On the process bank transactions screen I can create AR payments. However, I don’t see a place to put the payment ref number, so I am getting an error when I process. I see that I can globally turn off this requirement in AR, but I don’t want to do that. I would prefer to have a spot to enter it. Am I missing something? 

Hi Team,I have created a custom field on Customers screen. Is there any feasibility to get this field under Field Name drop down, under Export Filtering tab, on Entities screen, for Customer entity. To control the customer export based on this checkbox.As if this checkbox is checked, those customers only should Prepare & Process. This I am trying to achieve on build 20.221.0021.

General contractor here. I was told by a trainer that we needed to select the “Require Single Project per Document” spec in AP Preferences. I don’t remember the reason, but when we enter bills, it makes our lives much more difficult to enter AP bills one project at a time. Is there any reason deselecting this option would be a negative thing?  Thanks,Hannah

I have situation that requires multiple document level discounts on 1 sales order. I have these document level discounts set to manual and unconditional. On the discount tab user would add the discounts from the list manually. I can add 1 but If I add a 2nd of same type I get error below when saving sales order. Is there a setting that allows for multiple of these type of discounts.AR Error: Only one Document Discount allowed.To clarify - I’m not speaking of automatic discounts that allow for line, group, and document on the same sales order. I’m speaking of 2 document level discounts set to manual.

Hello,I want to be able to display the POs linked to a production order.Generic Inquiry, reports that type of thing.I don’t seem to be able to inspect any element to find a DAC or anything.  I usually would be asking for the SLQ Table but I know that isn’t relevant for Acumatica hosted.How would I be able to determine this for elements I can’t inspect?Does anyone know what I am looking for?  I need a “table” with production order ID and the linked PO(s).Thanks!

So I am attempting to create a Generic Inquiry that would show a rollup of our Production Order. I want to see Materials and Labor issued to the “Job”. We have many order that can be nested 11+ levels deep. So I want to see the roll up to the “top Level” item. Has any one else accomplished this ? Would love to hear some others insight. 

I need a refresher...if you have Past Due PO’s, Work Orders, Sales Orders, etc., what does MRP do with the items on those orders. Does it skip over them by default or are they included?My purchasing team is thinking the item in the attached pics should have a Safety Stock requirement in the list but I’m thinking there are enough open PO’s that the system doesn’t see a need for a Safety Stock order yet.Hopefully someone in the community can offer some insight!

Prior to Acumatica, I worked with Dynamics SL.  I started my ERP career right out of college, when I was hired by Solomon Software to work in their call center (about 100 years ago before we had email or internet).I’m married to Jim, a science teacher, and we have 2 teenage boys. Our shipments in Acumatica are updating our BigCommerce sales order to a status of shipped.  If we cancel the order in Acumatica can the sales order sync the BigCommerce sales order to cancelled? 

We want to create a pop-up note for a customer on the SO screen if ever today is > { a custom date/time field value tracking a tax expiration date}. Is this possible? If not, it would even be beneficial to add the field value to the Pop-Up note itself.Could we have the pop-up note display the value of the custom date/time field, for example? On the default Sales Order print out the Quantity, Price and Discount Percent field prints out to 4 or more decimal places.  Example How do i modify the format in the Report Designer to only Print 2 decimal places. So the qty reads  1.00, price reads as 17,198.00 and disc pct reads 3.43%   I am assuming i change this in the Appearance row for each field.  I can not get the correct Syntax.  Example below is what is in there by default.

I’m not sure if this needs a customization or is possible without.  We have carrier labels generated as PDF files and at the moment the user has to click confirm shipment and then print label from the action menu at the top to download the file and then print it.  Alternatively they have to go to packages and click the attachment icon there and then the link in the files to download and print the label.We would very much like to streamline this process, ideally having it automatically bring up the generated pdf file so the user can just click print.Is this possible via built in means or does it require a customization? Thanks, Phil

Hi All, How can I restrict the visibility of Purchase orders only to the people of the same work group. meaning if the Approvers of other departments log in they don’t see the full list. and users also see what is relevant to their department. I have setup Work groups ( in Company tree) but I cannot see how I can filter it in GI. Thanks for your help in advance. Ghazal

Hi All - I'm really struggling with a seemingly simple GI. I have the POLine table and I want to get the most recent unit cost for each inventory item. For example, in the filtered result below, I would like only show the circled results.   When I group by InventoryID and apply either a aggregate Max on the order date field or a sort by date, I get the most recent date but I don't get the correct unit cost associated with that PO date. Instead, the cost is a sum of all aggregated records. I can’t use any of the aggregate tools on the unit cost (max, min, avg, etc.) because cost can go up and down - I want the most recent cost. How can I just get the unit cost associated with the most recent record date? Is there any way to do this within a GI? Any help would be greatly appreciate! Best,Amit

I have 4 companies, i want 3 companies to share 1 list and 4th company to have a separate list, which should not be visible to the first 3.I don’t want to create user roles for it or restriction groups.Is there any other way i can achieve it?Thank you.
