Hi,I wanted to get sum of all values in CASplit.CuryAmt field to display the Total Amount.these are the two tables that I wanted to get the line detail values.CASplit CAAdjAnd this is the new join I put to get the line detail values.  And this is the condition to get the Total Amount=Sum ( [CASplit.CuryTranAmt] )  But when I run the report, it duplicates all the value details in CASplit.CuryTranAmt field and added to the Total Amount.Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it? Thank you.

Hi Team,We are working with 20.221.0021 build and we have a requirement to use a default Ship Via on importing order from BigCommerce to Acumatica instead of using the Shipping Option Mapping grid. Can you please confirm if is it possible through Entities Mapping screen or the best possible way to do it.And if there is a way we can stop populating the Shipping Option Mapping grid. Thank you!

Hi, We have a customer who owns time & expense management and payroll. They would like to explore integrating the time entry in time and expense mgt with payroll. My only issue is that i can not seem to find a way for a released timecard to make it into the payroll system.Does time entry integrate with payroll or is the integration and export/import? Thanks 

Does anyone know if the customer portal has (or best way to accomplish if not) a searchable knowledge-base? Our customer would like to enable the portal for their customers and have the customers be able to search and retrieve solutions to common questions. Maybe a wiki accomplishes this?

Hi,There is case which describes cipher suites usage in Acumatica Saas.I need to clarify ciphers suites usage for Acumatica.The question is : if I am using such expression in code :ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = SecurityProtocolType.Tls12;Does it mean that I my application which integrates with Acumatica Saas uses  “TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384” and“TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384” ciphers, because these two cipher suites are supported under TLS1.2 ?If pointing SecurityProtocolType does not mean cipher usage, how it must be implemented ?Best regards,Thanks in advance 

Hi, I’m tryiung to do a GET request from:acumatica/entity/Default/18.200.001/invoice?$filter=CreatedDateTime gt datetimeoffset'2021-09-10T00:00:00.000-00:00' and Status eq 'Open' That returns the open invoices starting one date.Now I want to add a Balance component but I cannot make it works, I tried: CreatedDateTime gt datetimeoffset'2021-09-10T00:00:00.000-00:00' and balance gt 0ALSOCreatedDateTime gt datetimeoffset'2021-09-10T00:00:00.000-00:00' and balance=0 With no success, I’m pretty sure it is a simple thing, but I cannot find it How can I do it? Thanks,Ignacio

Hi all,I know this is a very basic question, but sometimes confuses our users. In the Sync History, we have the column ERP ID, and it can be easily understood to refer to the Stock Item SKU. But the details displayed are Item Descriptions, and you are not able to search items using SKU/ERP ID. Any reason why it was called ERP ID, though it was intended for Description or Product Names? :)Thank you  

I have recently noticed that two records dealing with two differents PaymentMethodID in our PaymentMethod table have the save NoteID value.I'm new in the Acumatica's world but it seems to me that a given NoteID value should be unique in its tenant.I have decided to change the NoteID value of one of my conflicting records but to do so, I have to check before for potential uses of this value in other tables. Am I exhaustive if I search for the value to be changed in all tables having a NoteID column or can NoteID values be also used in columns having an other name ?

On the form “MRP-Display” it is possible to create any order type regardless of the settings of the item.I have a planned purchase order because of the settings which is good. But it is possible to create a Production order based on this planned purchase order without any warning / error / infolog! Is there a set up to activate a plausibility check?  

Is there a way for us to create a generic inquiry, for this two table. Currently my project on the company is to set an approval map on the Sales Quotes based on the total amounts, and when printing the quote, the Approver name and their E Signature will be shown on the report. I want to use the subreport to get the approver name on the main report on the sales quotes. But my problem is how can i get the E Signature to be shown on the report.   

hi all, i would appreciate if anyone could assist or suggest any fixes. I am trying to check a custom bool field on a sales order split line using a business event triggered by an action off a GI.  the GI lists all allocated sales order split lines for a stock item marked as “requiring calibration” on the stock itemi check the line, actions - “Calibrate Line” which triggers a business event with an import scenario as a subscriber. the idea is to check the bow “Calibration Certificate Created” so that they don’t attempt to calibrate lines already calibrated. The event runs and fails with the entry below in the history.If i check the option in the history and “execute” the import runs successfully. If i run the import scenario as a stand alone scenario, it also is successful which points me down a route of an issue with it running as a business event from the action rather than a problem with the import scenario.  version is 2021R1 21.105.0023 any suggestions would be appreciated, import

Hi,I have run the inventory balance report with following parameters.  In the report, it shows 20 items under PO receipts. But there is no uncompleted PO receipts available. I’m unable to identify what is the quantity shown under the PO receipts. Could anyone help me to identify what is this quantity shown under PO Receipts ? Thank you,Dulanjana

Good Afternoon Everyone  Our company is currently on 2021 R1 (Build 21.115.0017) Construction Edition.  We are wondering if any company has the “Customer Order Nbr” field (Customer PO) on the sales order screen set to be a required field.  If so, is there a way to make this field required only if the customer requires a PO on their invoice?  If the customer doesn’t require a PO on their invoice, this wouldn’t be a required field on the sales order screen.  We welcome any ideas/feedback from the Acumatica community as we brainstorm options.  Thank you!

Nice day.I have a customization screen on mobile to get GPS Location of current user when they press a button. How can i access the user preferences of the logged in user in my business logic, I need the UserPreferences values in my RowUpdated event and want to do some customizations based on that. 

I want to default the value in Warehouse when a new row is Inserted. I have written FieldUpdated event on InventoryID, so when a item is selected i am able to default the warehouse. But Issue is when I try to add the items using the ADD ITEMS popup. There the value is set to the default stock-item’s Warehouse field and not to my desired Warehouse. Can anyone help he here. 

In the Warehouse settings screen, you define your Warehouse Locations in the Location Table. There is a field called “Path” in this table, but I can’t find an explanation anywhere of what this field does/what it means.In the Pick/Pack/Ship workflow, the handheld device keeps asking you to scan the nearest warehouse location. This never made sense to me, because there doesn’t appear to be anywhere in the system where you can tell it the distance between locations. So why would it care where you are currently, if it has no idea what the most efficient next location would be to send you to?So I’m wondering if this Path field maybe has something to do with Pick/Pack/Ship and its ability to distingish between Locations that are far away or close to one another? 

AS of yesterday our Acumatica Shipping process started to fail. I get this error message using Chrome. We have tried Firefox and get a different error, plus it is extremely slow. Any advice would be appreciated  

I have an item that we purchase through MRP and use in manufacturing. This item is in base unit LF and we purchase in Rolls. When purchasing in Rolls, you must buy a full roll - it is not divisible.In the Create PO pop-up, it converts the LF to Roll which is great but it doesn’t seem to round up and so the PO can’t be created.I must be missing something here. How can I get the quantity to round up? It should always be a full number (1,2,3,4,5 rolls, etc.)
