I have schedule to email customer statement. My automation schedule has been run, but the emails have not been triggered.

Hello,
Is “Send statements by email” option checked on in the customer profile screen for every customer who should receive a statement by email? Does each customer have an email address on the Billing address tab? Have Statements already been prepared in Prepare Statements screen? When statements are manually prepared and manually emailed in Print Statements screen, do the emails process successfully and send to the customers?
