One of our clients has changed internet providers.  The new company has asked us:

“We will need the public IP of the site where the Accountig software is.  We will have to create a connector to accept connections from that IP.”

The original internet provider set things up fine and never asked for this.

Where do we get this?

Thanks.

It sounds like they would be configuring a firewall or something.

Is this client hosted by Acumatica or on-premise?

I think you'll probably need to contact support for the ISP and ask for some more information. I can't really think of any reason you would need to make allowances for a public website unless they're configuring DNS.

They are just setting up e-mail.
