Good Morning.We added a Report to the Bulk processing Screen by defining a new Action.The Report and action is defined in the SO301000 Screen.Unfortunately we couldn't figure out how to filter in the SO502000 screen that only non-printed Reports get shown after we selected our custom action. I'd appreciate a detailed answer on how to solve this, as we are clueless. Greetings

Hi. Any thoughts why Customer/Company Payment Method was setup as Purchase Order but in the Acumatica the payment was tagged as Prepayment?  We’re using B2B Bigcommerce. Thank you. 

At first I would click on an email and the add-in and the add-in would prompt me to sign in, create a lead, view or do anything else but now it just displays an empty screen. 

Is it possible to have a Purchase Order Transaction but the connected Requisition is On Hold and items are not available in the details ? How is this possible ?

I would like to have the filter setup up to show everything “Is less than or equal to”, I would like it to also show all blank dates as well. Does anyone know how to do this?I attached two screenshots1). I’m curious if there is any direct documentation about utilizing the commerce connector and various entity settings at different Acumatica structure levels, primarily Tenant vs Company. Most of the existing documentation appears to center around configuring a single BigCommerce or Shopify store to a single tenant but, for example, what are the options/limitations around connecting store 1 to company 1 and store 2 to company 2, within a single tenant?If anyone has explored this configuration or is using it currently, I’d be interested to understand how it’s working for you and any issues encountered. 

We are on site at a large client who asked us to import their credit card profile ids for Repay. Repay has gone to great lengths to help and Zac has been tireless but we ultimately hit a wall.Our current scenario works perfectly for exactly 1 record. When we run the scenario, all the records are shown as imported successfully, but only the last one is actually saved. It almost seems like we need a pause to allow the Repay integration to catch up. Does such a command exist?

A client requested what appeared to be a simple customization.  Here I sit after week and can’t get across the finish line.They use Projects and Change Orders.  They use Inventory Items on their budget lines.  They want to see the Unit Price, Ext Price and Total in their change order cost budget tab (PM308000)I have added these as calculated (PXDecimal) fields in DAC extensions.  I have pretty much all working in the grid/detail with all the interaction but I cannot for the life of me figure out a way to total.  I’ve tried every combination of PXFormula/PXUnboundFormula I can think of.  I’m looking for:Am I even on the right track or am I approaching this in a completely backwards way? If I’m NOT on the right track, recommendations for a different approach (ie. persistent vs. non-persistent, etc.) If I need to persist, what is the best approach for filling unitprice on existing PMChangeOrderBudget rows? I have recently upgraded a client that was running big commerce connection in 2020R2 with no issues after the upgrade some of orders get this error message but i have not been able to narrow down what causes this problem it seam random to me.“An error occurred during processing of the field Applied To Order value 759.04 Incorrect value. The value to be entered must be less than or equal to 0.0000”i have no idea what field is trying to be updated. any help would be much appreciated. 

When people work on grids or view, they would like to see the subtotals at the bottom of the grids. I know we can add a calculated field to the headr of data entry screens and using “SumCalc” update that field from the grids but it is not really handy and neat specially when you have many numeric columns that you would like to sumerize. We can see many of these screens in construction module. What I would like to do is to 1) add a subtotal to the bottom of the grids 2) freez this subtotal row at the bottom of the grid to prevent from hiding. I know there is a property in Acumatica grids for “Footer” that in “Summary Type” we can type of aggregate function we want to use but for some reason I couldn’t make it work on a sample grid I’m testing. I see Acumatica has used this functionality in “Balalnces” tab of “Projects” as shown in the below snip but I see the “Footer Summary Type” is not set at all for this grid.Has anyone added something like “Expense Total” from the above snip to any

i am getting error when i process sales order ERROR:The sales order could not be imported because the combination of the New York State store shipping zone and the None store shipping method is not mapped to a Ship Via or the mapping is inactive in the store settings.

Is there a way to restrict cash account from being used in Paychecks detail section? We have a client that accidentally entered cash GL account on the details section of a paycheck, they would like to avoid doing this in the future.
