One of our clients has changed internet providers.  The new company has asked us:

“We will need the public IP of the site where the Accountig software is.  We will have to create a connector to accept connections from that IP.”

The original internet provider set things up fine and never asked for this.

Where do we get this?

I think you'll probably need to contact support for the ISP and ask for some more information. I can't really think of any reason you would need to make allowances for a public website unless they're configuring DNS.

It sounds like they would be configuring a firewall or something.

Is this client hosted by Acumatica or on-premise?
