step Conditions:     If No Approver Found: Reject Document     Execute Step: If No Approvers Found at Previous StepsRule Condition:    EMPLOYEE          Workgroup     Equals      Purchasing Approval GroupRule Actions:          Approver:  EMPLOYEE FROM DOCUMENT         Employee: ((Document.EmployeeID.Selected))         On Approval : Complete StepAgain, what I WANT to happen is to reject all PO's that reach this step, except for the ones created by an employee in the workgroup Purchase Approval Group.But this does not appear to be the way that Acumatica works.What am I missing?Thank you in advance

I have a client that is trying to setup 2 work comp codes into his Payroll system in Acumatica. We are far from PR experts. Does anybody have any experience, knowledge in setting the employee/employer settings for these? they are on 2020 R2 system. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.

We are currently on 2022 R1, and plan on upgrading regularly. We were attempting to use Smartsheets for project management with Acumatica because of the built in integration. Smartsheets is no longer support, and was pretty far behind in capabilities. What project management programs integrate with Acumatica - we are Project Accounting only, NOT construction. Thanks!

In the column sets , the formula shows company name. but i would like to display the branch instead based on the parameters the users select. Any idea is there any formula i could use to get the branch? thanks in advance 

Looking to make a report that will print on a Zebra label.The only report parameter I need is Item # (InventoryItem.InventoryCD) and the the user should be able to select a single Item # for printing.This is the end goal - a 4”x6.75” label with the Item ID and Item Description.Need to be able to select and print a label for either Stock or Non-Stock Items. The report I’ve created gives me a look-up option for the item but when run the report, I get a label for every item in the system (and this is not my intent). I’m learning Report Designer through trial and error and this request seems so simple, yet I’m stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,If a PO has been entered with a certain unit cost, but I change this price when I enter the AP bill, does the status of the PO remain “Open” or will the status change to “Closed” as long as the quantities received and invoiced match? 

How can I have the disbursement matching to be 90 days before bank transaction date? Right now it will not change from 30 days therefore making it seem as if the checks are not in the system. 

Hello,We are in the midst of implementing the Commerce Connector from Acumatica(build 21.208.0032) to an existing BigCommerce store. We are implementing in phases, with the first phase being stock and non-stock items, and inventory levels. We have a custom built integration that imports orders from BigCommerce. Most of our products need to be Matrix items with only 1 variant. I have followed the steps outlined here:With the exception of importing the items as we already have the items created in Acumatica. When trying to update a stock item to be tied to a template item, I get the following error:I have been able to use that attribute to create new matrix items following our part number format. When I go to “Print Sales Order”, and then go to the Email option to choose a contact for the To: address, the default is to search the global list of contacts. Shouldn’t the chosen Contact for the Sales Order be pre-populated? And also, shouldn’t the short list be the Contacts attached to that Customer, as opposed to searching the entire Contact database?

Hoping someone can help. We are seeing issues where push notifications are not firing. we saw in the systems queue monitor that it’s flashing red. Looks like the queue size is exceeded. We have seen this before and don’t really know how we got it to resolve. Does anyone have a process that will produce a progress billing based on units in place instead of % complete?The concept is similar, but the SOV is based on Units and Unit Cost to calculate the amount.  Also, need to show Units Previously Billed, Units Billed this Period, Total Units Billed.  Each of those columns would then be multiplied by the Unit Price to calculate, Previous Amount, Amount this Period & Total Amount.

Is there a way to print a report designer report to a file?  I need a straight text file, not pdf and not Excel.  I also don’t want to use Export integration but this is the only way I’ve found so far.

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me to grey out the email field on invoices to customers who do not have an email set up in their profile.Customer was sending them to herself first to review them, and then would forward to the customer from her contact list??

I have added a custom Action Button “CustomApprove” that I press it through an event handler. This action button then displys a SmartP Panel “RoutingPanelDialogData” with OK/Cancel buttons. When user clicks on OK, I expect the method resume from the point displayed the smart panel but when I trace doesn’t hit this point at all.
